Cody did a superb job rekeying my doorway after an event with a vacational renter in LW walked away with my keys.

1.5 hours later they showed up and the price did not include labor. They quote onsite was 3 times what it had been on the telephone. I explained no way am I paying and cancelled them.
Called on the telephone to have a quote. They are wishy washy and could not be glued down to a price. They eventually gave me a quote of 39.95 to come outside and 19.00 per lock. They said they would be here in 30 min.

This firm has gone above and beyond to help us with our 1950 John and Ford is incredible with his customer service and honesty. We tried other companies and what a nightmare and large error and what happens for a reason and this was merely that. As stated, great customer service and overlook the rest.

Poor customer support over the phone. Heinous up-charging for Saturday work. Until I could ask another question, hung up.

I only recently used their services and I was completely pleased.
Gave me a fair price and I was happy I def would recommend him for services to anyone in need
Jacob managed to open my door and came out on time.

I needed to make sure they were licensed and bonded, so I predicted there office. I talked Adam, who sent over the paper work that was essential with in 10 min and was very knowledgable in the business. Once the tech came out I got a wonderful young tech named mike who was very useful, neat and fast. I would recommend this company to my loved ones and friends. Can't wait until they install cameras in my house next week.

With it running, not my moment left my key in my car. Fortunately Alex was kind enough to come by and help me out, he was in five minutes. Fast, productive and friendly.

An honest locksmith can trust, came to the rescue in less then 30 minutes!! , was stuck in that oc warmth at 1pm out with my child and locked my car, thank you Jacob for that response suggested!

Desired to have any latches and locks installed onto a crate I was shipping out of state. Called them and Nate has been discharged to assist me. He was professional and quick. Would definitely request him needs I may have.

Locked myself find this locksmith, outa my car and could get a hold of anybody. The automatic voice said press 1 for crises 2. So I press on 1. However, the message jist replays over and over and over -____-

Elijah from RS Locksmith was knowledgeable, personable, and instantaneous. He was able to solve our problem! I would have given them 5 stars if not for the price. The cost seemed a bit high and for that I had to knock them down a notch.

My loved ones and I returned home to find that we'd locked the garage door and didn't have a home key. We predicted RS and opened the door, they came quickly and replaced the handle. The individual was extremely professional and friendly and a pleasure to use. I will reach out to them again.

After loosing the ignition key of my vehicle, I was pressured to have a fresh pair made. RS LOCKSMITH maintained communication throughout the procedure was comparatively instantaneous, and shifted my ignition keys at a fair price. I would recommend them, and would use their services again.

In the morning I wake up to examine the invoice, and now that I can think I distraught to see how much I have paid for the ceremony. Not to mention that the deadbolt itself needs to be strong silver indoors since it was $45.00 and in addition to all that the $19.00 service fee.
In addition to this, I paid more money for a deadbolt that at least matched the color of the lock's rest!
Whatever leave me in peace and simply put the lock . , it took approximately 15 minutes to have the fee done.
Do NOT call these guys if you're locked out of your residence. They'll make the most of you. Find someone else, or break a window or something. It would be cheaper.
By this time I would have sold my mom simply to enter my house so I said ok, although totally friggin outrageous.
front deadbolt of our house tried, and broke the key off in the lock. After several hours of trying to enter the house we eventually relented and searched on the internet for a locksmith to come out and put us.
At this point it was dark, and I was tired and wanted to enter my house. I believe that the locksmith I spoke to understood this. Something about it depends kinds of pins along with other stuff, on the type. But he did quote me a service fee of 19.00 to come out. Seemed fair, so I said ok.
Called to ask them why it was so significant. Receptionist gave me lip service regarding how the cost is determined by the locksmiths based on lock type blah blah blah. Said she would forward my concern to a manager. I have since been ignored. I sent an email describing I should not be charged that far. Still have been discounted. I do not expect the service to be liberated, but c'mon, and expect to be charged higher than normal pace!
He spent approximately 20 minutes drilling the deadbolt out and got us in. He then substituted the deadbolt with a brand new one that in no way matched the color of the door handle. I asked him about it and he said he'd look for one the exact same color (You did not try to receive the exact same color in the first place??) Went and looked and said , that's the only color we got.

And they explained they'd be there in 15m it required 45m the man to them tell me its going to b $200 to start the car!!! My Car worth 200 I told him charge me $85 and known as a different locksmith service.

Yesterday I locked myself outside of my condominium in Long Beach. A neighbor gave -LRB-562-RRB- 607-7250's number to me to phone and appeared on the web for a Long Beach locksmith. I had been in a panic and stupidly did not ask for their own rates. Another neighbor told me it'd cost approximately $80.00 because that was his experience recently.
The locksmith came and gave me the price of $29.95 just for coming out. Then he proceeded to tell me to start the lock it was likely to charge $160.00. I couldn't believe it! I told him I didn't have that kind of money so he phoned and spoke to the guy at work who then told me he'd be kind and give me a break and only charge me $125.00, this time only. That is $45.00 more than every other locksmith would have billed. They know up front that you aren't likely to pay the service cost to them because in the long run you are going to wind up paying almost the full amount and call another locksmith.
I find it difficult to believe they're currently talking and just read.
My only recourse is to warn anyone needing a locksmith that no matter how desperate you are, ask what they charge until you've got them come out. They know chances are you will pay what they ask instead of sending them away once they are there.
