They did it was described, on time and the cost was really fair.
I would recommend Repipe Specialists without reluctance.
My husband and I had a good experience with this company.

Second, they cut on a neighbors pipe and fixed the neighbors copper pipe.
Trust if they got all this happening, these individuals to redo your pipes? So far my pipes have hauled up but after what I've gone through with them, you have discovered my experience. Now consumer beware.
Eventually I ask in the end of the project if what's great and they say yes, and also annually letter I am becoming a rude letter stating they have been attempting to get a grasp of be because they did an audit and it showed I owed money. I have 7 days to cover it or face collections. No big deal I will cover it and owe it, but the correspondence was condescending.
This provider is a bit of a mess.
They reschedule due to their patching crew stop on them pathing. But tell that to me and they didn't bother to call me. I had to call in and ask why nobody is here.
So I missed two days of effort to meet them first off, they rescheduled twice.

The project was scheduled. The workers showed up on time and worked HARD for the day. They repiped the house. The next day the drywall and stucco staff came out and did an superb job matching stucco and texture. I understood it would not be ideal, but their job was topnotch.
It has been 4 months and we have had a few minor problems.
I researched repiping our house. Only plumbers were phoned by me and obtained a variety of quotes. Everyone who quoted us gave their take on how to repipe a residence to us. Our property is on slab with plumbing from the slab. I insisted that all pipes be from the walls rather than on the roof or windows (we have no attic, vaulted ceilings throughout the house). The sales (sorry I can not recall his name) was very professional and helpful. He made recommendations and listened to my concerns. He understood that our home was not going to be simple and stated he had.
Oh and their cost was amongst the lowest we obtained. I can not recommend them enough.

This company was professional. The repipe was performed in a day. We'd circa the 60's, original pipes. Water pressure was horrible. We finally have excellent pressure. The group was quite nice, answered all questions. Would recommend them to anyone. Super job!

Happy clients! Covina, CA
We are very pleased with the outcomes. We completely repiped and replaced our water heater a couple of weeks ago, and so far everything is running. All around quick and excellent support. These men knew and we could not be more happy . Drywall repair work too! We would highly recommend!

You measure a company by the way it treats its customers. I'd Repipe Specialists change my water lines . I predicted so due or 4 years back to a leak. The leak was fixed. It leaked yesterday. I phoned informed the woman that answered the phone and she said she would email with high priority the guarantee dept. I waited three hours and called again. I spoke to the following hours operator and informed him I had a leak. 30 min after ai received a telephone. Since I could not understand how he said it I do not know his name. He said he was having dinner and would phone in 20 min. I told him I had a leak it came from I told him. I changed the call so the matter could be seen by him, to facetime. Said informed him I'd your company plumb to get a water purifier. Said calcium buildup. I advised him that it was leaking at the 90 degree bend. Said 90 degree ends are not covered. Said he would send out tech next morning at 8. Friday, I had no water since 2pm. Tech arrives I turn on water. No leak, calcified so no escape. Tech checks under home see signs of leak. Sprays sink and faucet for escapes and finds none. I'd bought from Home Depot two 90's and a part of 1/2 aluminum pipe because his boss that I presume annoyed me into buying and paying someone to fix it. Tech says that I will change this for security. As the lineup was calcified. I handed the components I bought to him and they were employed by him. I gave him. He left. I receive a call from the supervisor. He is mad. Tech made a mistake and should not have mended. He told him he did it. He said that is not a valid motive. He stated he'll flag my account. Great, I want my drain lines replace and guess who will not be doing it.

We do want we not using this place in the future
They shipped drywall guy from their company that people smash instead of cut.
Drywall guy did jobs that are bad. He can not match the feel that is old on walls or ceiling properly. We telephone company and they continue to deliver. So we've got live with the wall he and sufficient patch.
So today we hv funny appearing drywall hold that perhaps not actually match the remainder of the wall ceilings.
They repiped our home. They shipped team of foreigner employees to perform the job. Faculties are unfriendly and rude. Repipe, when this team of people were completed. As soon as we turn on water in masterbath. After the water turn off, you may hear some sound in the ceiling.

The team began by placing coverings and hanging plastic to secure our cabinets. They even put plastic up to separate our living space to protect the furniture there. The team worked and called on the day's morning for its inspection. The inspector has been impressed with the crew's ability to perform the repipe. After inspection, the team patched all the cuts they did need to create. The last thing was that the feel coat, and once again his team and Andy went above and beyond to try to match the feel which was there. We would suggest them and are impressed at OC Repipe by Andy and his team.
Repipe Specialists subcontracts its own jobs out and is a broker. We had heard horror stories about how crews come in on a 1 day repipe and begin tearing to the ceilings. We were lucky to get OC Repipes. The owner, andy, walked the job before any of his team starting demonstration. He decided that the best method of performing our job was to run the pipes through the loft and down through the walls. He explained what they were going to perform in terms which we approve and could easily understand. We had hardly any openings cut to the ceilings to our walls and none Since this excess step was taken by Andy. He came up. We were concerned about that since the pipes come through the slab.

Everyone took care of business and was considerate and nice. I thought maybe it'd take but all was done under 8 hours. I can honestly say if you are looking to re-pipe your home I wouldn't do anything different, I don't think you will be disappointed at all with Repipe-Specialists!
From start to end we had an excellent experience. I dreaded getting our re-piping done (however our plumbing were 60+ years old) since we'd just finished with a window job and I'd dealt with 5 builders - I needed to perform my due diligence. If Raphael and his partner shared the procedure and the product I was very impressed and tempted to just go with them and not receive any additional bids, although I dreaded going through that builders. No only did they really know their stuff, they were not pushy and I truly enjoyed that - BUT, when I watched the bid I knew I was going to have them perform the job. Since it's extremely important to everyone, they gave us a fantastic price with a comprehensive contract. The cost was nearly half of a bid we'd gotten from somebody a few decades back. The whole procedure went every step of the way although I was worried it was good to be true. One of their office employees, cynthia, took care of keeping us informed every step of the way and scheduling inspections. The workers were wonderful, everyone seemed to have a job and they did it nicely. It was really a smooth operation and we added a few tasks for them once we saw what great work they did. We were very happy with the results of the work that is extra . They left our home cleaner when they started. Later, to ensure all was clean they swept, and They'd sprayed everything everywhere near the areas where they functioned and vacuumed. Once we painted in which they repaired what they had to install the new pipping, you could not even tell there was ever a repair.

I'll keep this brief. The subcontractors which Repipe Specialists hired to re-pipe my house were very good. Although they didn't and discarded the old pipes underneath my house all take them and eliminate them correctly.
Steve said although the leak marks continue to be about the pipes, it wasn't leaking and looked at the device. The device had. Steve Lovell, in my experience with himis completely unprofessional, unreliable, and lied about the heater not having a leak.
In the meantime, Repipe Specialists won't refund my $150.00.
A tankless water heater was installed and it started draining. I phoned Repipe Specialists and they gave me a moment. In order for them to send someone out to have a look, they needed a prepayment of $150.00. They sent Steve Lovell of Lam Plumbing whose license was expired since 2011, another sub-contractor out. (I just discovered about the license being expired ).
I contacted Noritz (the tankless heater company) and had a Noritz approved plumber come out and have a look. He confirmed , and the heater did have a leak explained the black iron pipes which were used in my unit are for indoor usage not exterior. He supplied me.

I am quite pleased with the job done. Water leaks so much better day and its like night. My scheduler put up it, kept in contact with me then and before the job was started, was when it went off the rails a bit. The communication afterwards was a bit poor, I got a call the day before telling me that they had to change me to a different day, mind you as a working man I can not just drop what I am doing and program another 2-3 days to deal with a re-pipe. We worked it out for them to come as scheduled but it took nearly a week to find the task finished. This is where the communication prep ought to have been tighter. It requires a day to re-pipe, but the city has to come in, that was a cluster, they (the town ) did not approve the job the first time, we then needed to schedule a second day for the repairs to be done and then await the city to emerge again, another day for the re-pipe staff to return and patch the holes, so my home had been open for nearly a week, we had to seal up the holes until the job was completed. This part has been the most bothersome. Overall, I highly urge specialist that is re-pipe, just so you can prepare, be sure to ask questions regarding the after they come in procedure.

We scheduled the appointment to the job's conclusion I was thrilled! The very first day that the crew showed up on time and immediately got to work protecting furniture and my floors. They then started their occupation, I left my house to run errands feeling totally comfortable leaving them to continue the occupation. They schedule the town, after they completed the repipe which was just two days? We were handed by the inspector ! Then came the fixing of the ceilings and walls that they cut to repipe. Again punctually comes a different crew and again immediately protected my floors, furniture, etc.. I must say I was shocked to see that the quantity of repair they needed to do, but a re plumb on a two story house necessary to open walls and ceilings. The ceilings and another 2 days and walls were patched and the workplace scheduled another town inspection to finish the job! Again passed with flying colours and stated they had done an excellent job! Both teams plus the office staff were nothing but a pleasure to work with! They were very polite, professional and made the whole experience we easy to make it through! I would recommend Repipe Specialists to anybody that needed new pipes in their house or workplace. They were also very reasonable in the cost! A last comment, when my painter came to repainted the walls that had been patched, he advised me whoever did the dry wall repairs did a wonderful job and following the paint was completed, you cannot tell that there was any patches in the walls!

I simply re-piped a 70 y/o home in San Marino, CA w/ it's original galvanized pipe system that is corroded. I was very skeptical of having such a big job done, and also getting the"San Marino" price, but John Oscarson came out and put me at ease. Keep in mind, Repipe Specialists are largely a marketing company that contracts out to do the actual work. That's why you can see their logo and advertisements in regions in nations. In order to maintain a high level of quality control, Repipe Specialists contract w/ the men and women that are specialists at this kind of work. I have a far greater than average knowledge of all things related to home building etc.. John answered all of my questions and concerns. Repipe Specialists are a group that is really active, so there was a lag of roughly two weeks before the work started, but once the team showed up, they were done w/ the house in 1 afternoon!! I had this work done w/ PEX rather than copper, so that is a bit less labor. The team who showed up was exceptionally polite, professional and did an wonderful job w/ surprisingly small noise, dust etc.. Each of the issues with the non existent water pressure, rusty water, etc.were resolved, and the entire system worked flawlessly on the very first try. No leaks, no drips, no issues! I tired, so I crawled under the house to inspect the work, when the job was done. Everything done fine and neat! I would recommend them for a job like this.
