After listening to the issue, Mr. Khaled explained what he believed could be incorrect, and what he might do about it. We began. Problem = solved. You'd think the other two could have suggested that this, right? Just goes to show, not all of plumbers are made equal!

Ahmed was a lifesaver. I had help with a petrol pipe on a Saturday morning, and he came with the right and fast tools. He gave me an honest evaluation and assured me that the (more expensive) repair I thought I had, actually was not needed -- saving me over $150. I also asked him to look at a leaky bathroom, which he was able to repair as well (and did not charge the usual total price for this job, because he was already here). Ahmed was professional, direct and nice. I will call on MAG again if a plumbing or issue appears in my condo.
Referred to me from Old Republic home warranty to fix a broken shower valve. Ahmed did a great job, patiently searching for and matching a 1950's era valve I never might have found in my very own. He was flexible with scheduling and took extra care to ensure we were content with his work - .
I was referred by my house warranty company to get a garbage disposal repair. He asked for information about my present unit ahead so that he could make certain that you bring a replacement and gear on the afternoon of the appointment Along with immediately scheduling an appointment. Having been burned by folks in this past that need appointments to track down components and the right tools, I found him refreshingly proactive. He performed the replacement immediately, before leaving so I could confirm his handiwork, and anxiety tested the system. Replacement parts were brand new (that he unboxed them for me in person). If I want any work performed outside of my house guarantee, he will definitely be one of my considerations.
Our expertise with Mr. Ahmed Khaled has been wonderful. We had a leak under our kitchen sink and he also came out 15 minutes after we called (which was after hours). He diagnosed the issue, assisted my husband pick out new parts and then Ahmed installed themremaining pretty late into the day. He was very professional, skilled and fairly priced. We phoned him the next day since we'd forgotten to get a receipt for the fix and he drove into our house and sent it. Our faucet is in working order today and we are happy with his work. We are grateful for how fast he reacts and how faithfully Ahmed works.
I am perplexed by review and can simply speed the service we received. MAG responded regarding water supply line and a faulty faucet. Mr Ahmed Khaled El Ghoraiby promptly recognized the issue, arrived as scheduled, and made the necessary repairs. He was very courteous and completely professional. I urge him and the company he works for.
MAG plumbing and remodeling arrived the day I contacted my house warranty business (Old Republic), within a couple of minutes of assigning this company, they contacted me and arrived a couple of minutes later! My problem was a leaking bathroom that damaging my floors and walls and was becoming poor, and master plumber Ahmad arrived , what a super man, and got things fixed in a snap. I recommend this firm to the plumbing needs!
