With plenty of time before the appointment time, they called to test if we have heating (we did) and whether we would mind moving our appointment to the next day since they were working on an individu furnace that was entirely down. I said no problem, ok. Appointment moved to the next day first thing in the morning.

I had a large problem with a garbage disposal drain clog. A buddy and I tried the baking soda, vinegar, and hot water repair to little avail, and we also tried the Drano fix, using a"safe for garbage disposal pipes" remark, to little avail too, and much water & junk in my double sink. Then my buddy attempted his augur (he's a handyman), which helped a little more... However, the sinks were STILL full, so I went on Angie's List and received a couple of suggestions to utilize. Grand Comfort Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning obtained info and called me! An hour or 2 afterwards, Julie called up and said they COULD come out afterwards, although In the beginning, the scheduler said they could not get to my house until the next day. It turned out that they had a crisis in Chicago, so this morning they scheduled me. Initially, I thought it would be $200 in the slightest, yet when Javier(?) And Artur(? ) ) Saw the sink, they said it would be $250 a sink because they could not be here , they took $100 off. Just to make sure, I'll be assessing other companies costs. I NOW understand MANY things NOT to put down the disposal! I didn't receive a receipt, I will soon get an email. A/C had my appointment set afternoon broke down Friday and had someone out to my house by 9am Saturday morning. Showed knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it. Took maybe a total of 35 - 40 minutes. Reputable tech, filled them until he left and even checked my Freon levels. Addressed our worries and client support was good. Will definitely use them again. Funding is available which is a plus for bigger jobs!! Highly recommended.

TempCare serviced our Chicago house using a furnace setup. This house was in the family for a long time, which means. Since it had been more than 20 years old the TempCare team urged to replace it.
They stated that there would not be a guarantee that it would function even after a fix due to the age. The day, the replacement procedure took. The tech worked hard and stopped for a rest.
He accepted and I offered him water through the afternoon and kept functioning. It was a day and the furnace is still going strong 3 weeks afterwards. I hope it continues to operate.

I shopped around and am glad I discovered TempCare. I requested them to come out and install a Nest, but Gary did so much more. He gave me hints on the best way to heat my home more economically and thoroughly, and basically had to completely rewire my thermostat to my furnace. The cost for him to perform all of this was less than it was for most companies just to come !! out He followed up a few of hours later from his cell phone to be certain everything went alright. TempCare Heating & Air Conditioning did a great job with the furnace setup of my family. Service oriented company that emphasized precision and their diligence on the job. My loved ones scheduled them to come out on Friday and they could accommodate them. The technician that came out immediately was able to alter it out and assessed the furnace. When installing my new AC they were diligent and professional. The AC tech came out than I anticipated, however, made sure to call me to let me know when on the way, which I greatly valued. He immediately addressed the problem with my AC, Shortly after he came on installing a brand new one and we decided. Their prices were competitive and fair, therefore it was a no brainer for me. Tempcare was hired to put in a furnace and repair an existing AC system. They set up the furnace as consented. They claimed they fixed the AC. The AC system was not cooling once assessed. They charged $630 for the AC repair itself. I requested them to fix it or issue a refund. They refused to do. I do not recommend this corporation.
