Perfectly service and the two gentleman that were in the shop at 9am were friendly. I went into get keys replicated - a friend who is a local recommended that area. I contemplated going to Home Depot but it was somewhat far and I wanted to get this. No difficulties with workmanship - of the keys work, and I was out and in in 5mins. Rates are a little higher than Home Depot but here's to encouraging small businesses! If you're in a pinch A solid place.
Juan immediately discovered the problem, came on schedule, called ahead and had a replacement part with him. He was nice, careful, and efficient. Labor and part proved reasonably priced, however the trip charge was pretty high - be sure to ask ahead of time what the charge is.
Very man waited on me personally. Copy of key he left for me went in the lock and opened it, but could not get the key back out of this lock. Won't go back, I do not enjoy any business treating me rudely for no fantastic reason. It was Monday and he appeared just pissed he needed to get the job done. This really isn't the exact same amount of customer service given by the previous owner.
They'll also bump against you if comes along.
The good thing: the dispatcher and I spoke on three occasions, and not once did she mention that the trip charge that is $91. I discover that fee to be excessive. They drove up from Albuquerque, although with charged us a trip fee.
The good news: They do great work. One of the techs, dennis, worked really difficult to address an issue with our safe.
Update, 4.20.18: I've achieved to Gwen at Territorial twice now, at her invitation, to solve our complaints. She has not responded.
I will say they deserve 5 stars, after getting several keys created here. I took some sort of keys around city but everyone kept saying they couldn't be cut by them so I eventually discovered territorial. So I could get my things copied after 20, they even kept the store open for me. Thanks Territorial!
I'm so disappointed! I took in a deadbolt lock to have rekeyed and $32 after I find that the keys are so hard to turn that I cannot use them When I called and talked to the bus (who had informed me that she discovered graphite from the lock which makes it hard to turn a secret, I just assumed that she had cleaned it out so that would not be a problem ) she said"Sorry but it had been working fine when I left with it yesterday. Perhaps it's the bolt". I used the lubrication it isn't the bolt and she advocated.
NEVER USE THIS LOCKSMITH AGAIN - BE FOREWARNED
I called Territorial Crucial with a crisis and a nice man attempted to help me open the lock before sending a technician out. I was unable to open the door, and they were unable to send a technician out so that they called me to Zia Lock Smith. Leonard out of Zia was great. Thank for being so customer focused, you Territorial.
We had a great experience. Our locksmith Dennis showed worked out in the cold, mended an impossible garage door lock, AND that he was nice.
We left the key in Denver to our cargo box and they were able for us even and really fast were so kind to do it for free to unlock the box. Excellent service and love the gesture. Happy holidays!
For me, I have to get my keys. And when I do, Territorial is the place! The gents that operate there are quick and efficient, not the funniest, chattiest of them but they get her done. Thank you!
Tried to make a motorcycle key for me and that they could not do it, they were fine about it but wasted 2 days of my time and I was pressed for time, I would not recommend for automotive, so I had to push to abq to get it done at a whooping 10 minutes at a van on a parking lot so it was not time it was lack of ability, the place looked well set up though
and also the employees were careful and corteous
