I contacted this locksmith business to help me with my old mortise door lock. I spoke to Jack describing my issue. He asked that I send an image of the door, which in turn, I sent a video of my issue. I wanted to replace the door lock using a keypad / Bluetooth type lock. Since my locks were Baldwin, he suggested I would save much more money by contacting Baldwin (lifetime guarantee ) to find the parts I want, then call him back to fix it. When I received the parts, I scheduled an appointment to come back by and texted Jack. Not only did he fix the door locks, but he rekeyed the door. I'm recommending him!
He came to replace the lock in my door john was fantastic, and that he did a wonderful job the service was very quick and very professional and that's the crucial thing for me.
