On Oct 4 began to have water after doing some work hammering. I was going to visit a local pluming company but went with Roto Rooter rather hoping that going with a famous company around the U.S. I would get much better service. Boy was I wrong. I had the support tell me someone would be sent by them right away and promptly phoned at 830a. I had Rafael Santana (lead tech) emerge. After telling him I had water hammering throughout the house we began in the restroom in the room. The hammering was here although Following 3 1/2 hrs of fourth and only back the water opening there could be debris in the capsule. If by substituting the cartridge that the hammering would go away he was not sure. I told him allow alter it to determine if resolves the issue. At this moment I told him I had to go pick my son up from college which later of simply disassembling the capsule x quantity of time this time was wasting time was getting fixed. No water faucet or bathtub was looked at once the hammering was throughout the home mentioned to him. He said he would look for the part. On Oct 8 I reached out to him to determine if he found the item, said he has not found it. The home should only 6 years old. There is not one store he can come across the item. He explained he would search on the internet. I reached out to him and said he couldn't locate it 2 weeks later. From the reaction that he didn't remember me and I am certain that he forgot to be searching for the part. I told him I was having the water thumping in the home and that he didn't even check. He said" He didn't want to go to the other rooms since the first place he has not been able to repair, he has not found the component yet" correct NOTHING has gotten fixed NOTHING else has been looked at. So I have charged $218 not and to have him disassemble bath faucet to 1 check nothing at the home. Rafael had ways that were good but I didn't pay $218 for that, I PAID to get the water hammering fixed. Therefore, in case you want to flush money down the drain that is the business. This is typical for Roto Rooter, should you check their other reviews on social media. Charge for attempting to diagnosing but he didn't know if this would repair it. I might have found that from anyone that state they're plumbers. First and last time I'll use this business, I knew I should have got with my feeling using a mom and pop business. Bye $218 down the drain.

Called at 4pm. Still waiting. 16 hours afterwards.
They told me they could get someone outside between 6pm and 10pm. Ok cool. I can be helped by and between 12:00am and 4:00am. I was in bed so I requested for the moment. They said between and 12:00pm. At 9:00am, they inform me they have someone in my area. At 1:30pm, I phone them asking where the plumber is and it is said they haven't been able to get a hold of me to confirm I was home. Been here the entire time. Oh, they also sent me an email telling me my appointment was cancelled and that I had to call back and ask what the hell happened.

Best experience I have had with plumbers in a couple of years. He was effective, efficient, diligent, and friendly. The drain needed to be functioning. My Thanksgiving scenario would of been a mess but thanks to his job. . The vacation went well. When you call them. .you are assured of superior work.

Made appointment told next moment. No display, they called to say someone will be by after, no display and no call. They predicted next day said someone could be , no show no call. Called today at 5:30pm reschedule but were very perplexed as to my request will find somebody who wants my money.

Visited family in Miami a week and late in the night none of the toilets/showers were draining and also we had some overflow in their home. We had to get this fixed and had a lot of visitors from out of town. We had to wait a bit, possibly two hours that was not good but Ronny Rivera (#2437) came and thankfully did not wake up the 4 kids! He quoted a fair price that the home did not have the drain set up to result in a more affordable repair.
Within an hour or so, he had cleared the drain and remained a bit to make sure everything was working correctly, working up a perspiration on the way. We would have needed to visit a hotel this couldn't be fixed by us and were thrilled to not have to leave this house if. This is a really real, non-compensated inspection and we were happy with Ronny's support, attitude and professionalism. Thank you

Expert work. The plumber was educated in what he was doing. He was quite considerate and did work. He solved the problem in under two hours. The organization itself was great as well. The appointment was done and 45 minutes later they had been at my residence. I will totally recommend and use them .

The arrived on time and as scheduled and obtained the giant leggos. William went over and over to ensure our bathroom was fantastic. Re-grouted the bathroom and it had been done so well!

Joseph # 1667, miguel Hernandez # 178 and Jose did a expert and great occupation repairing it and isolating a flow in my main water line. They were useful and left my property.

For more than a decade we used Falcon Plumbing for all our home needs, but their pricing kept rising, along with the owners moved into Florida's west coast and tried to run their biz from that point. About 2 decades ago, we chose to try our regional Roto Rooter service and were very happy. (We don't know if they were on the very first trip though). The service person found our plumbing problem to be so little as to not be worth charging us. Okay. We tried the time to them and their service person was considerate, knowledgeable, clean and conveyed well with us. We had them back two more times for one small and one more significant repair. Totally delighted. We unqualifiedly recommend this neighborhood service.

GREAT SERVICE!! Punctual and instantaneous. Marlon was efficient and helpful. He went above and beyond to help, even let me clean up afterwards which was great since I was ill. There was not any fee for being a Saturday. Thank you men!!

Don't call these burglars. You have been warned.
They wanted to charge me full price despite the fact that they were not able to repair the issue. Then suggested another option DOUBLED the cost and to unclog drain Are you kidding me!!! THIEVES

Came quickly and in a random hour. Juan was super reliable and was very enlightening about what he was planning to do before actually getting to the job, and what were the costs of everything. The issue was solved by very clean and fast but naturally. Both bathrooms were clogged and he was in and out in less than 1 hr. Would recommend!

Excellent in every way the receptionist was good in getting them to return to my home. Very fair and professional. Gave advice on what to do not to clog toilet in future. Even advocated Charmin toilet paper. Very quick, clean and nice. Highly recommend.

Ronnie Rivera (#2437) was fantastic! He unclogged my bathtub and got the water draining in no time.

First lets start off with the fact they needed to charge $250 to replace the kitchen faucet with one I had purchased.
Second... I scheduled the appointment for between 2 and 3pm, thinking I could have a late long lunch to get this done. In 210pm the dispatch calls me to affirm a time that is 4pm stating the plumber isn't currently beginning till 4pm today. While I inform her when her appointment has been scheduled she states she'll call me right back... that she did and also to affirm the plumber was on his way. I get a call in the plumber stating he's on his way to Brickell from Homestead.
Will certainly would not recommend them and never use them again.
