Best experience Super fine, super considerate, and most professional service I've had dealing with any ceremony round the house, I've been needing nonstop leaks in the ceiling in the bathroom upstairs and the sink from the 2nd bathroom, and I thought I would've repaired it myself but I am happy I didn't!! I have been using them. I've dealt with, and chris knows what he is doing, he is honest. I have had him install a plug jet out a sewer line that is , re-pipe the whole home in, and install a new water main. Never any trouble at all. I don't have any difficulty recommending him.

Amazing problem solvers! After years of pipes and so called drain experts coming over and telling me about how bad my sewer and sewer scenario I was relieved to finally have a specialist come over and say,"not a issue, this is what we do". Simple. The quote for work was well below some of the assurance and the others that these guys have put me at easy. The job has been quickly and efficiently. The area left clean and tidy. The staff . I'm so impressed with those guys. I moved from worried to issue resolved in no time in any way.

These guys are the best!!!! Chris is very knowledgable. He came out may I add quote, and gave a qoute. Completed in the ideal amount of time and started the job was very clean. Fundamentally didnt leave any work for me. This is a great. Dont think twice and just call them. You will be dissapointed.

Chris came very fast, he came recommended by a friend, but that's not always such a good thing. This time, the recommendation was put on!

A friend recommended Rooter Pro, after having the plumbing problem for the next time and he told me Chris is his move in regards to plumbing to person. He got the work done, arrived, and left the place nice and clean. Very highly suggested!

Great customer service in an age when it's needed.
We had a plumbing issue on a Friday evening around 4pm. We were going to call a reputable firm that was big but we figured let's try the regional business people . We yelped! And Rooter Experts created a good evaluation. Was humerous, knowledgable, and friendly. I'd just had surgery so I was laid up on the couch, and the tech looked genuinely concerned with my health, weird I know. Problem was repaired and we've used them since then. Both times that the technicians were honest and friendly.

They came on a Friday night at 6pm to rescue my business! I would highly recommend them. They were very professional, and considerate when they worked of the consumers which were within my business. I'd 100% hire them.

It was a Sunday Rooter Experts were phoned by me and when my bathroom got flooded and I got a friendly person to answer the phone straight away. They came out to our house and did a great job. After the job was completed they cleaned up well. Could not be happier for this provider! Really professional.

Found another reviewed plumber from yelp and called him. The man showed up and got the work done in an specific time frame.
Anyone or any company who knowingly does this to somebody who took his time to write a glowing 5 star Yelp review does not deserve your business.
1 PM rolls around and nothing
The Rooter Pros men showed up and handled my family. They did the job and billed me exactly what they'd quoted.
The sink was clogged up and my spouse stressed . I attempted to fix it.

Chris B shame on you dude. I had faith in your company
I called these people spoke to the owner Chris Baibakhani on 11/24 to find some work done in my house. He set up an appointment for the next day PM. Not suitable to give him a 4 hour window but since I had used them earlier I said OK.

The price was reasonable for the magnitude of the repairs and the quality of the work.
After reading reviews called Rooterpro. Owner Chris showed up ASAP and with the right tools. He showed me the"root" (no pun intended) of this problem with his camera followed along with his assistant Juan who worked non stop for 6 hours and made the required repairs.

He obtained another another one and left. He then left to go purchase more components. SIX hours afterwards, he and his assistant left. No hot water AND. Chris came the next day and redid all the piping. He told my husband needed $600 of work. Two values necessary to be replaced that would mean extensive repiping. Chris and I talked together for about 20 minutes late on a Friday to program it. On Monday morning, he didn't appear and told their scheduler that he didn't remember the conversation. He would not be available for 2 days.
I'm sorry. She's terrific.
Yesterday a friend showed my husband the way to replace the first value. No repiping, took 20 minutes, cost $95. Another valve is discretionary so we are leaving it and Rooter Pros alone. Perhaps they simply got too large. I don't know. Chris is a magician with plumbing. If you can get him.
It disturbs me to write this review since we've used Rooter Pros. This time, a water heater installation was an ordeal. They promised Chris would come; he was inaccessible. Substitute should have been the one from A.J.A.'s experience. He came to assess what was required. He showed up the next day. By this time I was having second thoughts so we had no water in the house and pipes that were hanging in the water heater cupboard, however he had already removed the water heater.

That is a great company! My neighbor recommended this company and I saved me from much headache. Chris, the proprietor is amazing and he really knows his stuff. He came out and gave a sensible quote and the job was done at no time (and no mess!) ! This place is highly recommended by me!

I had a problem with drain flies, so I believed. They all did the same thing and I phoned plumbers, they put bleach down my drain saying that will kill the nest. To no avail. The flies kept coming and I was annoyed. Months later a friend told me about Chris. So I phoned him over the phone he just told me it must be the molding and it had nothing to do with the drain. Sure enough that's exactly what it was! We refinished the toilet and now I am"drain fly" free lol. Thank you Chris!

Amazing service, prompt and reasonable!! I've had nightmare experiences with other plumbing solutions therefore I came to Yelp and found this firm. Could they be as good as everyone is saying? YESSS! They've restored my faith in decent customer services and pipes. Watch folks, (referring to previous plumbing companys) it is not too difficult. Want help in a pinch? Call these men, palms down, they're my peeps. They're wonderful.

Arrived on time, found the problem quickly, mended reasonable price - and he's a man. Will call again. As good as it gets!

Chris and his crew did a great job. They showed up without even trying to up the cost of the job, honored their estimate. After doing the trenchless replacement of the line out to the sidewalk, it was clear the pipe in the sidewalk out to the road required to be repaired too, so that they installed a liner which should keep our nearly 100 year old home in great plumbing repair for a while to come.
I'd definitely recommend Rooter Pros to some of my friends.
I can not state that the job was be a cheap as I had hoped (however unreasonably), but given how quickly and professionally it had been done, I have no complaints in any way.
