Almost 4 decades ago, I moved into my house. After a bunch of quotes along with a bunch of research, I select Weathershield because they had a great reputation and gave a pretty great price to me.
Then my home has been hit by a tornado. Two of the components were ruined in the storm. I phoned Weathershield and did not charge me whatsoever, mended the two units and they revealed less than a hour after.
I wish all companies in South Florida might be professional, quick, and fair as Weathershield.
The setup was perfect, on time and on budget. I couldn't be happier .
Among those components, this past weekend stopped functioning. So, I called Weathershield again. They showed up less than two hours afterwards, instantly fixed the problem (a simple faulty fuse), and the charge has been very minimal. The service man, was nice and very professional.
I can't say enough great things about this company. Firstly, they answer the telephone! Sounds funny to mention , but it's true. Businesses put you on hold for 30 minutes or send you and do not call you back. These individuals answer and I have never had a wait time. Not only that they are friendly and knowledgeable. They were very patient with all my questions and concerns. My condominium is quite strict with paperwork and permits and they did everything quick and perfectly. Christina is the manager and she's phenomenal. The telephones are answered by elizabeth and is excellent. They sent Jose to perform an install of the unit. He did an wonderful job and was considerate. Our condominium maintenance manager said he's never seen such a good job! I strongly recommend!
My air conditioner stopped heating. I discovered that this firm and went online. I made an appointment and the tech came out straight away. He was very thorough and explained everything so I could understand the problem. Fixed my air conditioner, Thank goodness, lol and also the best part is that the fix wasn't pricey. The team is great. I will definitely recommend and continue using them.

Recently the device felt as though it n't cooled, we predicted Weathershield and they're here within in hours. If only Weathershied failed plumbing or electrical.... I would only use these.
Last year we needed to replace our AC unit and after much study, Weathershield was suggested. It was true, they were punctually really professional, and extremely fast.
What a significant disaster! My air not ran enough. Weathershield was in the building and one of our building team explained that they could look at my unit. The guy said that my unit had refrigerant eliminated and came, the coils cleaned along with the drain unclogged. They delivered the next day who arrived at 9:30 am to this guy. I made him here go to assembly, arrived back at like 2:00 pm and he was here and stated he wasn't happy because atmosphere not running cold. He was in and out like 100 times. So that I wasn't convinced he even came back but then he left hour. It was about 5:00 pm Crazy! Around 5:00 I stated that my atmosphere not functioning and guy disappeared and called the office. I was told by the dispatcher they went to send a supervisor. Meanwhile, the guy comes back and admits that my atmosphere was fine. I put my hands and get about the step ladder and examine the guy and say this is not blowing cold. He looked at me said,"I understand, you are right". So, he putters around like a different 1/2 hour and then says he is leaving and somebody else coming. The guy from the day said don't worry, I will have this functioning in 15 minutes. I leave return like 1 hour after and he is sitting in air con area and I ask what is occuring? He said was the atmosphere now, running. I stated a couple of hours. He then said that the other guy took out too much coolant so he had to add a few back. He stated the compressor was so hot he had to wait for it to cool down. Let's say about another 1/2 hour moves and then he announces that my compressor is shot. So, I call the office and relay what I had been told stating I think that your service guy from previously. The business calls me back about 1 hour after and denies that any of that occurred nor did their person tell me being too slim. So they're bad news.
