Outstanding firm. Our water heater had to be replaced and a replacement unit was purchased by me in Home Depot. The support technician they recommend wanted 800.00 to install the new unit. I called The Service Gurus and they shipped Kurt to assist us. He's a very professional and friendly. He took good care of this replacement I hour charged us 240.00. This included taking the old unit. I would recommend Kurt and this company for anyone. Thank you.

Unbelievable. They state they predicted but I had been working in the yard. They say wait till Monday? Spend the weekend with a drain. The woman on the phone wasn't the sharpest knife in the draw . These are a couple men trying to do everything. And I know they are not licensed. Their primary value is that show up. But if they do not show up they are worthless. Buyer beware!
I've used the Service Guru . The first was a little sticky but the second time was a NO SHOW!
They were called by my home warranty this morning for an HVAC problem and that I received a telephone for a consultation between 12 and 5. The technician call me to say he had been 15 mins away. He immediately diagnosed the problem and had the role on his truck. Literally 30 mins total and most of that time was explaining to me what the component does and how it functions. I believe the Techs title was Chad and I could not ask for a better experience. Thanks for your service!!!
