I could not have asked for a better experience.
After needing two days 11, to replace our water heater Eddie was up in our HOT attic welding a broken water heater.

Just got yelp and wanted a plumber. These men got good reviews. Called Sunday afternoon about a sink. Again three hours afterwards, giving same details all over into the answering service. 24 hours after the company still hasn't called. Not certain if this awful review applies to only"Van Go" (Van No Move?) Or the rating system itself.

I would advise VanGo Rooter to all of friends members and my loved ones. The work was performed efficiently. I was quite fortunate to get a appointment so quickly. Thank you, VanGo Rooter!
Technician Eddie did a huge job of fixing out ended up toilet. The equipment ran from my driveway so as not to take out the commode. He was very personable and it was clear that he was careful not to make a mess and was educated. Thank you, Eddie!

First. The large picture- some plumbing business is going to rake you to get $ $ $, If you have only one bathroom or a crisis. We have 3 baths, so we are not in that circumstance. This provider is no different than some of the other large plumbers in the field (meaning that they charge too much) except that they respond to your Yelp message immediately. Now, I know that everyone needs to earn a living and that I don't fault them for that. That doesn't mean that I need to overpay either. And to be fair, Darrell did contact"the boss" once I whined and that he agreed to lower the price to $593 from $815. No thanks.
Third day. (same window 9 am- 11 am) I receive a call at 10:24 letting me know that the camera isn't prepared and they will not be here til the day. Door bell rings at 2:25 and Darrell is here. He describes that the first issue. Requires supply lines, two new taps and angle stops. $815 is the estimate WITHOUT parts, which I would have to buy myself. He then takes a look at our second bathroom. The quote I expect to get a camera is $325. That is the cost of running the camera. I didn't even ask for a quote on the work that would be required for this bathroom's rest.
Day of appointment - No show. I message them and they immediately begin calling and messaging me. I could not do the appointment at the times they let them know it and wanted that day. We set up another appointment.
If I could employ Darrell as a negative job I would, but I am not going to pay for the setup of two new faucets. My advice to Darrell would be to leave VanGo and start doing tasks for a price that is fair. I know I would hire him!
Darrell is here now and he is considerate and professional. He identified the escape problem within 5 minutes in one of our bathrooms.
Second appointment - I receive a call an hour when were assumed to reveal. Their pipe camera was broken and they requested to reschedule. I explained that this was a massive pain and ate up another day of waiting around. No apology, no offer in price reduction, nothing.
My next step would be to call my buddy who"knows a guy". He does quality work at a price that is fair, but on his.
Now, the bad. I really don't know except that people are willing to pay $ $ $ more than they ought to, how these plumbing companies get good reviews on Yelp. Or, maybe they don't know any better also are 1st time home owners. I contacted them through Yelp and they got back to me to set up an appointment.

Terrific service. It took less than two hours for a tech to show up after the call. Eddie was professional and courteous. It was a job well done along with a quick pipe unclogging job.

The technician was really knowledgeable and gave me critical details.

My line got clogged, and I could not use the toilet overflowed onto the floor or my shower. If I used the bathroom, my tub filled. My home warranty company felt that it was acceptable for me to wait the day I reported it the earliest available date to repair. **This is my only toilet. ** The clog occurred right before Christmas so that it was almost impossible to get anybody at the warranty company to assist me. Eventually, with a brain at the warranty company I contacted someone on Dec 28 and was granted to use an emergency plumber. I found VanGo have done a Yelp search for 24 hr plumbers, also called. They answered immediately, '' I explained my situation, and she apologized before she could get a tech to my house that it'd be 3 hours. I have had no bathroom or shower for 5 days now, so 3 hours was nothing to me personally. Eddie explained everything, was so nice and polite, and came out. Every question was answered by him and worked with my home warranty company on authorizations for the work so I can get reimbursed. He got the issue repaired relatively quickly and was pleased to have helped out me.

My pipe in my house was clogged, could not get anything to return, the bathrooms were about to overflow my bathtub backed up using the things from the bathroom. I called van go rooter after working with another Co. (who could not solve the issue). Eddie arrived at the house and did a hydrojet to nourish out the pipe and right away I was able to flush and things began draining. He went a step farther to shoot a camera down the pipe to find out what the problem was we found itwas a root from a tree that had been eliminated. We marked the place. I appreciate everything that Eddie has done for my loved ones and for the pipes in my house.

Duane and his team would be the plumbers in the city! I had a significant incident the day. They came the exact same day and everything out. After, I thought I discovered some leaking, and provide reassurance to me and they came out two times , just to double check everything. They are knowledgeable professional and possess reasonable pricing. I'd call the men first, if you will need a plumbing job done. Highly recommend them!!

They fixed the backed up bathroom within 10 minutes(if that)the same day, for a excellent price!
They were in our house within the hour to give us a free estimate, and phoned me back with 5 minutes.
VanGo Rooter was amazing! They are fast, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.
I won't ever go to anyone else to our plumbing issues!
Then my stress experience began with VanGo.
Regrettably, I had a frustrating experience with a plumbing service on Tuesday(they didn't fix the issue as well as wouldn't call me back). After calling our house insurance they said that the company reported we had a new toilet(Wednesday) smh. I understood this wasn't correct. They said they couldn't get a second opinion out until the following week on Monday after requesting a second opinion.
Following this I decided to locate a business in my own(Thursday).

Have to have contacted this business ! Wow great prompt last minute emergency support to a Saturday afternoon. Duane excellent job getting your guy Steven out here. Very professional and was able to resolve our plumbing problem quickly. Firms could not get here before next week. Thank You!

The company is new to the place in order that they do should you receive lower quotes, which was fine actually price match. They did attempt to up sell & quotation however in the end, will work together with you.
Staff is friendly knowledgeable & over all. They give a 1 year warranty on their work too.
VanGo Rooter did a few pipe repairs for me. They have great customer service & were fast to respond. They advocated fixed, a new copper valve & two separate flows. The problem is that I had 2 additional leaks & needed a few concrete removed & they charge ~$125/hour so that I got someone to repair the leaks that are additional.

VanGo, was the sole plumming company that called me back with a plummer from routie to my home. I highly recommend them and notably Darryl.
I called them and they had a plummer out As soon as I wanted a plummer. Darrel was awsome. He knew exaclty what exactly was going on with bathtub and our clogged toilet. With in 45 mintues of his birth, the job was finished.

I was able to obtain an other plumber to correct the damage. Vango did offer to try and fix it before I couldn't trust them when I had a feeling the 23, but after I had asked for help. Now we are waiting for the wall so we could spot it, to dry out. And my refund from my yelp voucher.
The man was considerate gave me the quotation and said it would take an hour. Well Conrad didn't know you needed to get in touch with the pipes and restricted them individually. 8 hours later it is 10pm (I called VanGo in 8pm telling them I had been worried Conrad didn't know what he was doing and asked they send help. There's a huge hole in the wall, pipes are cutting, the fire alarms are going off, water is leaking everywhere! He runs from the house and pushes away. Leaving a mess does not say bye and leaves NO WATER IN A HEAT WAVE to a FAMILY OF 4!
My experience with VanGo Rooter couldn't have been worse! VanGo should take responsibility before sending them onto a 15, and train their technicians. I called to have our own water purifier eliminated -a routine petition that was easy. The unit contact the main, weld, done is taken out by you.

Eddie is a plumber that is fantastic. Talked me through the entire procedure to fix the sewer issue. Described and demonstrated the cause. And went over and beyond to make sure the problem was resolved. I'll use him again when needed!!!

Eddie was great and I needed assistance in my kitchen line with a clog, he was exceptional at problem-solving, very efficient, and professional. As it saved me lots of work, this work was worthwhile.

VanGo Rooter was outstanding. They are the only company that didn't control a fee to scrutinize the problem that I was having a leaky sink pipe. They quickly identified the issue, came out SAME DAY and were performed in 30 minutes. The fee was a flat rate, which I was anticipating, and Eddie was wonderful. I would call them for plumbing needs in the future!
