Dash was amazing. Now he came to my rescue. He made me laugh through a demanding Minday and was kind. morning. He is an asset to this firm. I would definitely recommend Dash and this particular lock smith business.

**Only because I have to give a star to review**Do to one of our employees being out of town rather than leaving the company truck keys with us, we needed to have a locksmith come out and cut yet another key so we could continue with our daily life and run business as normal... I predicted a dispatch company, quick Locksmith, that delivered us to We Do Locksmith and they managed the service call. Ace, the rep that took the service telephone, was prompt and courteous. He was having problems with getting the key to work in the ignition and door. Because Ace had complications cutting on the key, he ended up cutting at 11 keys trying to get 1 good one. He explained that he was giving me as he would. I told him just how much I really appreciated his help and was very thankful. He clarified that the price began at $125, while placing the service call, when I spoke to them on the telephone. '' he explained after the reductions, I was being billed $65 when he finished the job. I was pleased with the quantity and gladly paid my bill. The technician left and we proceeded on our way. I received a call from a guy stating to be the company's owner, We Do Locksmith, telling me come get his key I had been cut for by his technician and he wanted to return his money. What?? Why?? He then rudely clarifies that I was not billed correctly and that I have taken his companion for granted! I explained to him that he was not correct in any way, I was given an amount to pay and I paid it. I also let him know thay I didn't appreciate mindset and his allegations. Threaten and he continued to rant so I called the number and hung up I had dealt with. He explained the proprietor expects me to pay more and was not happy about the fee he had billed me, but then assured me not to worry since he'd manage it. I received a text from the owner. Then thanked me for"stealing from him." I known as Ace once more to ask him what was going on and why was I continued to be plagued by this guy? Ace stated he was insane, but he'd address it. That I was not in the wrong and that he was going to cover the extra from his pocket. I told him I'd pay an additional $60 but not a penny more. It was his mistake by not checking his boss prior to billing out me, but I didn't feel it was right for him to have to pay from his pocket when all he was hoping to do was do right by us. They wanted I call them and explain myself as well as to pay the remainder of the bill!! I was I'm still furious!! I did call and I was sure to let her know the true story and how this guy continued to call/text to harass and threaten me. That we could not have left even if we wanted to since his was parked and blocking the departure. So I paid, he abandoned and then we left. I wish I had the name of this owner, but I really don't at the present time. I just don't advise anyone to do business with We Do Lockmith, atleast at this location. I'm not be done, but until I have figured out the ideal type of action to take, I'll let everyone and anyone know how this guy handles business and customers.

Ace, you the vip! I lost my only set to my car. He came out ASAP and gave me a quote. He begin right away once we agreed about the service. Had a few complications but figured out it. Friendly, Quick and professional, he also sent me home with a brand new fob for my car. Thank you Ace!!!!

These men we kind, quick, knowledgeable and patient (with me). They tested my old key fob (that was bad) then made me new keys/fobs for WAY less than the dealership quoted me. I will definitely call them for any key/lock issues that are associated.

Hoping to help my mom, I locked her front door for her. Then realized I left her door key inside. Darn. Called We Do Locksmith and we were fortunate to get Kero to come and help us. Fast, efficient, courteous and so helpful. Managed to get my mom back inside. He left me an extra key

Our batteries died while my wife and me went outside to grab some fast food, without warning. We predicted"We Do Locksmith". They didn't give me a cost until they showed up to our doorstep. Dash was. He came as quickly as he could once we told him we abandoned on our stove and had been considerate. They billed us $130.

Having secured myself and coming home from an eye appointment, I predicted We Do Locksmith. I just wanted my door unlocked, because"stupid me" secured the keys inside my house. The girl at dispatch quoted a price of $39 first fee, and $30 and up for service. It took the man 45 minutes to get here, 20 minutes to open my door, and he had been charging $130 (which caused me to gasp). $135 had been charged, after checking my bank accounts. I wouldn't advise this locksmith!

They not made us new keys but it was also chained by them to the first buckle it came with we took with all the advice.
On holiday In Tampa we leased GMC suburban, us being reckless guys like as usually..we we lost the keys to the leasing in a boat party.
Unfortunately the company took advantage of this situation and tried to charge an obscene quantity. We contacted we do locksmith out of google and they stated that they can take care of our problem. They made an appointment with us after taking advice of the automobile.
We do locksmith saved us a lot of money and hassle . I'm sure like copying car keys they do jobs like automobile or residential lockouts simple if they did something. Check won't repent.

Had an issue with the ignition. A different locksmith recommended me to contact Danny. I was able to get the ignition unstuck and I drove it on Kennedy to his store. His price was very reasonable and he was done inspecting it and replacing the tumblers. (I had 2 broken tumblers.) . I'll recommend him highly.

I had been stuck over the weekend in Clearwater and waited TWO HOURS on a sidewalk to get another locksmith company who really never revealed after that time. I predicted We Do Locksmith and a man named Ace showed up in 15 minutes and unlocked my keys to me. I seriously cannot thank him enough that he had been kind and had the job done SO. If I could give this man 20 stars I would. Thank you, Ace!!!!!

We Do Locksmith is so great! A gentleman Omri, helped me. Although, the primary fob I purchased from amazon was defective....omri melted down the plastic to fit my key properly. He actually went above and outside at last minute for me! He's the best! I will go to We Do Locksmith from here on out. This will be, When I have some friends that need work done. For anybody else asking, I highly suggest this institution!

Coming from New York for the weekend I was thrilled to come across. Omri was fast to react to any question as well as my quotation I had about the project. He knew just how important it was to get the job done and he offered to stay late if I'd make it on 32, because I wasn't sure. The store front is warm, welcoming, and comfortable. Omri completed the work so fast I didn't have the chance although it even had free drinks. It's great to find a company which you can expect for such an important job.

I posted a one star review over a top cutting fee along with a. Danny, the owner, was within an hour and reimbursed the charge that is key.

Had Kero come out and help me unlock my car. Speedy service. Very efficient and economical.

Horrible service I wouldn't recommend. There's no trace commitments that are missed, and costs that are high do your business someplace else!!!!

Just got locked out of the garage from entry door... could not access to automobiles, Saturday day, basically trapped. Door knob has been jammed and would not open doorway. Tried everything. Called We Do and a young guy named Kero arrived in 20 minutes. Immediately knew the problem. All fixed within 15 minutes. Charge and that I could not be happier. Kero, afterward, oiled because he detected it sticking. I'll definitely them again for almost any door or lock issues.

This folks are a scam, so they bill for Gas$15 to come over. The man came with an attitude after knowing that we were Hispanic. On the phone we were advised that it would cost $120 and that he said that he wouldn't drive this way and do that sort of job. I got this same job done today by a company for the guy and $230 was had, considerate, and professional.
