Patrick did work. To get into the pipe, then his crew and he had to dig four feet in my driveway and get through approximately 14 inches of foundation to substitute it. Patrick is wonderful. I am in the process of doing a shower remodel and needed to have old galvanized piping replaced with a shower valve installed and copper piping. I called around and had technicians come to scrutinize the occupation, but many of those other firms quoted me 3-4Xs more cash than what Patrick quoted me over the telephone. He was efficient, quick, and extremely personable. He also stuck to the cost he initially quoted mepersonally, because I am on a budget which was a significant deal. I have nothing but good things to mention, although I am one of harshest critics and the skeptics. I have found my plumber.
These guys were amazing! I worked with the owner and I could not say enough good things about his group and him. I called A-1 Patrick's Plumbing & Sewer Services to fix a problem with my tenant's kitchen drain running slow. Patrick gave me a quote and was able to diagnose the issue on the telephone on fixing it. After we wrapped up they came out to the house within 15 mins. I got a call telling me that the drain ran slow because the preceding pipes routed the pipe incorrectly, which had been causing the water to back up into the drain. He said he was able to reroute the pipe and unclog the drain, so that everything was running smoothly again. He charged me the amount he'd quoted, than he thought it would take, even though he did a good deal more work. I'd another plumber come out to diagnose exactly the same issue before I called Patrick. That other plumber said he could not unclog the drain because there was something in the way and my sewer line would want to replaced, which he wished to charge $5600!! I called that he and Patrick had been honest and knowledgeable about my problem. He will be my plumber for any issues I encounter in the future. I strongly recommend him for all your plumbing needs!
Dealt directly with Patrick. Knowledgable, prompt, and maintained to his quotation. Early 11, I called on a Wednesday and rodded my plumbing. Was on time! Offered a couple choices. I would recommend him to get this support.
