Seriously look for your sewer requirements! These guys are fantastic!
Everything was thoroughly explained and also the honesty and integrity. Not only were they respectful of my house and detailed with their job however they were fun and personable to get in my home when performing a job like sewage work.
I can't speak more highly of Tripple S. Ricky and his team came to short notice to do a second review of my sewer line as a followup to the one my purchaser did during the review to the sale of my house. We believed we needed to confirm with the first scope showed and the buyer requested that we wash the lineup. These men did a range prior to cleaning, followed with a hydro jet twice through, and did a follow-up scope using a comment to the video that explained what the initial crew to have found as a fracture in the point was in fact not under my house at all. The hour and a half they spent scoping my lineup saved thousands of dollars and heaps of stress.

We purchased a 1960s home that we knew had build up at the sewer line but started experiencing a few months after closing to backup. We had and we'd consequences that are temporary until we had a backup.
I contacted Rick and Triple S Sanitary to come outside to perform a hydrojet to blow due to them having the very best cost for that service, any backup when calling a few distinct plumbing companies. Rick and set a camera down our lines and came out our issue. He did a thorough snake and ended up discovering that hydrojetting the line would not help because we had a issue.
He called me downstairs and had all our sinks turn to reveal exactly what was happening from the pipes while the water was flowing. All of this led to me understanding the origin of the issue and what I had to do to maintain our lines clean.
Will be working together moving ahead and recommend that folks needing a plumber don't hire the wrong person the first time like me and proceed with Triple S from the beginning.
He had been incredibly comprehensive, saved us money by simply showing up to finish a job that is more expensive and told us we didn't need it and was really friendly as well.

They arrived quickly & gave the best estimate out of 11 pipes companies. Rick was very useful fixing my sillcock installation that went out of my expertise. In addition, he helped me with a shim project on my toilet. I strongly recommend & will use him again. He is an awesome guy with a demeanor that is fantastic. It is a husband.

With any plumbing issues we have I'd call S without question about how the encounter with his team and Rick was and I told five of our neighbors.
They dug beneath our terrace and needed to replace a part of the pipe. Rick and his team were very professional, showing up on time rather than leaving until everything way fixed, although situations like this can be very stressful for a house owner.

I'd give Rick and S Sanitary 10 stars, if it had been possible. The plumber did a job installing our exit sewer line leaving our 19, when our home was build. When the home was being constructed the plumber that originally installed the line, attempted to patch it and deciphered the line. This is but we couldn't have been happier working with S to receive our problems resolved all.

Would highly recommend Triple S to the plumbing needs! Rick and his staff proved themselves to be trustworthy and professional with rates. We had a fairly extensive sewer line issue which led to having to replace numerous portions of the line that was 5-6 feet under ground in our teeny tiny backyard. The group kept digging and replacement areas which had been cracked until the flow has been gone when the replacement and cause of the leak didn't solve the issue! Rick was in communicating great and the team were very respectful any time that they needed to come inside the house. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again when we had any future issues!

Absolutely business that is amazing to work with. Will gladly hire that I have with this early house and I'm eager to have found a capable, honest and type plumber in the area.

Longer version: my husband and I were having problems with our sewer line and we had yet another bout of back up two days later after a different company come out on the weekend to spider it! We then reached out to Triple S to see if they can help. My husband and Desiree spoke on the phone to schedule a time for their team to come out to determine whether the issue could be solved by them. Following scheduling our appointment, the upward continued to worsen, so I called and talked with Desiree to see if we can move our appointment upward sooner. Not only was she understanding and accommodating, my expectations were handled by her throughout the course of this afternoon after having a few more difficult jobs earlier in the afternoon they were scheduled to arrive. When Rick and his team member arrived later in that day, they weren't only knowledgeable about what the problem was with our sewer line, but they did not attempt to run the (more expensive) service we'd initially discussed over the phone after seeing what the problem was. Between Rick and Desiree, you can expect honesty, powerful communication and ethics. There is no question we'll be reaching out the Triple S. Thank you both for making this whole process smooth, As soon as we need to schedule another preventative sewer maintenance!
TL;DR: You are with S especially with Rick and Desiree leading the charge.

They do it. Take care of people. Fantastic customer service. Show up early and don't leave until the job is done. And.... They have quite very reasonable pricing. Could not recommend more.

We had an urgent need to have our kitchen sink snaked due to a line. Desiree and rick were helpful and professional and Rick was able to come by anticipated. Rick was educational and quite informative. Hands I Have had and priced. I will only be using Triple S from here on my plumbing needs for all.

Live part time in Denver..called pipes company who informed pipes were old and corroding. . .only approach was excavate and replace tube. . .but that could cost lots as well as create mess! . .so I called Triple S neighbors recommendation..Rick explained he'd power jet the pipes cleaning out all of the scales causing slow flush and backup..But I reside at a hi rise..He told me calm way, no problem and could run hose upward side of building in to my unit..Am I happy I called him. . .within 3 hours promised he had been here with his truck and at no time power jet the pipes..NO MESS. . .no fuss and 5x less than a plumber could have billed to excavate...
