I simply had a man who was here to origin my sewer line, act just like he do me a favor. Small. Remain in the driveway for twenty minutes after I signed the invoice, and he requested unprofessional questions and several impolite. He acted just like a twit that was ridiculous. All 3 feet . He appeared to be trying to determine how to charge us the most. I'm not kidding at all(and he did!!!) . He was upset about doing the job we paid him than I'd consider worthwhile. Go anywhere else. Purchase a router. Than if you flushed a grenade you'd pay less money. He had a myriad of dumb questions that are unrelated. This is the fifth time they have come to the house. They did not figure out the line was bad for the initial four excursions. They send this idiot. I have had one plumber out of this service. An American man who repaired the sewer line, after four additional visits where they misidentified the problem. They charged us when they knew exactly what the issue was. These men are terrible. I had to let our dog outside, while I stood waiting and he sat there filling out the paperwork with his door open. After twenty minutes he eventually abandoned. I'm not certain what that was. Honestly.
We had a range of problems. But nobody uses wipes. I requested him to hurry up and depart, and told him he was rude. He made a reason to overcharge us. I believe perhaps we should speak to the state simply because it's dishonest."
Update: he claimed wipes were used by us, and charged us almost $400. I stand by this. That person is simply dishonest. Do not use these men. They are actually scamming people. If you have a tiny man appear, ask him if he is the one in the review. He may be there to attempt to for kicks you punish.
Got an appointment for Saturday, between the hours of 11am to 3pm. Called again at 4pm and obtained a manager on the phone and NOW he sending someone over, they should be here . Unbelievable. Really

Update: Ok Jose to the rescue! But with plumbing stuff they have been nice so I gave an excess star for that. But I am too mad to give any more.
They have been nice, If it comes to plumbing stuff. But their water damage removal service? Jump it and go somewhere else. They operate in conjunction with Alliance Environmental, and the communication is terrible. Rotor Rooter (update: it was really an Alliance work sequence, so I am putting this on them) just showed up for my house now, but I am in the Philippines and they ought to have known that! Their point of contact from Alliance knows that although for some crazy reason they still sent rotor rooter to my house now, calling me while it's midnight here and I am trying to sleep... Also, they said their dehumidifier will take three days. It needed to be on 24/7 and took TWO WEEKS. My mom was getting headaches and couldn't sleep. We are going to have to do paper work with insurance to compensate us for the crazy spike in our energy bill. We had some questions about the invoice that appeared off and no one got back to us. He called me although eric said he would call my mom back. This cleanup procedure for damages that happened in early November are not going to wind up getting fixed until January next year... and in the meantime that space is just empty and smelly and all of the stuff with that area are all over my living space and garage, making my house a mes. So frustrating. Do not go here for water damage and don't let them lead you.

He saw my post and replied and helped out my situation. To me, it's all about how people/a business responds to errors cus let's face it, most of us make them. He and I consulted about the issue, and it's gonna save headaches and money later on - way better than what anybody else jerked me around with. Next time I have a problem I am contacting Jose right cus I know he's got my back. Super appreciated! Also, never going back to Alliance lol. But they got their very own bad review. But Jose at Rotor Rooter is your guy!
I phoned Roto-Rooter in April to clean a clogged disposal. They snaked it and I paid $300. When they left my dishwasher had water at the bottom, I noticed. Roto-Rooter was phoned by me again and they sent another plumber. The plumber didn't spend much time exploring - he said it wasn't a plumbing issue.
So I phoned my Asko representative. He said that the initial plumber had forgotten to clean the air gap and came out. Two Roto Rooter technicians missed this, although I paid $ 200 from Asko.
An step that cost us $200 to fix was overlooked by two plumbers at Roto-Rooter. The company addressed my issue and followed up. I am giving them four stars due to this fact that they followed up on a customer support issue.
This inspection was seen by a customer support rep and called me, although I did get a prompt response. They are refunding the $200. I call that service so I've scoured my critique.
I am a repeat client with Roto Rooter. My classic home was experiencing a retrofit. The sewer line has been jeopardized and that I had the seismic team contact Roto Rooter. After a quick assessment, he contacted his manager Scott Sylvia. Speedy action was taken to 1) clear the length of the sewage line and two ) run a camera through to check the status.

It became apparent that the 32' of line required to be substituted. Mind you, a few of the line was close to 100 years old. Since I was under a deadline together with all the seismic retrofit, the first time period would not have worked. Scott got the job moving in a couple of days and worked a miracle.
The upshot is Roto Rooter does quality work and is a fantastic firm. Brian made a call and assessed the scenario. Then he and Scott took the steps. Roberto arrived and left everything right. I would expect that they'll take internal steps to address the missteps taken by the 1 man, who chose not to complete the job.
The job was launched, but unfortunately the individual assigned the job kind of lost the ball. I'll let Roto Rooter handle this. Butback to the good stuff. The day scott and Roberto showed up to save and obtained the sewer line completed. The lineup was scrutinized Friday (10/20/17) and also passed. Monday, the 23rd, Roberto came out to bury the line. The thing is that nobody would understand the chaos that existed for.
We had a yucky flooding at my office in our back room. Eric from the restoration department and his crew came to the rescue and gave us good work and the best service customer service. He made sure we were satisfied and happy and he really cared. We ended up having further issues of odor and then he came out , then he known. Jose assisted with photographs and reports to send to your own landlord. They introduced a machine into help with the odor, simply to go over and beyond, to ensure we were fulfilled, and we were extremely thankful for their kindness and eagerness to help us. Eric and jose both checked in by telephone and came out to the office repeatedly to help us figure out the sources for the odor. Turns out the odor was not linked to the flooding that was initial, but several times both even changed the filter on the machine and didn't charge us for it. Both Eric and Jose were amazing. I have to give a shout out to Scott also William and the camera guy who tried to develop where the odor came from who came out. There were even more pleasant roto rooter workers that came out, but I do not recall their names. Each of them gave above 5 star support and that I appreciate all of their hard work. Turns out we have to use our landlords contractors and technicians who aren't as nice and caring as the group of men at roto rooter East Palo Alto. Thank you guys!
Came in an hour of my sink & telephone has been cleared up within 20 minutes. This was on a Sunday. Technician was very polite, professional and abandoned the workspace tidy. Rates are the exact same 7 days a week, but they ai not cheap. I have called plumbers for similar problems although they are definitely cheaper, but don't come out and typically take more time to clean out the plumbing. Nothing is more nasty than a stopped up sink or toilet so I think it's well worth it.
After collapse with two companies on Yelp, Octadrus is amazing and he was able to correct the sewer line backup problem for me. Thank you a lot!
My next story toilet wasn't flushing, the first person came out and snaked it (leaving some fairly lousy rust marks in the toilet bowl). His recommendation was to pull the toilet and have a camera run (which he could not do). It took several days (and just one missed appointment time) to find a person to come out to do the camera. Instantly said that a camera did not need to be run, but only pull the toilet and snake it, and it will be standard procedure for next floor bathrooms. The next person was immediately resolved my problem and fantastic.
I think that rotor-rooter ought to have a bill that is running after each person comes instead of directly billing until the problem is solved. You are likely to receive a expensive bill in the event of the initial person making the identification.

Our technician Kevin - his staff altered the hot water pipe plus nipple of our water heater, taking less than one hour and came out over the time stove that is guaranteed on time. Gave us expert advice too.
Roto-Rooter is the most unprofessional company. They reserve appointments and don't show up. Their employees do NOT push them to another care for clients and eventually mislead. I will never get back to them and made a huge mistake. I am amazed the way survives.
Amazing service! Daniel, William and two technicians came out to my home to help with water damage and also provided the service I've ever encountered. Both Daniel and William were very professional and went above and beyond to turn a negative situation. I can't thank them enough! I will certainly call them in the future if needed.
