Problem fixed the same day!!!! I will use him again ( If needed) for future pipes fixes.
I had some sewer morning while I was hosting my brother and his family of 4. I'd crap coming up. I called several well known name"rooters" all with extremely significant quotes to resolve the problem. Mike out of Sac City Plumbing suggested to options. 1 price option was to fix the issues and the other to correct and stop the problem happening. Mike showed up fast on time.
Afterward, Mike corrected my sewer issues . So if this problem should there could be a simple and cost efficient approach he left it. After he was all done mike was comprehensive and cleaned up the work area.

He arrived after the time just to tell us that he did not understand what was occurring.
Really poor service and I honestly do not think he knows what he's doing.
Came at another day to fix the boiler that ceased working 2 days after.
If you can find an alternative

As with the others with terrible reviews, BEWARE!! Horrible experience! This owner and plumber is far out in left field. I've given him the benefit of the doubt a few times saying he would arrive, however no 3 times a charm.
Stay away!!!! VERY CREEPY
Had me waiting 2 hours. This person shouldn't be in business as he puts strain and anticipation stress. . I do not know of anyone who does not appear and promised to be at your home. As it is with no business and person who works there or owner it is stressful dealing with plumbing needs. Not even worth my time to place this review except to frighten others. .

Mike was amazing, arrived in one hour of us calling about our leak in the kitchen. Turns out it was repaired within 10 minutes and was something loose. Would reccomend!

Mike was really quick and fairly good as much as I could see. However . . You should never discuss politics on the job. This just made us uneasy. But apart from that, decent and cheap job. I'm just confused if I'd call .

I hired my plumber that finished the install.
I had to ask him to depart after a six-hour day of behavior that is strange and his incompetent ceremony.
Based on the great reviews belowwe hired the owner/operator of Sac City Plumbing to set up a new kitchen faucet,"a 1 hour job," he said on the phone.
He arrived at 10 am but abandoned not once, maybe two, but three times throughout the job to buy parts. He disappeared around mid-day, and we had to call numerous times to him to return. He reappeared with alcohol. When he announced that he needed new parts, I requested him to depart. He appeared aware he had screwed up our day and didn't charge anything.
I could still smell the beer in our house, a day later.

TERRIFYING EXPERIENCE. I'd Mike scheduled in a window 5pm-6pm that he telephone to let me know he would not be coming or did not appear for. I set up the exact same time frame to come the next day to that he had been and called. Upon entering my home Mike proceeds to walk through my living area and in my kitchen noticing a"kissy face" Donald trump cushion I have in my living room as a joke (Donald trump kiss my ass). He then begins to ask"I think it's gross, he is a reprehensible man. Are you one? Who did you vote ?" While still cornered in my kitchen. Obviously this was a experience and I wouldn't advise this man. He is unstable not to mention unreliable. Yes my dishwasher now works but I was left shaking. Nobody needs to feel unsafe in their own home like this!

One of the service experiences I can remember. Owner/operator came out for a simple fix that turned into a 6 hour experience. He left the job site for parts that have to have been on hand and took 90 minutes because of that. After departing he tried to appear around my property went on and on about stories, and left a massive mess. This is a clear instance of Yelp reviews maintaining this business - browse the reviews. In the day's close I must employ another plumber. Do not waste money or your time here.

Mike was comprehensive, also made sure each piece of yuck was cleared out of that drain pipe! We require a plumber, we are completely satisfied and will definitely call again in the future.
Mike from Sac City Plumbing did a wonderful job fixing our drain line that is blocked. We had another man come out to try to mend it but he could not catch it cleared so we called Mike. He showed up within a half hour of us calling- !

Don't waste your time working with him, he's quite unprofessional and the work won't get done!
His explanation was that he wasn't great at keeping up with paperwork and he didn't have an office supervisor.
He told me there was no guarantee for his work due to my own water heater's state but I wish he'd have suggested that the replacement. I specifically asked if the fix could be worth cash and the time and he promised me it would.
Never in my entire life have I been so frustrated with a business! Michael out of sac city plumber did not show up to multiple set appointments up and only lasted a 33, when he showed up the repair he made to my own water heater. He said he'd go the following day and that was just two weeks 21, when I got in contact with him and he never showed up to support the water heater.

I called to make an appointment now and at first the guy was very pleasant. After believing I made an appointment, and explaining what I wanted, he proceeds to tell me that call him one hour before the appointment to make sure he shows up and I must text or email him.
Sorry, but that is NOT good customer service. If I have to email then why is it that you give a number? And it's my responsibility? Obviously I went with a business.

We had a plumbing problem where the stuff in the kitchen came up through the shower. Not fantastic to check at, and possibly bad if we turn the water off and did not grab in time. In a couple of hours he had been at our location, and Mike was called by us and had.
Mike was super-fast in the responsiveness class, and that's, let us face it... the most important thing if you will need a plumber. Second to this is the quality of work and his willingness. Grade A.
I'll use him again, though I expect to not have to anytime soon. :)

Came out on short notice on July 3 and didn't try because it was a holiday weekend, to up-charge. Quick and effortless fix. Never need to worry about inflated quotes or quotes for work that's not necessary.

I had the experience of hiring my line to be fixed by SCP. Mike, when digging in my own backyard hit on the gas line. PGE was known as, in addition to the fire department who evacuated the road and three news crews.
Mike said he would take responsibility. He did not. Because HE IS NOT LICENSED the bill has him listed as the party that was damaging, but is dealt to me personally. THE LICENSE ON HIS RECEIPT IS NOT HIS. The permit owner was contacted by PGE and he indicated that he know Mike but wasn't certain his number was on Mike's receipt.
In addition to Mike cursing, whining and telling me his day sucked because of my pipes issue, he is now costing me $3500 in addition to the $500 I had paid him for solutions.
For the past month he's avoided all of my telephone calls (and I've called from a number of numbers). Save yourself from this guy - all he can do is ruin your day/week/month/year and bank account, act unprofessional, complain, make a mess and when he is having a bad day that he might compose"Job from Hell" on you reception such as he did to mine.
Don't make the mistake that I did. Mike is not licensed, yet his receipt says he is. This may then cause you to get $3500 bill he will then jump out on.

These men were a delight to use! On Memorial Day I pushed a bunch of broccoli down my disposal like a genius, and that I called none of whom might come until Wednesday to my help, several technicians. . Chris showed and he was wonderful. We have a very steep staircase down which he needed to take several buckets of water (I wish I'd though of that I could have helped before!) As well as some heavy machines used to clean the drain. Now I can use my sink again, thanks to those people, and they did not overcharge as was my experience with many of the plumbing businesses. I would definitely recommend them and use their services again (and with a house built in 1905, I am sure I'll need to). Thumbs up!

Not licensed!!! Be careful of the fake!! Alcoholic, unreliable, untrue. Takes forever to get to you. Very sloppy. Does not treat his business professionally. Stay off!!!

Mike came again to my house I have (replacement of Entry ). Both times Mike was fast getting to my house, fast in doing the task and is extremely friendly! His rates are great and I will employ him. He takes all sorts of payment, which can be a plus!

Mike and I just met from Sac City Plumbing, and also what a fantastic guy! He took some time on a Saturday afternoon (while he had been hip-deep on a private project) to fix my water heater for me. Since it took him so little time to fix the issue, he would take any money. Sac City is going to be my men in East Sac.

Mike really cares about his clients. He also offered pricing that was great in comparison with the others I got quotes from. My only gripe is that his coming has been put off because of another occupation taking but I was not given notice of the.
Overall though he provides great pricing and does a fantastic job. He is a guy.
