John Cintron with Prime Plumbing is Your man! Needed to get a gas line for water line our stove & for our refrigerator. He needed to work around some guys did a wonderful job. This work is pricey but the quality is great - do not to forget to inquire about the military reduction - saved a bunch! Highly recommend.

Beware. They were going to charge another 400 to get an 80 buck filter which we could install and get ourselves
This company is a RIP off. Charged 400 bucks to unscrew a tub faucet, wash it and put it back. We ordered a water filter system to be mounted on the garage wall. They arrived to perform the job and brought a replacement filter

I'm very happy I phoned Prime Plumbing today. Yesterday evening, my ring dropped down the bathroom sink so I contacted them this morning to ask if anybody can come around to Sorrento and retrieve it for me, anytime today but ASAP.
The man on the phone said that somebody was available and could be there in 30 minutes , and was upfront regarding the shipment fee ($59) before asking for any of my advice. I thought it was very commendable.
I have never hired a plumber for anything , and after reading some other Yelp reviews for plumbers in the region, I was expecting to (1) wait an additional two hours on top of the time period given, and (2) be overcharged. I am so beyond happy with Prime Plumbing. Two guys showed up about 20 minutes (!) Once I hung the phone up. The occupation took about 5 minutes, and the man was even checked for leaks and quite friendly. The price was VERY reasonable. I see some negative reviews for the company, and that I can't speak for those encounters, but my experience today was exceptional and I would suggest this business.

A week, A job that should have taken a day or two at the most took. The plumber charged than the quote, didn't finish the job, left a wreck and brought the water heater that was wrong. The plumber refused to give me invoice or an estimate. I didn't even receive a receipt for payment. He said so I paid him requested to begin the job, he had 50% down. The last payment was $2826.42 which was $1,126.42 (33 percent ) over the quotation and he didn't even replace the tub drain or the kitchen faucet. BEWARE!!

Excellent support. Tech Brandon did not overcharge and fixed our issue in a timely and professional fashion. Our issue is fixed and fixed . Prime picked up although most companies don't always answer the phone and Wayne in the office was able to schedule for later in the day, even on the weekend. Now I know who to call when we've got some plumbing problems!

The quote to the replacement of the wax ring was approx. (that included the $59 fee) Since materials for a project in this way is approx $10 I'm paying about $300 for what should be an hour work in the slightest. I know and all that but that is somewhat high.
I do not receive the $59 fee to show up when that fee is not rolled into the job, But that is being done by a lot of tradesman but I do not get it now. Being a businessman myself have never required a fee only to take a look and I have to estimate work I do. However, the fee was revealed when I made the appt although the fact that it is not rolled to the job was not mentioned.
I have read a number of reviews about the Company when I had an issue I figured I would give them a go. I needed what I thought was a wax ring replacement on a bathroom. Normally I do this stuff myself but my partner is quite ill so I figured I would just pay to get it done.
BUT it was discovered that the flange on the bathroom was broken so that it needed to be substituted. So I'm expecting to get jacked on this job because the flange's replacement is a lot more time intensive. However, it added the entire job cost and only about. Puzzling.
I warning customers that they do charge an extra 3% if you would like to use a charge card. But I think it is shortsighted once upon a time that was contrary to retailer arrangements again, the others do it.
I teetered between 3 and 4 stars. They had been at my home in less than an hour after I did a good job and called. I have some difficulties with pricing but in the end I thought it ended up being fair. Credit and dispatch card charges are not my cup of java. So overall I was pleased although for small plumbing jobs there could be options that are more moderately priced.
Nick was the serviceman and he did a good job. He and he take some extra steps and the time to explain what he is doing which I 25, respectively. The purchase price of $338 was agreeable because it was much more involved than only a ring, when considering the job.

We had a sub floor slab pinhole water leak that led to harm to our guest bathroom and carpet. It caused us to need to switch off our water for nearly 24 hours. Plummer Kevin Hill out of Prime Plumbing Inc. worked on the problem and within 5 hours had the leak discovered, slab opened, hole pipe and located repaired. In addition he cleaned up the mess he made, stuffed and cemented the hole. He was friendly, fast and efficient. Made a problem go away all of the while calming our fears.

Perhaps others will have better chance.
Bottom line - I am sure this isn't how you would like your business, although I am certain that the owner / manager has no idea that happened.
Made an appointment for these folks to come out and replace a faucet in a backyard tub. In discussing it with the two gentlemen who came out, it had been decided that we would explore greater tile replacement (since they would have to replace tiles to fix the faucet). Very cordial and professional at the time - has been advised"will have you an estimate at the end of the afternoon". Three days go by so we called. We were told"we apologize, only waiting on our tile guy" or something along these lines. I phoned and left a message (paraphrasing)"if you all want this job please call us back". They had also our physical address which is local, two email addresses along with three telephone numbers.

Quick support. The plumber came with a rather well stocked truck, I had lots of jobs that are little and most were cared for in the initial visit. I'll use them

I am giving 4 stars even though they didn't fix my plumbing at all, because the woman I talked to after hours was absolutely pleased to get folks out to me but suggested I phone around closer to my place because she hated the thought of me having to pay more than necessary. That's rare in any company, and I'll be calling Prime on.

- I received a letter from the firm threatening to turn over the account .
The pipes work was done properly, but their exorbitant prices and the entire experience left me quite unsatisfied with this corporation.
- Called office again and talked with office manager to explain how rudely I'd been treated. He said"Oh, yes, simply disregard that correspondence." Tried to explain again that their customer service was poor and that I wished to speak with the owner. As the owner does not handle some of the operations he refused my request.
- I called plumber 3x to get me an invoice so I could pay After the work was complete
- Called the office spoke with the very first office manager. She said"Oh, disregard that correspondence it probably crossed in the mail". (Which was impossible because I called the office to make payment).
- Received bill and quote for additional work called and talked with office manager and gave charge card over the telephone.
- Plumber eventually called back with a weak excuse for not getting me back.
- Received a call from one of those two office managers with a rude demand I pay instantly (about a week after the work was complete). I said I'd pay the moment I received a statement for additional work with the charges and an estimate.

SENIORS BEWARE!! Very disappointed to say the least. Won't be recommending this company in any way. My mother called to get a simple wax toilet ring replacement. Two nuts, done, and replace a wax ring. Never less than $20 in parts and probably more than 1 hour labour. Rusty the tech quoted an astounding $282 seemed uninterested in performing the job. Plus, the office told my mom that the service call if she decided to proceed with the fix, charge could be applied to the job. Rusty said that wasn't TRUE. The 79 would need to be paid in addition. I have used many services that use dispatchers and be aware that the service call charge gets rolled to the fix. He saw a senior citizen and guessed he would try to take advantage. My mom has a handicap seat that could have demanded the tech removing two additional nuts, that is all. He made a big deal about having to do that. SENIORS The company not made any attempt to reach out and find out why we decided to not go with the fix, although maybe it was Rusty. I wonder how it has the Yelp score that it will if that is the way the company treats its customers.

Prime Plumbing has been good to us. We purchased a house in Lake County that had multiple plumbing difficulties, both with all the interior pipes and also the outside well pump, controls, and filtering methods. Their expert crews (we have had three separate crews at our home) have all been professional, courteous, expedient, and incredibly knowledgeable. We have been quite satisfied with the service are considering an upgrade to a range of the elements of our system using Prime and supplied.
