About how to contact them, yes, there is a phone number that belongs to the answering machine but if you leave contact and your email, Janine will contact you .
I've had Regina Plumbing come to our home a few times and I would never call anyone else.Thank you Regina Plumbing!
Great service, fantastic people, very reasonable price. Efficient, really nice and helpful.
Billing practices are questionable. Was quoted two hours to get a hot water tank replacement with two individuals, work required only 1.5 hours, but they insisted on charging 3 hours due to transit, something that was never said before.
The way of client support is actually strange although the plumbers themselves look fine and competent. It is worth noting that I was a repeat client but no longer.
Incredibly difficult to reach a person - always and that the telephone number for a reason goes right to voicemail requires waiting for a call . I showed up until 9:00 and had an 8:30 appointment. Janine called me back once, however as the 10 minutes turned to 20 minutes and then turned into 30 minutes, my calls moved right into voicemail with no calls back.
We wanted someone and had the kitchen water pipe break. They came when promised, did a great job at a sensible price.
Efrain came on time, put a brand new pilot and has been gone 30 minutes leaving everything clean and clean.
Could not ask for better support
NOW it is 4/21
Invoice 8242 was written up by them and I needed clarification so I called Regina office. Lady said she would have to search for invoice. Then I was advised a Steve could explain.
2 people arrived 4/3 and worked on it. Nice men and seemed educated.
Hard to get in contact with on their own voicemail. Did not not get phone back but awakened to call few times more. Phone 1 hour job was advised on by them.
Many trips back and on to truck.
Now notice that they no more show Contractors License on invoice as well.
I have utilized Regina Plumbing for several project, both repairs and new installations , over the past 2 years.

Overview usual they have been professional in their capability care of their region, and appearance. Could not have asked for better service. Due to the faucet place the workplace when scheduling estimated around two hours. Actual total time 1 hour. Yes, I needed to call the office double to schedule, but better a little at work, not at the end.
When completed he advised us that he also checked the other faucet and tightened the faucet spout to which my wife responded"Oh, I meant to mention that".
In all 3 occasions they did great job and left the area as neat and clean as they found it, or even actually cleaner. In the past job yesterday completed they needed to repair a faucet in a deck. The taps are available through a trap door in the garage ceiling. The taps are 2 - 3 feet above the ceiling requiring the plumber to put a lot of himself to the ceiling cavity through the trap door. His assistant upstairs at the bathtub made sure that the faucet lever handle was in alignment with the faucet.
When setting up the appointment, I was told the charge would be $125/hour. After effectively fixing the issue in 1 hour 5 minutes, then I was handed a bill for over double $125. I had been told that it was because there were two guys and it had been for 1 1/2 hours. It was not the amount I had a issue with (especially because the plumber had been kind enough to have a peek at another plumbing problem I had been having), it had been the fact that it was not an accurate invoice given their stated prices and the total amount of time the job had taken. The person I spoke with on the phone about this' mindset was hostile. In the end, I was awarded a bill and has been told that when I predicted, I'd be charged at a higher rate. . I will not call again.
I'm giving Regina Plumbing two stars because of the plumber's work and friendliness. I concur with other reviewers who office employees have and Regina's billing practices are questionable.
These men are my technicians for lifetime. Handled a number of punch list items for the house that I just moved into with no hitch. When my principal line turned up clogged they stuck my lineup even though they were slammed with customers and arrived out. I would not consider another plumber. Thanks Regina Plumbing.
Our old water heater - known as Regina and they arrived at 3pm on Mon and fixed it. Marvin took about 1.5hrs and it cost me $160 - great value and fantastic service.
I would give * if I could to them. Hot water heater (4 yrs old) died Thurs.3/10/16 7am. COLD shower! Plumbing co that installed - attitude 2- Earliest appt Tues 3- $132/hr to come out & scrutinize. Must purchase a part & come back for another charge $132/hr. Heater manufacterer & they gave me name - Regina. Left msg on the phone of Regina. Called back w/in an hr plus they guaranteed to be outside to change a part they have on truck. Part is 90 - however they were told by me maker is currently sending out a part & I'll bring to them. The repairman would not even take a check that is $90 to pay the part'in case I do not honor my word'. THE BEST!!! With that sort of customer service, I will use Regina vs my previous attempts.
Very responsive when scheduling problems on two events, although replacing my garbage disposal were trying outweigh good service.
The job was finished efficiently and quickly. Since I live twenty min away (woodside), there was an hour and a half upcharge on my bill. I sent an email asking for clarification. In return I got a dreadful message left demanding I pay. I received the bill two weeks ago... I never believed I wouldn't pay. No, I was not thrilled about the bill, but I wouldn't have left had itn't been for this voicemail that was disagreeable, a yelp inspection. Do not use Regina Plumbing unless you live in Redwood City. The plumber has been fantastic.
Regina Plumbing stands by its function. Years when they installed a plumbing fixture (in part of the home that we seldom use), we found a issue with it. Regina was phoned up by me, and they came and fixed it for free. I can suggest them.
We've used Regina for about ten years. We predicted to have a faucet this week. They arrived when they said they would and did a fantastic job. My husband's thrilled with the replacement cold/hot closed off values they put in.
We'll be calling I am sure.
Regina was the next plumber that I was referred by Rheem to when I called them under guarantee with a problem. The first could not come visit our hot water heater. Regina was a little tricky to get a hold of (leave a message and they will return your call ), but were able to fix my hot water heater in one visit. The guy that came out to perform the work was nice, and very fast. I have had a few weeks of hot water. Can't thank them enough for that!
Regina Plumbing came out to snake a pipe. The ideal questions to diagnose the matter 16, before they came out that the proprietor asked me. He indicated that I have the City come out and assess their side of the pipe which I did. It wasn't their side. They found 3 regions obstructed in my pipe that needed to be obtained from the roofing as I don't have an external wash out. The first plumber that I delt with was sent out by HomeGuard, my home warranty company. They were not permitted to go on the roof. They billed me $60 to come and inform me that they could not do. They could not have asked that question over the phone?!!? I should have saved my time and $$ and only called Regina in the first location!
Called afternoon Monday and leaking trap. Effrain came out Tuesday morning on time and understood what he was doing. He put his gear on a blanket he put on the parquet floor The home is 65 years old and the trap drain was inset in the wall and difficult to obtain but he had the tools to rapidly replace. The clog had to be accessed from the roof vent with a power snake. He replaced the cartridge in the Moen kitchen faucet which leaked while he was here and the deal was frozen from corrosion and era. He had a replacement from his truck which is also a tribute for stocking replacement parts for a 24, to Moen. Now works just like new. All in all -- a professional and efficient task on the part of Effrain.
I like their job so much when I had I didn't even bidding the repair out, I just called Scott. . .his two-man team was on time, located the issue, sourced the type of replacement hardware that I requested, picked it up and had it installed exactly the afternoon. Impressive!
Regina has become the preferred plumbing vendor for my condos' homeowners association (disclaimer: I'm about the HOA board) for so long as I've already been here. And with good reason!
The amazing construction of our complex involves some real plumbing outflows which - exacerbated by occupants by poor practices and plant roots - occasionally ends in a back-up in the check valve points located at a few units' garages. (Yes, I'm one of the lucky ones.) Their familiarity with our strategies end in resolution of their issue, although scott Regina and his team manage to fit us into their schedule. They're quick, reliable, clean, and their prices are excellent.
The only drawback is their business hours. We are stuck, unless we're prepared to wait it out until Monday when one of these garage back-ups occurs during weekend hours.
