R. J. Kielty did the HVAC work on our home as new construction. Not only did they follow us up after our movement in, they have continued to provide yearly preventative service and maintenance at a discounted rate.
We aspire to build another home in the not too distant future. We are going to be utilizing R.J. Kielty for certain.
Their scheduling and follow up is first rate, and they provided tips to s to help us create the most of our body.
Service these days seems to be a missing component in many businesses. It's refreshing to locate.
They appreciate customers that call them BEFORE there's some issues. We intend to have them install a water heater for us in the future.
While performing a pre-summer review they noted that our water heater needed to be drained of nutrient buildup. Since they were here checking on other programs , they offered to do it for us for no additional cost! I mean, who does that anymore?

I can not say enough. I had Mark, my tech everything including a leak in the shower that had wall accessibility and problems last year.

He recommended their upkeep plan and I am glad I bought it. I had and we found a leak inside the wall somewhere. The flow detection people are going to be out Friday and I will get RJ Kielty back out to fix up things. My hot water was switched off by him therefore it will not get worse. Weekly on the bright side, at least we get cold showers.
Update- I decided to get my job done out of a referral that is different. I will still use them.

When my plumber could not schedule me for many days, I found RJ Kielty through the listing of Angie. Evidence that everything happens for a reason because I finally have a new"routine" plumber! Anthony considerate was quite professional and kept me as to what caused the kitchen sink leak. Prices were fair and I was not kept a hostage in my house all day waiting. :)

I haven't had anything but the best service and have been with this Business for 7 decades. Everyone that works in R.J. Kielty from the workplace (Tammy)to the technician's (all of them) take care of me and my unique medical needs that are based on them! I am so thankful to them for care their expertise and compassion. I'll be a client for life!!

My first time with R.J. Kielty to get a plumbing problem. A buddy of mine told me and that I thought I would give them a try. I am looking and that I can count on. I found the company.

Plumber girlfriend and one review that is bad. Paying money for nothing?
Plumbing was already in the garage. First try the man left and cut old system. After a week you notice water deposits on your shower and the water smells like chlorine. I was told by the city that the old one needed a filter which I told the man. I left for work and he and my girlfriend chose the smart play was to disconnect. This does not filter. I even left a credit card which he had no problem charging. It took some time to have time and wait the four hour window for plumber number 2. Girlfriend is put by me after this out on a time. Second man was in a rush. Came back on Saturday again I waited 4 hours. He said first one was worth changing filter. Took charge plumber 1 off did. Sold me a large one with carbon filtration. Why the small one would have water pressure to a problem I understood. I had been tired and sick of the run around. Don't want to consume the toxins. You could not look up system. Company says to discus your needs. Money versus toxins or your own time and shower and dishwasher. He said they'd guarantee any future function. He can be getting a good grade if he I right. So I could research But he might have told me the day.

They installed an air conditioning unit. A brand new one. It didn't work properly even after 4 - . I called another business. Just to learn that the unit was set up properly. Humidity was not setup filter was not set up and the construction of the ducts inhibited proper air flow as a result of strange angles. Shody work here. Do not know about their plumbing side but stay away from the air conditioning component of RJ GUILTY.

They did my rough and complete on my custom house. The crew was workmanship that is left and so rude behind. The company had to send a different guy to fix the mistakes and bad installations. Crooked fixture mounts, loose fixture mounts, and bad communication between crew that is rough in finish and crew. Look elsewhere!

Then the man was at my door over 20 minutes. 10 pm done AMAZING!!!!! Due to Steve he had been great!!
Did I mention the A/C was set at the very next day done before sunset those men were great too. Until I managed to sync my phone up they stayed. This is a wonderful business and I feel blessed to have discovered them. Shop make sure that you call this company that you won't be let down.
Amazing this week was a dreadful week but R. J. Kielty got me through with ease. First my first A/C went called 3 places and went with R. J. This wasn't the first time that I used this company. But now tonight there went in 7 pm bam my hot water heater a holiday weekend. Called R. J. the answering agency took my information and I received a call back in moments!!

Called them to check on a flow we had in the hallway of our rental property. Was told that there was a leak in the foundation and they called me. Come to find out, the water line to the fridge was leaking. RJ Keilty explained that they were not sure their plumber looked at the issue after spending $250 to be advised that by the flow expert but they only make that mistake. Really?? Never again!!!!

3. Installed a new line to the tank from the wall
Allow me to begin by saying something which I forgot to mention in my initial review. This company did a terrific job. There were 5 bathrooms which were gutted, kitchen gutted, water heaters moved, two outdoor gas tankless water heaters to install. . .so it was a major job and I suppose in retrospect I must happen to be a bit more thankful that there have been problems with one of the toilet malfunctions and two bathrooms out of that work was our fault. However, on the other hand maybe it was the service that we initially had that made it difficult to believe that this toilet was such a problem. Well it is not anymore...

They were here for 2 hours. Everything that was Described they did in detail for my wife, left my family that this is a company that was remarkable and cleaned up following the repair. So much so that I am embarrassed that I ever doubted them. Since the master plumber who oversaw Ken, our redesign, was patient and kind with us. I liked him.

First of all the reason it took so long to get this is NOT Keilty's fault but mine. So I do often dismiss it, which means that I had been the reason that they couldn't get back with me concerning the 39, I do not get much but advertising calls on my cell phone.

RJ Keilty fixed my issue each day early. Thank you 2 days without running water was sufficient:-)
Jon did a speedy and fantastic job fixing my leak. He took care to minimize the size of this hole and create easier and less costly to patch the concrete.

I surrender. I have purchased a replacement insulation blanket online and that I will hire another plumber.
R.J. Kielty is the worst builder I have ever done business with. They do NOT stand behind their work. With were rude beyond belief. They pulled crap such as place me on hold sometimes just transfer me to an unused extension using a blank message. They did a no show for the appointment fix their problem and to come out. When they didn't show I called and was told that the plumber had been on the way. They never showed. These folks just lie. They don't even try to hide it, they believe that this is some sort of joke. A bunch of assclowns. Details follow:
I bought a new dishwasher from Lowes and contracted R.J. Kielty to put in this dishwasher. They did the setup without the sound insulation . I did not know this at the time. Several weeks after I contacted Whirlpool concerning the excessive noise and they informed me that this version was supposed to possess the insulation . I really don't know whether the dishwasher was delivered without one or not. The installation instructions include a measure to"protected insulation blanket". I must have been told, if it was not there and that I would have returned the dishwasher. Ever since then I have gone round and round with R.J. Kielty and there support supervisor in New Port Richey, some assclown called Jesse Francher. Recently I waited to get a plumber to show up until 12:00 PM from 8:00 AM. They never showed. I gave up at 12:30PM. I even called at 11:30 and the dispatcher said that they were enroute. Nothing but is different from such individuals.

Have R.J.Kielty for about 20 month today. I constantly had the tech Daniel Martinez (he did a fantastic job), but he is no more in this business.
On their site you'll be able to schedule a service. I scheduled an appointment for Monday between 4 and 12 because there is a leak somewhere in one corner of my house. Monday Morning went by and I predicted after 12 because I did not hear anything re my support. Then I was told, this isn't a scheduled support (even though it says so on their page ), this is only a request. And they're unable to answer"asks" in a morning. The plumber came to learn he can't track down the leak. So he ordered another company to find it (another $250 for about 30 min work). Now the plumber has been scheduled first thing in the afternoon. It is 8.45 am today. I just called R.J.Kielty (at 8.30 am) and I was told the plumber is coming from Deltona. (Clearly he lives there). So I said"that may mean he's here in a couple of minutes or he's still there". As stated by the gps its at least 1 hour for to Hunter from Deltona's Creek. I suppose at this time in the morning its 1 hour and 30 min.
Update: after all - the tech did a job and it was REALLY hard job. However he did not give up even when the position (between the atmosphere condition and the house wall (about 9 inches space in between) was really inconvenient for him to operate ).
My other incident was, even when I had a bursted pipe on one of my toilet (during the night). Due to the situation I needed to switch off the water in the house. First thing in the morning I called R.J.Kielty to schedule an appointment. . I know when he's on his way, he'll call, since I know how Daniel Martinez works. 5 hours went by - no telephone. In 5.15 pm I called the company and was told, that they rescheduled my appointment to the following moment. No telephone to me!!! I was waiting because 12 pm. So Daniel Martinez needed to come in the night. . It was dark, cold and he had to crawl to the bushes to find what he was looking for. they sent him up to Winter Park, although I was told by him, he worked in the afternoon in my area. And today he needed to come down back to Hunter's Creek (and has to return up to Winter Park, because he lives in this field.)
I would give 6 stars if he would have start working before then 10.45 and did not leave in between for 2 full hours (while I had to wait again and did not know when he's returning).
The office people have no clue how Customer Service works and are only rude. There wasn't even an apology because the tech is still home at 8.45 am (there was no apology either when they resceduled my URGENT appointment without providing me some information about it).
So he ended up finishing around 3 pm.
While I am writing today this review (it is 8.45 am) I have a text message the tech is on its way.

We bought a townhouse with a A/C device that is over 10 years old. I phoned RJ Kielty on a referral by a friend. I called for service and was scheduled for a noon arrival time. The serviceman, Kyle, called at 9:30 to say he was on his way. Instead of making the customer wait WOW ends up early. Kyle serviced/tuned up my machine all the while wearing booties so as to not track dirt from the house. He proceeded to explain what he found after finishing the ceremony. Kyle was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. . When a device and service is needed RJ Kielty is.

Terrible. I had a congestion on Saturday so I was fine with the guy coming out on Sunday in the morning at 10am. He showed up 1.5 hours late, and he had been discharged from a place 80 miles away from my residence. He was very rude, reminded me of the other jobs he had to do today, told me it could be expensive, and failed to discover the clean out cap after 1.5 hours of appearing. He came out and found it after I contacted the builder of my house. The service tech has been rude and afterward was quite argumentative. The issue was fixed, but not after a lot of complaining, making me feel awful for calling to fix the issue. Do this, if you are able to use a different service. It is not worth your own frustration.

I just had a broken pipe fixed today, and all I can say is that the man that came out was on time, dressed well, friendly as all can be and helped me fix a few things that where simple but didn't charge me . I'll be phoning them again when we need anything else fixed! Ty r.j. kielty!

All of a sudden they wanted. There wasn't any function. Nothing has been altered other than they just decided they wanted more money. The man that gave me my initial estimate was using them and I guess he was thought by them . The plumber wanted $380 to put in $150 and a part to put in a $5 part. These prices popped up as costs because when contracted to perform pipes, they didn't want to do plumbing job! I won't let them back into my home and I suggest to anyone else to operate. They will rip you off in case you let them.

An internet message was sent by me through their website over the weekend, they called me back. They sent a technician , he came back out to do the work and gave me a quote. James Argo was lively, professional and punctual. Great experience!
