Definitely recommend- also gave my husband a veterans reduction and service!
We were locked out and naturally we called a locksmith. Located Pop-a-lock through Yelp. After making the call, we waited 30 minutes and within minutes along with a few attempts we were in!

He has really done support for me a few times. This time was a lease. Really easy to speak with. Affordable. I handled the whole thing through text message to fix my renters lock.

Quick, prompt courteous! Eventually a company with fantastic customer service, highly recommend, even came on a Sunday!

What a fantastic service, I am not likely to lie my very first thought was to attempt to unlock my automobile my self but I could damage my doorway, so I decided to call Po-A-Lock also it was the best choice I made:-RRB- Jeff was very professional, courteous and very helpful, I'll undoubtedly use his service again. About upgrading my locks called. A rushed operator took my information and said I would be called by a locksmith back. Never heard from anybody. I guess somebody else will get my organization.

Had to call these guys following my daughter locked her keys in her car. They had car open in 5 and showed up within 20 minutes. Reasonably.

Got locked out of the house. To react after requesting for quotes and the quote was reasonable! Have been very professional from the first time I talked with and of the way after he unlocked the door. Additionally received military discount. I strongly recommend this company and Jeff.

Fantastic customer service. Replied to my own text right away. Made an appointment with Jeff with this morning but he couldn't make it. He had Mr. Lee honor the appointment, who had been prompt, curtious and fast reprograming the new and original key for my QX50. Will definitely recommend this company for requirements and the cost was great.

My boyfriend had called Jeff yesterday to come see a time for him to come change our door lock. He replied right away yesterday and came Sunday like he said at 12. He was quite nice and quite professional. He crack a few jokes on the way and had no problem in changing the locks. We will deff recommend that you use him you want to have your locks changed. He is amazing.

Very excited to help. We were at the club of Sam and I noticed a gentleman's shirt and stopped him and asked him for a card for general functions. Then we found out he can make automobile key fobs. We plan on purchasing one. The cost comparison was fair and he was ready to help us at that moment with advice. Great Support

Daughter accidently locked the door on the way out of the house. Called Pop a Lock, Jeff showed up within an hour. Service was great and price was reasonable.

I found them not to be very accommodating to somebody who's hearing impaired, I can only text or talk on a telephone set up for hearing help, they stated they could not text to let me know to call them kept saying they would call me, lol Lotta good that does to call somebody that can not hear. . , so that they are NOT set up to assist anybody who's handicapped so I'm taking my business somewhere who's adapting a handicap person. This appears to be a franchise also. They had no idea what state I was in or calling from.

I requested them to send someone out to rekey two of my houses and they sent Jeff. He was very pleasant and considerate. Got everything done in a timely way. We chatted about ourselves and had a terrific time while he changed the locks in my houses. He is a credit to his profession and a wonderful individual. He even made a humdrum job into a fantastic experience! I highly recommend Jeff and pop up a lock!!!

I achieved to Jeff (Pop-a-lock) for a problem I was having using a lock. Jeff fixed the lock in moments of my phone and arrived at my house. Jeff was extremely professional and friendly. He is highly recommended by me!

Quit searching any further... CALL RIGHT AWAY! Their customer service is superb, their time is on point, and their service is great. When they reach you, other firms lie to only jack it up , not Pop-A-Lock.

Jeff was on time and super friendly. He helped me with another doorway that I had been having issues with for no cost and went over and beyond. Literally, when you're able to get service from a company that you can trust, why trust all the keys to your residence to a dishonest firm.

When required, I'll definitely be utilizing pop-a-lock again. I asked a quote online and Jeff responded within the hour. He had the highest prices. Emmanuel was our locksmith to our flooding. He was superb! Emmanuel was professional and friendly. The sheriffs had discovered some locks they indicated needed to be altered although we had originally only called for 2 doorways. Emmanuel had no difficulty helping us. He was able to have the locks open. Everyone I talked to were kind and very professional. Again, thank you to Emmanuel for helping us out and being so kind.

At one stage I had called several locksmiths to find out if they might replicate a smart-key, I was told that locksmiths do not possess the technology to do that and I would need to buy it. I didn't wish to do that until this past year I learned that has been doing it for years. I phoned them up, they had it completed in under an hour came to see me. Satisfied with the support I received. They have been half a dealer's cost !
