Rooter Boys

I had my plumbing hydro jetted by another firm so or about 15 weeks ago. This morning I noticed water draining out of my clean out on the side of my property. I called the company who previously hydro jetted to return and do it . I told them I wanted and they didn't bother to bring the van together with the hydro jet machine. They said they'd come back in a couple hours (after a personal appointment). Needless to say they did not. Rather they strung me all day just to cancel me 5 p.m.. He was originally out at 11 a.m.
I called Rooter Boys about 5 p.m. and talked with Tony who joined me the technician, Sam. Sam said he would be out to me between 40 minutes to an hour. Sam was super fine, efficient, fast and much more importantly super educated! An added bonus is Rooter Boys was CHEAPER! I would certainly recommend them to everyone I know!!!

After a lot of"Hmmm, well's..." he tried to hydrojet the line with a very small hose, which he ran for two minutes, he then said"You have a clog, then it won't undergo". I'm thinking, well duh, that's why I called you. What's funny is that conducted a simple water hose and no water came out. The reason I predicted Rooter Boys was to clean the line once and for all before shutting it. This serviceman did not attempt any other items, and my husband had to develop ideas to attempt, maybe not the professional.
And him saying the hydrojet won't work and we have to dig up the device to replace the traces, he gave me a charge for $600.00 and we said Goodbye!
Ended up moving with Rooter Man Plumbing, who said the line had to be substituted, came up with thoughts about how NOT to dig the unit up.
We predicted Rooter Boys when our regular handyman said he did not have the equipment to get to our clog. The plumber they sent out looked like he was 20, and that I was unsure he had the expertise to advise on the job, but I gave him the benefit of the doubt.

These guys do it, and they stick to it through tough jobs. We've got one of those fancy Toto Aqueos bathrooms where the designer has to have had it out for all plumbers everywhere - they're a pain in the ass to use. You need to remove the entire bathroom any time there is a problem and it doesn't just simply unbolt in the trunk, it is grouted or caulked into the ground so after several trips for numerous issues (should have just replaced the bathroom ) these guys fixed my leak, my faulty fill valve and cleaned out a massive calcium buildup. The Rooter Boys are the best!!!

Sam did great job. Joyful for their services. Definitely urge and call if I want anything from this business.

I had Rooter Boys repair my sewer line and install a new water heater 4 months ago. I was initially satisfied with the service they provided (that is why I gave them a 5 star). But, three months after I noticed some issues due to their lack of paying attention or using subpar material. Regarding the sewer line, I noticed a rather major gap (see picture ) opening on the ground where they awakened to repair it. My handyman's confirmed that the soil wasn't compressed. Regarding the water heater, a water heater was found by them onto which they told me was a slab of concrete. During the rain, moisture seeped. The offender was that the slab sinking and it was sitting on was cracked. My aide assembled a platform to repair it. He took the slab that was cracked out. This so called concrete slab has been really made of styrofoam (see photographs ). No wonder it shattered and shattered. Rooter Boys are pleasant people as it should be, but their work is not comprehensive.

Professional. Courteous. Clean. Responsive. Reasonably priced. I can't say enough about these guys. I spoke to several companies and hired them. So glad I did! Installed a new sewer line that was 40f beneath my driveway with disruption in 1 day. Hire them!! Ask for Sam; a real professional.

I had a drain that has been backing up into my bathroom sink. I phoned this company and the 1st man could not fix it with a snake. The 2nd man could not fix it using a water jet. Then the owner came out and attempted a bigger snake as well as some acidity. None of that worked, so that they came back again and replaced the pipe. The pipe had an extremely old snake from when the previous owner of this house had tried getting exactly the pipe snaked stuck. The pipe has been 100. The pipe has been replaced in a better angle to lower the likelihood of exactly the difficulty developing again. Cleanup and total pipe replacement was done in under 3 hours. I was not charged for the 1st 3 efforts made to fix the issue unsuccessful.
This team kept at it before the problem has been fixed. Price, very professional, friendly owner.

Rooter Boys (and owner Tony) are awesome to work with. I had an issue with a back up in my sewer lateral and they were able to find out somebody and this was 10pm. They were able to clear the clog without any drama and fast. Since this was a persistent problem, I asked them to do a camera inspection of the entire lateral because a follow up. Much to my pleasure, no issues are present, however, should I need any additional job I will call them. Punctuality their honestly and skill are well worthy of the high reviews you see here.

Tony and his crew came out on a saturday to replace a few clay pipe using demanding new stuff. A joy to deal with at all stages of the project. I loved the care they took to disrupt garden and the yard as small as possible during the digging and refilling . Highly suggested.

I've had them perform several tasks over the previous few years and come out. They are courteous, dependable and honest. I've tried several plumbers and they've become. They have great customer support. Recently had a water pressure issue. Instantly determined it was just a clogged screen in the faucet and did not charge me something. Didn't even tell me I was a moron and should have fixed it myself and not wasted their time. Highly recommend.

Tony was super nice and professional. He did it immediately and knew precisely what he was doing and explained everything. And Robert is decidedly one.
I had what I thought was a plumbing problem this morning. Both my toilets and showers were not draining and backed up. I called another plumber who said they couldn't have anybody here. Well....not with the use of a toilet for an entire day could have been an issue. I phoned Rooter Boys and they sent out someone over 2 hours. The plumber they sent out could not repair the issue and advised us that based on the job that had to be performed, it could cost around $850! I panicked because I didn't have that kind of cash to invest. My husband talked with Tony, the owner, who was educated and very nice and got back on the phone. He came with a assistant within the hour. Put a camera down the line and they had to climb up on the roof with a piece of gear to find the issue. We got lucky and cleared the problem-and for a less than the $850.
Rooter Boys are the best! Highly recommend!
He explained to us that we did have a pipe. This is a job that we will need to deal with in the future, but for the time being, we are clear! When it's time to perform the job that is larger, and I will certainly be calling back.

Great customer support, professional company and they will be my rooters for life. Used a slow draining bathroom to be fixed by them. First time he did a thorough review and found nothing. We're baffled. After snaking, the problem went away. Second time, he snaked and it moved off. Third time, he eliminated the bathroom and found that my husband's mouth guard. Problem solved!

Rooter Boys are topnotch professionals. Sam and Tony care very much about the standard of their work and keeping their customers content. As a first-time homeowner, a huge plumbing project is daunting; understand the procedure and we desired to make an educated decision. We met with many vendors and Rooter Boys blew them all. They're responsive, appear on time, deal professionally with City officials for licenses, answer all questions, and provide quality work. If it's the significant job or small job (ours was large - replacing a first principal sewer line from 1927 to the street), Sam, Tony and his team are the very best in the business.

The Rooter boys were fast in returning my call and came out to repair everything. In describing what had to be done, they did an amazing job. They did a fantastic and tidy job at a good price.
We also found a few additional problems in my home that had to be addressed. The Rooter boys gave me suggestions and quotes and that I had them to fix a bathroom and a broken fausset.
Really professional team, very knowledgeable and helpful in doing a fantastic job and they require a good deal of pride. I could not have asked for a better service. When they came out to guarantee all worked well, I received a follow-up call. I would employ them and highly recommend them!

Rooter Boys just completed a very comprehensive sewer line replacement for our old residence. The project was required drawing licenses from the City and inspections and super complex. Sam was fantastic laying out our alternatives, explaining every step of the process, communication and doing a thorough and top notch job. My spouse and I could not imagine having gone through this process with anybody else. We being so agreeable to use and can not thank Sam enough for his work!

Had to replace main sewer line and a number of pipes beneath the house (concrete slab) -- a major job. Sam from Rooter Boys did outstanding work and for an extremely reasonable price. Will have Rooter Boys come again to perform extra work in the near future (it is an old house with pipes ~ 60 years old). Rooter Boys gets my greatest recommendation.

These guys are fantastic. Super quick response time, fixed my difficulty quickly and showed up and so were super considerate. I would recommend them to my neighbors. Even called the next day to guarantee everything was good. Solid company.

I called to get a bathroom sink that was backup. Sam came out within 1hr. Although, it did back within fourteen days. Sam came out no extra charge and utilized the snake . This time he managed to pull a sock. My tenant was doing laundry in this sink and never said there was. Im glad he got because he did it so I could bill my tenant me proof. Thanks again Sam.
