When Kenny arrived, he advised I get the region, requested questions that were helpful and explained what he'd do. A firm was suggested that by him and offered to provide them a call for me. There aren't enough words I can use to say how this team is. When I first moved , to showing up at 10pm busted in my tub By obtaining a new water heater and I had water leaking through my light fixtures. These guys are truly the best. I phoned this morning to get a quote. Gave me the price and that I told him I'm calling for estimates. About 15 minutes after, so I called back to make an appointment and he've obstructed me. I tried in my landline and it rang, in my mobile I receive a busy signal. I really don't need that type of BS, I will imagine if you've got a issue with his job he does exactly the same. Not, but why risk it?

I have used them where I live, and have used Clog Dawg to get a rental home. The last time I used them was for them to tell me whether a plumber (friend) of mine had replumbed my rental home. Kenny checked under the home and came out and dicumented that no plumbing was set up. Took the Plumber(not my friend anymore) to court and with the record and estimate to replumb the home, I won my case. Thanks guys. Y'are wonderful. Always recommend you. I won't ever use anybody but Clog Dawg. Kenny is great.

2. I needed someone asap.
Business hours are clogged outside by one of my bathrooms and it was nasty stuff all over my floor! Scream in terror - of course - and locate a plumbing service willing to come over at some odd hour to take care of my family's"crap" - actually. I decided to Provide The Clog Dawg a call because:

I'm no Yoda, but I am proud to I say it was a wise choice. I talked to Steven, who had been very helpful and promised to have a person at my home within another hour! Voilà! One understands when you start mistaking the smell of fecal matter for French cologne every minute counts. From the time that I came to realize that the'snake' the plumber had mentioned was not any reptile, the work was completed. BTW, the price was fair too. Definitely recommend.

We highly suggest Clog Dawg! After we'd Roto Rooter out times for a backed up line, we finally called Clog Dawg and they not only fixed it but we found that Roto Rooter messed up our lineup which is why it kept clogging. His rates are fair, he's timely and reliable.

After realizing there was no fixing it by myself I woke-up to a water heater that is broken and called Clog Dawg at the day. They were able to set up the fix for the next day, working my schedule on and had somebody out that day. The tech was extremely quick, professional and timely - had me running with water within in hour! Pricing was reasonable for a repair and also a brand heater within 24 hours of first reporting the situation.
As somebody who has never had the experience with plumbers, I greatly appreciated their customer good work & service.

Coordinated with the owner of Clog Dawg to get a leak fixed at my bakery - ended up having to have them come back out to reseal as leak came back after a month or so (might have been issue on my end - who knows) but they were fast to respond/communicate and get someone back out there at no charge and the leak has to reunite (been 6 months today ). I don't generally write reviews, but using all the service I received I hope my critique will save someone's time and money. Our toilets retained clogging and we needed to request assistance. The Clog Dawgs came out into the house and reacted. That was great! Recommended to change 3 toilets in the house. Mind you 1 is brand new. The brand-new toilet he said had to change was due to the great Costco brand. Gave time period is fixed by a quote of $1500 for 2 hr and three toilets. I explained that I did not understand their reasoning and desired more explanation and he explained that there is not a reasoning that toilets just go bad. I don't feel confident. I have.

I've been using The Clog Dawg for several decades. Steve, the owner, has been reliable and useful. Today, Paul Rouse was delivered by Steve. Paul was professional, polite, bright and demonstrated a commitment. I was really satisfied with the work and look forward to getting him back to the next plumbing job. Thank you Steve for sending a quality plumber. He was able to repair some of those workmanship done by pipes that are preceding. We have everything and now can avoid a potential disaster. I give my thanks.

The job seems nice and durable if I want a plumber so I'll call them but I wouldn't say that's was done just like a 5 start plumber.
I had 2 leaks from connector and the pipe.
It took them more than expected to finish the task and they did any harm but fixed it.
Called them and they called me back with a quote and ready to work with it instantly (so be sure to be ready to say no when they called).

I removed the faucet myself, returned to HD and got.
My kitchen sink pipes needed to be removed and reconfigured, after having an under mount sink and countertops installed. Based on the 5 star Yelp rating, I predicted Clog Dawg. The next day they came out. Quoted me $750 install garbage disposal, to install a faucet and remove and refigure pipes under faucet. I was shocked - but felt that I had no option because I did not want to keep paying the $50 service charge to have a quote. I agreed - he said he needed to go get the pvc parts. I assumed they'd have what they needed on the truck. Nope.
UPDATE: The company was quick to react and expressed interest when made aware of the circumstance in making what right. There was nothing for them to"fix" since I had substituted the faucet but they agreed to a partial refund and scrutinized the work to make sure everything looked right. (the re-piping below the sink looks WAY better than what was there earlier ) The company appeared genuinely concerned about my satisfaction, so I've shifted my review to reflect their decrease in price and responsiveness to the circumstance.
Three hours out of his arrival time - like the HD excursion - he finished. Under the sink looked better, as he did away with half of what was there before. He said he was not happy with where the faucet was mounted Since he left. It was close and could not go into the hot water place. That is a BIG deal.

We provided faucet and garbage disposal. They arrived back on Tuesday to do work. Charged my spouse $600 to replace both items. This was one that would require two hours to a handy individual, a straightforward task. I was traveling for work and not able to fit it.
The job seems to be fine, it is simply obvious they took advantage of this situation depending on the price. I can't help but think they took advantage of this fact my spouse is unversed in repair pricing that is fair.
My spouse called six other plumbers. They had been the first to answer their phone. Kudos for being accessible. The technicians were favorable.
Summary: absurd pricing, good job. If you use them get a quote .
Called to inspect/replace leaking kitchen faucet. A gentlemen (later identified as a trainee) arrived Friday, recognized it was a faulty faucet. We had our garbage disposal replaced therefore we asked that they do this too.
We had a trainee come out who shared he wasn't capable of substituting the garbage disposal. He returned with an experienced plumber to finish the job. I wonder if as the job was a one person job, we needed to pay for his training.

My wife got out of the hospital and we detected that the warm water was gone if she proceeded to wash her wounds. I gave The Clog Dawg Plumbing firm a call and advised them. The proprietor was extremely concerned and was able to squeeze us with 30 minutes. The plumbers came ahead of the time, and the situation has been fixed within the hour. The gentlemen were extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. I am able to say my wife and I'm happy, and she is grinning while soaking in a hot bath. When a love one has a significant life threatening operation having the capability to see them relax and smile if anyone knows means the world.

Quick response (within 15-25 minutes) about the initial inquiry and had someone out on the solution to our home within a day (since the issue was not an emergency). After the job was complete, matt was polite, friendly, amazing and cleaned. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Great service pricing, men that are nice. We had to replace our sewer line as a result of roots growing in our old cast iron pipes. When plumbers would not show clog Dawg was useful. They did the job without issue and solved the problem. I will recommend them to everybody.
