Getting through on the phone is hard as there is no secretary and the phone number is also tied to some other company for Locksmith - .

I've been here numerous occasions - mostly to either repair what other mechanics have fouled up in my vehicle, or to try and figure out the origin of some vague problem that other"professionals" have passed .
No fancy waiting area.
Humble folk can easily be overlooked. Do not make that error.

I have an old car that needs more TLC than a newer car might need.

Locked our keys in the vehicle while in a pharmacy. When we called the lady on the phone said it'd be $30 to unlock and 29 traveling fee. She could be to us in 30 mins or less and explained the technician is on the street. We agreed. Fast forward the technician tells us and finally gets there it's $85 to unlock and $29 for traveling. He will have them call us to affirm although the technology explains that he does do the job for them. I get exactly the identical lady on the telephone and she says,'you're wrong, I stated 35-85.' We just picked this place cause they stated it'd be 30 mins or less and we needed to pick up our kids before school shut. Not 30 mins rather than the price they offered. The technology was calm and efficient during the purchase price dispute but he doesn't do the job for them.

They popped up beneath a search for locksmiths. Forget that they are tough to discover. They were open. Stop lying about your service and hours. It only hurts your company.... Like this review.

Tony's is a repair shop. Anything I have had he's taken care of. The service is impeccable. Rates are good. If there's a draw it back would be insufficient waiting place. I pick it up after and just drop it off. No Worries!

I tried to find some information about the store to find out if it'd be a good match for my car and that I wouldn't wait forever to have it fixed. I could not book an appointment in their site so I phoned... My service when phoning in was ridiculous, I was treated as a telemarketer and was hung up on two, super rude. All I desired was to phone ahead before bringing my car to the store.
