Slaughter Plumbing Service

I called in the morning -week and a plumber was at my house before noon. I had two plumbing problems in my master bath. Since I bought the home, one of which had been an issue. He mended both within an hour. He worked efficiently & the cost charged was fair.i would certainly utilize Slaughter again.

I asked them if they can send someone out to check a leaky faucet on my bathtub and called this company. They are extremely near where I live. I met with the plumber at my home and showed him my bathtub. He said he would try to mend it but most frequently they have to replace the whole meeting. Of course he explained I'd need to have my shower wall cut upward and couldn't get the screw out. The guy was playing with his rap music with vulgar lyrics because he analyzed my situation on his cell phone. I felt uncomfortable having him mend anything. Because I needed to go back to work, I informed him I couldn't do this right now and could need to call him back. He was there less than 15 minutes. I was livid. I called their office and asked about the fees and said,"you never told me about any fees for doing nothing." The secretary said,"You did not ask." I was appalled!! Who says that? I feel nostalgic! My problem is worse and I am out $100 for nothing. This company did not inform me and their plumber wasn't professional. There are a number of companies to choose from. Beware of a company that offers this type of service.

Run away from these people they are terrible. No follow up -can you imagine what it would be if they were hired by you?
I scheduled an appointment to have an estimate done on a complete cold and hot water of my residence. This is a massive job. The teck showed up on time did not even bother to go in the home - he spent to the property -asked for my and stated he would send the quotation. Ridiculous.
He never sent the quotation. I know for a fact this is a $10,000 job they missed out on. They didn't react or even investigate how to re-pipe this property although I wished to go local.

Very good support. Cost was less than we ever guessed. Long time local business. We had a laundry tub replaced. No issues. Hard worker.

I had a water line crack. I phoned them and they were outside in a few hours. Fast, clean, and very professional!

Called several plumbing businesses. They couldn't replace my sink ! I phoned Slaughter on Friday and they had been here on time, Monday! Fantastic price and awesome job! Thanks Jeff and Kevin

Slaughter pipes was on time and saved me money rather than having to undo pipes by replacing components. Great job Steve.

There was communication via phone and internet. The girl in the workplace found what I needed and gave me a very fair cost. The plumber showed up on-time and also did a clean, professional occupation. This firm does business how all businesses need to. Very highly recommended.

I am not sure if my very first review on Yelp posted, therefore that I will write a one. That's how thankful I am to Neph along with the guys at Slaughter for helping me fix a remodeling job. Neph was quick, thorough, professional and above all cheap. I had the exact same job priced out by another locally owned firm (Beware!) Plus they quoted me 5k as a low ball estimate. Neph brought the drain/ pipes system. I was preyed upon with this firm, however, Slaughter was honest and forthright. Thank goodness these businesses still exist. Slaughter Plumbing is recommended by me without reservation. I won't ever use anyone else.
