Called him up last minute a couple of days later because we had busted lock on a door repaired. He replaced the lock and came out day. With service fee $75.
Locks are solid and smooth. Fantastic service from Joseph.

We got locked out of home last night and, VIP did appear to help within 15 minutes of calling, to give them credit. But their speed for getting us in--a procedure which occurred maximum, 5 minutes --was 175$. 175$!!!! I'd have called another support, if I were not in a hurry. This is highway robbery, plain and simple. Give these guys a pass.
I had been locked out of my apartment complex. The locksmith was very prompt and arrived when he said he'd. Within 10 minutes, he had my door unlocked and obtained Visa payment. I didn't have enough time to shop around for quotations but turns out his price is aggressive. I know who to call should I do, although I don't mean to lock my keys again.

I called in for quotations for a re-key since my keys were stolen at a gathering in my home, so I was worried someone will use the secret when I'm not 42, steal and to come. VIP Locksmith were the ones who gave me an exact estimate and even gave me advice regarding the word for what I needed. I called today that was 8pm and Tony, knowledgeable and professional, came within thirty minutes. He had been done in 20 minutes, watching him work to the door knob was just like watching key-mistry haha or science or simply to learn about the trade. Affordable, fast and easy! The gentleman came at which I sat, fixed me up in less than 30 minutes and locked out. I'd call him again for sure.
Locked myself out of my apartment at 9pm!!! My fiancé needed to call from NYC to me cause my phone was going to die. Issac came quickly to the rescue. Was effective and very friendly and got me in!! I called this guy now to assist me. He gave me a lesser rate and unlocked it came within 1/2 hour than most of the locksmiths which come around. For just how much I paid means you get paid for a locksmith I mean 10 moments.
