I phoned OCSR yesterday at around 3pm to see whether they can help me. I was flood my garden and my neighbors yard. Steve had an opening and stopped by 8:30 then subsequent morning. He explained everything he was doing was incredibly friendly, and made sure to examine everything before he left. He's an Arborist and the cost was affordable and gave me some counsel on my fruit trees that n't do so hot this season.
It is a great feeling when you find a person who can offer a service you is a pleasure to use and need!

Had an irrigation valve difficulty and called a few companies. OC is the fastest to come because they had been close by. Their staff replaced a piece of pipe along with the valve for $135. I didn't compare to other businesses' quotes but guess it needs to be reasonable.
They're friendly and easy to use. I can't make my payment because I didn't have check or cash . Steve aided with my credit card and showed up afterwards. He noticed that the mud wasn't cleaned by his staff he cleaned it up. Obviously, he wished to make customers happy so we are able to spread the words. That's a fantastic sign since it means he cares about his business reputation. So, I told him I'd leave a 5 star review for him.

The team arrived on-time. Working with him was fantastic because we discussed the options. They place to work, put the new shutoff how when they ended, I needed it, re-piped and set all back together in a few hours, cleaning up the entire place. Along with the actual price was less than the quote, so delighted!
I am quite content. The main shutoff valve to our sprinkler system was broken. To substitute it needed re-piping the connection to the house water supply the water main along with the sprinkler piping. I sent OCSR pictures and we put a date and time.

Before, each time I would be told some thing different by the companies was wrong, I've called in cleaning fixes, but each time the pressure problems came back. OC Sprinkler Repair was the first one to come in and have some opportunity to find the root of the issue and find the sprinkler system fixed in one go. The sprinklers were corrected for full coverage and great pressure. Our yard is looking great through the summer heat. We'd tried another service recorded on the rain bird site and they had one intention and that was to sell us on a device that was new, on the service see it was very apparent. My gut was telling me something isn't adding up so I came across OC sprinkler and did a bit of research and was correlated with his team and steve. You could tell in getting to the root of matters talking together this could be a different experience. He walked me through why, managed to solve all my troubles and did not try to sell me I did not need. He had the job complete at a reasonable price and in one trip. I would strongly recommend to anybody.

Steve was very helpful. I called because among my sprinkler zones was stuck on. I live in Long Beach, so rather than charging to have a look and coming out, he had me send him a picture of my shut off valves. He then walked me and didn't even charge for the appointment!

Steve arrived on time and got right to it, analyzing the whole system and identifying problems both in the hardware (sprinkler heads and valves) and applications (automated timer). We had a myriad of small problems that added up that the previous month, to dumping about a 20x40 foot pool's worth of additional water. Steve mapped out the machine and discounted the issues, then must work replacing individual parts (instead of the more expensive route of digging up the whole valve boxes and replacing the whole valves).

Steve showed up immediately and very graciously told us it was operator error and corrected the problem. He was very professional and cared enough to squeeze us in on a busy day. We will call him.

On a Thursday, we noticed a leak in front of our garage at the seam of the cement driveway. We hoped that it was our irrigation systems from the planters as well as our gardener would look at it on his Saturday morning trip; because we hired him a couple months ago that he didn't show up, yet this was the first weekend. On Sunday morning because we had not heard back from our gardener, I contacted several sprinkler companies via Yelp and OC Sprinkler was the only one. Steve arrived within a couple hours and obtained the circumstance. That day he did as much as he would. He said the office will be to finish the job. At 7:30am Monday morning, Steve and two of his workers arrived to finish the task which took a number of hours. Turns out it was a flow in the recent earthquake, that was from our line so it would have cost us a whole lot longer and we'd have been without water for a great deal longer. How refreshing! Since the caretaker of my parents, I've delt with many unethical home repair individuals/companies who've tried to take advantage of my parents that were vulnerable. I showed up in my home yesterday to locate Steve fixing my mothers sprinklers. He had been mothers leaky sprinkler system that is fixed, fair, kind, lovely and HONEST . He was appreciated by me. After discovering 3 sprinklers, called. In our lawn Spoke c Steve who had been sent his assistant Petey to do an estimate and friendly precisely the day since he was in the area. He offered me $650 for the repair stating I wanted 20-25 sprinklers to be substituted. When I asked for me personally particulars as the price had been higher than I had been expecting, Steve explained"I don't know as I wasn't there but I hope Petey". If he can give me a written estimate for the work, I inquired. I said he get something to me and would talk to Petey. 3 days after, I hadn't heard anything called back. I talked c a woman in the office that told me Steve was out of the workplace but could get me a written estimate. I still has not heard back from them. I stopped utilizing Scott George Sorinkler Tech who offered me $60 $60/hr for his work and cost of parts, for a service call. He charged me $340 and functioned me in on weekend. He diagnosed a sprinkler valve that was leaking as just needing a couple manual spins (another firm offered me $150 to replace it). Fourteen days later, I got a call in precisely the same woman in Steve's office saying"great news, we're calling to let you know we're coming out tomorrow to do the task!" What? I called you to get more information on the estimate and never heard back. Then two weeks later, you call to say you are coming out without me agreeing to a estimate. No thank you.
