The next day we did have a little issue and the owner himself called us. He was quick and very courteous to correct it for us. We are extremely grateful for its level of service and carein an emergency situation.

I was happy. Just moved into New York and known as three locksmiths and Guy replied and stated he could have someone here. I worried it wasn't urgent and was surprised. And this was a Sunday! And no additional fees! He made good time although jonathan was a great communicator and texted that he had been a little delayed due to street closures for the bike marathon. They did a excellent job and had been extremely competitive. Very knowledgeable. I would certainly use them again. They were very neat .

Certainly five star,the old guy serviced you with grin and was quite patient to describe everything.the key or locks' cost are reasonable.It's fairly quick.love it!!!
So pleasant, super efficient, not pricey. Desired 3 sets of keys copied and that I had been in and out within 15 minutes. The two older guys that work there are so sweet and made a fantastic start to my day.
Perfect spot made. I'm always so happy these areas exist. Friendly gentleman behind the counter who was patient using a older woman. And then he took the time to help me put the tiny cover thingies that were key . Quick, inexpensive, and type service. Along with the keys work.
Fantastic work... quick and cost effective. Managed to get Medeco and Mul-T-Lock keys replicated in five minutes (with all the right documentation, of course).
