Christ did a fantastic job on our bathroom with a seal that is broken. Replaced wax bargain with seal putty - guaranteed not to leak. Excellent with our neighbors, as we had to get access to the space below. Issues left from the developer. Fantastic father-and-son team. Fantastic job!
