THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!
I went to pick this up and old woman LISSA (very rude and nasty...) said the package was not there, while on the site it clearly states that was signed with her.
Change it!!!!

This store is an UPS access point too, any bundle directed to this store was denied or stolen by the merchant... To me happened more than two times... now I suppose I can assume they're untrustworthy and I shall be not surprised that people utilizing their locksmith service catch thieves in their flat...

Let me explain you what occurred.
I picked one up.

Basically what she did it's a crime!!! You pretend to eliminate it!!!! and can not steal packages from individuals Especially when I have proofs!!!!! What's wrong with people?! I wanted to alert my neighbors about this crazy woman!!!
On the website (and also you will see in the image that I posted) a woman called LISSA (the person who owns the shop ) signed and obtained my package on Tuesday at 5.29 pm.
So I moved the next day to pick up this. I well approached her and asked her abt my ups bundle as soon I got in in the shop. I wasn't even looked at by her, also at a really attitude, she asked me what was my speech. She gave me one of those packs (the make up... I didn't even know that she refused the poster tubing, since it seemed on the website later on. .)

I dwell in location that is 77at. I wasn't home and that I was anticipating 3 UPS Bundle. So the Ups delivered the package to my Ups Point:

Showed her the ups website that clearly says"bundle is in the ups stage, signed by Lissa, ready to be picked up by me" she kept yelling that she had nothing, she became so nasty and rude, so I had to leave the shop very frustrated and angry. I talked within the area with individuals that were different and they told confirmed exactly what I believe about her. She opens them get the packages and sees if she likes the merchandise or not. She steals it, if she likes it. The item that she does not want (possibly since they too significant. . Or"inconvenient" for her... she refuse them from UPS.
This is very upsetting, I contacted both Amazon and Ups and that I neglected a criticism, they're doing an investigation, and that I changed my ups stage!!!!!

UPS delivery was denied here. UPS told me they are going to be delisted on account of the complaints and called me. I urge 5th Dimension Video on 76th and York as a trusted UPS pickup point that's open late (10 PM) and always has your package for you without any problems.

Geeeeeeez. Is that anger and frustration first thing that is essential in the early hours, days prior to Christmas??? I've picked up a bundle from them and the staff have been bored and dismissive with me, but not this impolite. If you hate people so much, perhaps do not run a company.... Sounds simple to me.
I had to pick up a bundle before work daily, and decided to call them at to learn their hours. A guy with a harsh tone and a Russian accent answers the phone and barks,"Hello!"
"Any time means any time!! May be 1 second, could be two minutes! Any time!!"
"Hello, I want to come pick up a UPS package and desired to understand when you opened"
So you are open at 9?"
"Uh, okay... I just wanted to clarify what you meant with any time. 15 minutes, 30 minutes?"

If you have a package good fortune ever seeing the shipping. UPS attempted to deliver there 3 TIMES to this place and the woman working that was horrible declined it all three times. Whether it had been there, I popped in two over the course of the day to find out, and she lied straight to my face saying they would never come. UPS and the store I ordered from told me it was declined multiple times. She's just rude and lazy. Avoid this place, if you can help it.

Hours are not accurate. Went at 10:05 to get a bundle that ups left and the door has been locked.

Lisa at the shop was useful, efficient & patient plus they came away at a affordable price. My lock changed & was quick & professional.

We called Super Security Locksmith today expecting to need to make an appointment. Super Security was our apartment in Brooklyn within thirty minutes! They were knowledgable, efficient and fast to install a security lock that is high . The price was fair, and we're happy with the service. Thank you so much!

This was the access point. I had two boxes to drop off. Because they were boots, 1 box was bigger than the other. Upon dropping off them, the lady told me due to the box dimensions, I have to give them money until UPS can pick it up to keep at the store.
I asked if that was stated anywhere on the website as I was searching in my purse for dollar bills. (There's another entry point nearby my work that I frequent that I have never been asked to provide money to) She did not answer my query and just said"It's a really large box" I wasn't only in a rush to get to work but also just did not feel like arguing over something which sounded trivial, therefore I gave her money and I left.
If this is something they are actually allowed to 18, I have reached out to determine. When it is, I will get rid of this review immediately, no problem. I would like to warn all to carry money with them just if they deem that"your box is quite large." (The box was just big enough to fit 1 shoe box which comprised calf-high boots, size 8) I really don't believe I need to have to pay to drop off something when that is the point in me going to drop off something isn't having to pay for the pickup charge! BRING CASH. If your box is too big, you will never know.
Be mindful.

My parents recently moved into a residence, and the previous owner broke the lock. The door was one of the cheap metal doors that are Chinese. Not only did they keep their word and made it here on time, they helped without changing the door fix the lock. They also charged a reasonable price with an exceptional service!! That they gave us copies of this key. I might call them straight away, honestly if I have any problems again. Im so grateful for their assistance and assistance. They did a fantastic job.

So fast and simple - that the owner was amazingly helpful and my main was affordable.

The Lawless Locksmith - a Sequel to: "The Lacking Locksmith, or, Lessons Learned" I wish I read the reviews but I figure it's a very simple task - to receive a key duplicated by a locksmith. Wrong! Much like the other unsuspecting Yelp users who wrote biased testimonials regarding Super Security Locksmith (the irony of that name!) , I bring them my only key and request two copies. Much like the others - the keys. Much like the others - I'm to blame. Me, together with my insufficient lock, and worn out crucial. Begrudgingly after I explain that he is the original installer of this lock, the proprietor agrees to update the key.

I would love to point out that this, by far isn't assault or the only insult I endure from this locksmith. When I go back the proprietor verbally abuses me, and threatens my son. My son ran while we were on the phone because he uttered the owner yelling at me and attacking me. The locksmith continues his tirade, now directed at my son, in an effort to frighten him and me out of this shop. "You'll see what I will do to you!" He bellowed towering over us"You leave boy, you don't belong here, you are going to see what's going to happen to you tonight!" . I inform him that is my key and that it's illegal to carry keys, and of course threaten people. In conclusion, he grabs the chair I'm sitting on, and shakes me out of it. He does so while yelling eyes that are wild and with quite gestures and body language. I'm just over 5 feet, and 100 lbs. I am not going to lie I was fearful, my son almost in tears.

Silence. The authorities look at me expectantly. The locksmith glares - he knows he has me he never gave me a receipt. I abandon exasperated, but not defeated. So long as I warn others and could share my experience, justice has been served.

He understands that he doesn't want to be accountable, and screwed up. Now, I just need to receive my house keys, but once I go back to his shop to request them, his wife needs payment for what she calls"the occupation", meaning"the breaking my safe by drilling a large hole in it", or else she's not giving me the keys to my own house. "What occupation did you perform?" She does not have any answer, but that is not important and she stands her ground holding my crucial hostage (behind each unreasonable man, there is an equally irrational girl ).
After realizing that he may require a refresher course not just in key creating, but in safe drilling too (his drilling has rendered my safe entirely inaccessible), the master, true to his form proceeds to accuse me of not having the correct combination. I explain that I've had this safe for 25 decades and start it. He remains really harshly implicating me in being the offender of his bad drilling, unconvinced, and states there is nothing we could do. At 10pm that day I receive a suspicious text where he offers me a deal - he will find the mix for me (I'm afraid to ask how or from whom), but at a cost. Do you agree?" Would I agree?! Instead of agreeing, I get Brinks to confirm to him that I have the ideal combination. And he promptly begins ignoring my calls and texts.
I'm now seriously worried: This man (ethics - not his strong-suit, and human dignity - an unknown terrain) is the only key to my home, and the mix to my safe. I inquire politely when he can finish the job and call from a different number. The reply is"You don't understand nothing, you need to pay me - you're so stupid!" . My husband steps in and calls for the authorities, as it's illegal to carry keys, upon hearing this.
If he is able to drill open a home safe, still oblivious to what is in store for me personally, I ask the proprietor. The key was, although I have the mix. The safe is to be opened according. "35 years in the company!" He scoffs at my insolence in offering the master directions"...I think that I know how to drill a safe". I would think you learn how to duplicate keys, however...

After the authorities arrive, the Lawless Locksmith intentionally lies, proclaiming that he's never seen me before, and doesn't have my house key - "When I do have it, then prove it where's the receipt?" . Who gets a receipt when falling keys off? - Lesson learned: today most of us do.

I paid $300. For a lock which has screws and my door rattles. The workmanship is horrendous. I told him he said who cares, fantastic luck and I would go to small claims court and hung up.
The worst place. Than I asked then his wife said she would exchange the locksmith place a different lock. They kept me waiting two weeks he said he wasn't renting me a lock and that he wouldn't exchange it.
DO Not use this Rip away store. He is mean and treats clients!

I called other locksmiths and they quoted me $70 or so per lock. So these guys are a bunch of tools who make the most of people. BEWARE and steer clear of these guys.
Don't use these guys . These guys are terrible later giving you a quote, and they overcharge you. Because I had been locked out of my flat I called them. The man unlocked two locks but charged me. Each lock charge was $165. Plus $95 for emergency support billed. The total came out to $650. Crazy right?
I called them to receive a refund for 1 lock I was overcharged by them for and the man was rude and stated he would return to me but never did. I'm sueing this company in claims court.

The young man was considerate and very helpful . He has product knowledge that is great and offers excellent customer services. I was a little confused with my lock that is and he was very patient.

This place is excellent and very handy. The service was fast and I didn't have any issues. They did it within minutes and I had a couple keys and gave no trouble to me. The worker on Saturday was delightful.

Don't waste your money here. I had them replace a door lock, and the lock did not work. Out of the 10 key copies I had them create, NONE of them worked.
Their customer support is horrifically poor to add to this. The woman who works at the store locked me out once I told her that I'm coming back in a moment. Then she yelled from the inside,"Our business hour is over!"

Dubi was so friendly and helpful! He could inside a half out of our call and was the very best price we found after calling a dozen places.
