The tech was upstairs looking in our furnace for not even 5 minutes when he comes down to tell us that the unit is past it's a security issue plus it's prime because some major parts were ruined. He said he turned the gas off and unplugged it which makes us feel like it was super unsafe. Mind you, we'd JUST employed this furnace a couple of months before and was using it together with ZERO problems for 3.5 years...
The guy was up there for a lot of 10 minutes and we get another company to come out and warmth kicked out. NOT a SINGLE fix was needed. He plugged it back in and turned on the gas and he explained that was it and another gas valve has been turned away!
I am sorry, but NO. While I can understand encouraging your clients to leave a review, it is VERY shady practice to offer a discount for a specifically"5-star review." Rather than apologizing, into our formerly genial telephone call turned into a terse one in which she insisted justifying the clinic instead of trying at all where I came from a customer know or to reflect. Regardless of if this is"common practice" in businesses, which has not been my own experience, that doesn't make it okay.
Note: My review is not about the support I received, and also much more regarding business ethics practices and the customer support of their office. I called the office to ask from businesses about the disparity in prices. The office assistant, Sara, decided to waive the fee, which I valued. However, when I let her know I had been uncomfortable with the incentivized 5-star review (that I decided to not partake in), Sara's demeanor completely changed. They then charged me to fix a flow and on the job order since there might be more escapes??? no guaranty was said by them for the flow Who would pay to resolve a unit that escapes and have no guaranty when you charge up to $269 a pound for freon???

Following a short time period, Darrel showed me the capacitor and let me know what the issue was with my AC. He had a replacement onto his truck, so that he managed to fix the issue after getting his fine and moving over the cost with me. After that was fixed, he continued to dive into my AC and be sure everything else was working properly before coming back indoors for payment and temperature testing. I felt as though I got a great value and I feel confident in my AC now!
