These guys are fair and awesome. Recommended them and that I have needed to reach them out twice now. This time Roy walked through what I could try with my water heater and I got it to function without them needing to emerge. How crazy is that!

I've had to telephone plumbing several times and the constantly do a great job. I deal with services daily, and Superstition plumbing is one of the better companies. They are prompt, efficient, and knowledgeable.

Excellent experience with this business! Called at the morning after getting a referral from a neighbor. Justin came out to check over a few problems I was having and completely and what needed to be done to fix them. Didn't make me feel pressured or hurried either! I will utilize Superstition for issues and our upcoming plumbing requirements.

I've used Superstition Plumbing severL times. They got the work done in a timely fashion and are always friendly.
I just had water heater flooding and break my home. I phoned Superstion and they were there to fix the problem. The serviceman explained of the options and his job.

And it was a Holiday weekend but yelp and their website showed they were available. The message said so I left a message asking for a call back that they were on another line . Today is Sept 11, 2017 and no call back. I'm assuming this provider isn't interested in my organization. I got the work done from a different firm (same day) but I believed that I needed to depart this review. I will NOT call this business in the future.

Saved the day. They came the exact same day we predicted about a leaky water heater (in-warranty). Per warranty directions, we called for 2 days the installer but our calls weren't returned by them. Superstition did their usual careful jobmanaging the paperwork. Best notch.

Came out same day I called, gave me a time period between 4 and 3, showed at 3pm. Fast, clean job, and cost was significantly less then the other quote I received. Came won't hesitate to recommend others and recommended.

They were professional, courteous & quick. Looking for an honest attorney, this is it. He attempt to upsell me anything unnecessary or didn't feel pushy. Very affordable too.

Called for an estimate guy came out the following day about 3:00 PM. Looked at my water heater, gave me a fantastic quote for a brand new one, also 17 years old. Then we tried to locate a time that could work for the two of us. He explained about right now! That's what I predict ready.

Great service from these guys. I had it fixed and had a line burst. Justin have a look and came out. They came back and started straight away. The job was more in depth then initially thought. (Thanks home builder!!!) . The day!!!!, extra did not charge and were finished Honestly some of the very best customer service I've seen in a while!!!! I'll urge Superstition Plumbing to anyone in need!!!

This business was referred to me by another homeowner who works for the condominium community. I called them. . .big mistake. When I called I told them my shower needed to find out how far to fix it and was leaking into the downstairs unit. They stated no fee for them to come out and give me a"bid" there could only be a fee if they needed to come out and perform some work to determine the issue. Justin came out and spent less than 5 minutes and told me. He explained approx 300 -$350 to fix. I wanted to call around and check other plumbers to determine if I could get a better rate as my funding was very tight. He attempted to charge me a identification fee before leaving. We went back and forth but it was eventually waived by him. He explained free for a bid its a fee. That of course they did not inform me when I called to set up the appointment in that I was apparent that I wanted someone to tell me exactly what needed to be done to fix it and how much to come out and explained the issue. That should have been my first clue. I asked for a written quote and he explained that he would submit it to the owner and they would email the quote. He also warned me changes the costs, likely attempting to get me to just tell him to perform it. I have not ever heard of this individual coming not being able to provide me a written quote on website unless they needed to go back to the office and research components. They did not take my email address, so I was chilly and needed to call them back and give it to them replied, she was mad she got caught in a lie. This was 3 days ago and still no email. After calling about, I chose to have them all come out and perform the fix since they were out and were familiar with the circumstance, the pricing was ok and it went into the holiday weekend and it was. I called Friday to setup a Sat appt. They said each of their plumbers are off to the holiday weekend they're only doing emergencies this weekend and is Tuesday. They were planning to contact Justin and call me back with a time and a firm price. They never called me back and left me hanging over a holiday weekend knowing full well this was a issue for my own neighbors. I had to scramble and didn't find a fantastic plumber over at Arties Master Plumbing at Tempe (read my excellent inspection for him) he fixed the issue for a portion of the cost less than $100 all that needed to be done was to substitute the water flow faceplate and gasket. So in order to earn more money they quote things that may not be the issue. Run away fast from these scam artists.

Would highly recommend. We had a bathroom leak. The business arrived at their time and were extremely considerate, and the resolved the problem. The service individual even wore booties each time he entered, in order to not drag any debris to our property. Some other ther businesses didn't even clean up in the area they worked on. This was the most polite service we've ever utilized. Don't be afraid to call this company. We previously have experienced numerous other businesses, and none compare.

Jared arrived as promised and went right to work. He had been organized and efficient in his actions. He replaced provide lines and two bathrooms. He removed the bathrooms and any trash and put outside the shipping containers for recycle. The only evidence he'd been here would be the bathrooms. Excellent work
