Wow! I called about 9:30, plumber came @ 10:45. Bryon (the manager ) came out to fix a leaky exterior pipe ( another plumber hadn't faithfully fixed same pipe less than 4 weeks previous) Bryan fixed it in less than 1/2 hour, and he gave me 2 references for local indoor contractors for a bathroom renovation... And then he didn'teven bill me! "Because it was a such a little job" What a fantastic guy! Fantastic company!

They came out the very next morning and had an issue with my own water heater and got the job done. Would rely on them again. Thanks guys.

Tony Morales, the owner of Rooter-man in Santa Rosa, did an exceptional job on short notice for us. He responded to our call for a drain on a Saturday. He gave us an advance call to confirm the appointment came at our advantage, and cleared the problem for a very reasonable price. In addition, he cleaned when he ended.

Came home from vacation on a Sunday to locate a leaking water heater. Michael returned my phone and was at my house within one hour. The next day, new water heater was installed and functioning by noon. His technician helper and michael were efficient, knowledgeable and more friendly. Before work began all costs were fully revealed and everything was just as promised. Highly suggested.

I called and talked to Hannah at 8:00 a.m., also had two favorable and gifted gentleman in my home by 9:15 a.m.! I was stunned. My morning did not start out nicely....water leakage out of my kitchen sink, but by 10:30 a.m. it was as if it never occurred. Even got a few things cared for in the bathroom since the sink difficulty was easy. Thank you thank you. . .will consistently utilize Rotter-Man for all demands.

A man named Brian came out to look at our pipes trigger the septic was acting up. He checked a few things then detected the breaker had tripped the pump off. He was knowledgable and really helpful about the rest of the concerns we had for him and turned it back on, much to our chagrin. We are living in a really tiny home with two children and we'd have been not able to use any water in the home, which could have been excruciating (although it was an easy fix we'd no idea). Brian was personable and we'd have him come back for any plumbing problems in the future. Finding a good plumber is like finding it is kept by you.

The service was excellent from the first telephone call, and pride In what he had been doing was definitely taken by Nick. That he called me back and I phoned Tony the boss and thanked me for making his day. That is some good stuff. I know that that if I do, I'll be in great hands, though I hope never to see their truck on my property again. Small team, fantastic work! And a invoice I had been pleased to pay
Nick with R.M. showed up on time. He had been communicative, considerate and had boundries letting me know that he needed to do this and that to see what went on and then we could pow-wow. He was inventive, he got things going fast and then the ghost breaking started. He worked out the entire system ran to the septic system and TA-Da from each bathroom! There we discovered the sneaky matter that was episodic.
Locating an uber-plumber can be an expensive and nail biting effort. I made many calls inquiring about pricing and appointments. Hollis was cheerful, clear and answered, can do and super timely.
I had an episodic plumping'clog' affecting only 1 area of 1 bath in a 2 building tri-plex. I needed a sleuth.

Whenever you've got a plumbing problem, you need quick response, and honesty!
He normally distrusts these kinds of businesses, and wishes to do it himself instead of employ"some Yay-hoo using a snake" (his words).
They were at our house quickly and reacted to the telephone. They attained a of the drain, and I don't have any doubt that we won't have another sink backup for another 50 decades now! And I won't have to pay attention to my husband cussing under the house!
When the kitchen sink in our 1920's-classic house backed up (again), I begged my MacGyver-contractor-husband into PLEASE let a plumber fix it this time, instead of spending the weekend under the sink and at the garden, cursing, renting a snake, substituting pipes, and running back and forth to Home Depot.
He persuaded him to call his plumbing subcontractor, who promptly referred him to Rooter Man, recommending them as professional, trustworthy, honest, specialist and reliable.

Our kiddo flushed something down the toilet! I was able to get a grasp of Rooter-man after hours and they had been there on time to help us out. Michael was quick to complete the job and was helpful in explaining the options. They cleaned up after themselves (which is not a guarantee as all of us know), much appreciated. They were also very friendly and the service was affordable. I will be using them again if need be and would recommend them.

I do not suggest Rooter-Man. Their estimate was 2-3x regional competitors. When I began asking questions that they backed out of this job. They put part numbers that are incorrect on the invoice to prevent any sort of research after which I came to find out they were indicating a more expensive pump than necessary which wasn't a fit for what the system needed. This may have cause damages that are huge! This was price gouging or skilled incompetence or even both.

Highly recommend Rooter Man! We had a water situation in our bathroom, once I called them they sent a person! Jayson Russell-Cosme did a fantastic job. We will definitely return to them

Tony is superb. Plumbing issue in our kitchen was taken care of immediately. He was honest and upfront, recognized and fixed the issue and came out fast. Will call again!

These guys are amazing. I called them and discovered them yelp and they lived up to all of the fantastic reviews. We've got a vacation rental and we had guests staying there while we had been outside of town and they were getting married the next day along with the hot water heater went out to them. It was a very stressful experience for us initially, but about fixing our difficulty Tony called us immediately and got to work right away. They came out quickly and Nick worked all day in the rain to replace our older hot water heater using a new. They remained in close communication with us the whole time and were very professional and made what could have been a stressful encounter into a smooth and seamless one. We had an experience together, and actually appreciate their high customer support, which is rare these days to find such dependable customer services that is great! Tony and nick were both great and they'll become our move.

Toilets plugged at 4:30 on a Thursday afternoon...I am thinkin' somebody's gonna get some overtime tonight....that I'll cover...

Called Rooter-Man in 4:45pm, said they would be here in about an hour. Came in 1/2 an hour. 15 min set up time, 15 min 15 min, for your job tear down. So we can flush fixed my problem! Nicholas engaged & professional. Did the job, what more can we ask?

The response time was superb. They arrived 10 minutes and it is crucial if you do not have water for the previous 24 hours! Both guys that came out were quite friendly. They replaced. If you need someone fast call these guys!!

Tony came exactly the same hour week, I predicted on a holiday out. Upfront, honest, and reasonable. Took the opportunity to ensure that he understood what the problem was and fixed it. Was really good about informing me of problems later on, but was not pushy or controlling . Would 100% urge to friends/family.
