I had locked my keys. I had been quoted $50 on the phone. It was 185, when the technician arrived. The window broke out and replaced it.
I must expand on how this company is. After the technician came asked right away that which my auto insurance company was. He says my insurance will reimburse the lockout support. I have not heard of it although some insurance businesses offer that sort of coverage. If a few insurance businesses offer this kind of coverage I would think $35 to $50. So you will go with the support that was overpriced, this is done. Then later you find out you have paid $185 and have little if any coverage.
BEWARE!!!! This place is worse than one star. My elderly mother-in-law called these guys to have a bolt changed. The man who arrived at her home charged her installed a lock that was 20. They deny although telephone records show it was them. She was SCAMMED:(
While on vacation a friend to our house with a key broke the key off in our front door. He called these guys and they arrived and altered our front door locks without any I.D., questions, evidence of residency, nothing. Charged him 140 for a few mins labor with a screwdriver, then if we get back and telephone regarding this occurring without our or our landlords consent they DENY coming out and performing the job. Real class business, if I'm not bummed on the security of my residence, its their business ethic and moral.
