I am extremely excited to share my latest experience working with Sac Val Plumbing. I am a commercial property manager for a five story. We've been using the same plumbing company for over 10 years but recently lost them due to them gaining a massive account. Some plumbing work has been done by my maintenance guys . They have been buying parts to fix our toilets and sinks out of Sac Val Plumbing for ages. They have been extremely busy working on important tenant improvements so no moment. I told one of my guys I had a problem with a few toilets but had been having trouble finding a plumber that was reliable and had rates. He told me to call Sac Val Plumbing so that I did. Kim was the first one to answer my call. She was great knowledgable and really pleasant. She had someone that days to mend three toilets. The techs ready to work on fixing the values and were quickly. I had a situation in our deli with a faucet yesterday. I called and talked to Dawn. She had someone right away and they understood what was wrong. Without needing to buy any new gear, the repairs were made.
