He's thorough and extremely clean. I require a component or two that he really had on the truck. He would not leave till everything was perfect....and it had been.

I needed a kitchen and bathroom sink drain rodded.

Had a plumbing crisis, they came out on a Saturday night. Corrected the problem, and then came back later in the week to install the long-term fix. Team that is nice, straight shooters, we will use them.

We predicted to have a bathroom sink rodded. The next morning Selena and vanessa came out. They fixed all of it, while the project took an unexpected turn because of a pipe. They're efficient, professional, clean and friendly keeping us up to date on what they were doing. This was the second time we've used Park Ridge Plumbing whenever we require a plumber, and we will use them.

I wanted so I called Matt based on reviews on Yelp toilet flange replaced fast. He did come fast, charged me price he mentioned over the phone (in my opinion too high for the job- $600!!! But I agreed because I wanted fast and professional occupation ), occupation was done in a timely manner, only difficulty I have is that I never received invoice even believed I called twice because he send me email initially - he said that he did it that I did not obtained, after two phone calls along with him stating that he did it again I did not get until this day!

For 2 days we tried everything we could think of to unplug our toilet. We wasted our money on products that did not get the job done. Via Yelp we found Park Ridge Plumbing and were extremely impressed. Vanessa and her partner came out this morning about an hour after we called! Not only did they unplug the toilet; they were kind, professionalplus they even wore shoe cleaned up beautifully and covers. Highly recommended.

We needed a plumber when my mom's garbage disposal began leaking and ceased grinding.
The next day, Matt called us back, saying he'd got an emergency telephone (sump pump failure) and asked if we could reschedule to get a few hours later the same afternoon. I can not remember.
Matt showed at the time. He had the job finished to the amount and also in a flash, and was efficient and neat Apart from being personable.

I trust worthy and enjoy the fact that he's dependable - . I have been in a position to text him for support for my parents when Ihad no problems and've been out of the area. Highly recommended - I can't thank him enough.
Immediate answers and prompt support. We have used Park Ridge plumbing for my parent's house. We tried another location but took quite a while to finish the work and won't do this since they were pricey. What I enjoy about Matt is that he is prompt with responses and pretty much on point for time of service.

A plumber and a journeyman plumber could come out and fix my plumbing crisis. They could provide me advice on the phone. They rodded out the lineup from my house to the road. They accomplished the job in 1.5 hours. Their fee was fair, they were efficient, courteous and clean. I definitely would use them .

Fantastic experience with Park Ridge Plumbing. Woke up to damages and our water heater bursting across carpeting and our basement floor. I called Matt once I saw him and he sent out somebody over a few hours. The team removed the water heater and installed a brand new one. We had some complications which took longer than anticipated, but Matt still admired the quotation he gave me on the phone which was nice to see. We definitely found our plumber!

I will be honest: I contacted 3 of the best rated technicians that served my region to get a quote on sorting my plug shower drain out. Matt was the bidding, however he was the person with whom I might find a time in less than 24 hours.
In the long run, my drain was unclogged within a few minutes of his birth and that I was a customer. I will certainly be calling him again if I am in need (hopefully not for quite a time!) And can recommend Park Ridge Plumbing.

I used Yelp! To contact them and got a fast response. Came out and did the work in a manner that was clean and fast. The pipes problem resolved at cost estimated. Would recommend!

Matt was very responsive and competitive in providing me a quote. He showed up as scheduled and done the work expertly. The cost ended up higher than the original quote and still (work was completed May 7, now is July 10) have not received an itemized statement despite 3 requests. Probably would not use them.

Awesome, clean work. Meticulous. A Professional whatsoever, explains everything. Very prompt. Excellent service at reasonable prices done. He's done a great deal of work cleanup crap work by the plumbing subcontractor that screwed up. Cannot praise the work and service enough.

My renter called me saying the kitchen sink was leaking (only when the water was switched on) and he couldn't see where it had been coming from. I gave Matt in Park Ridge Plumbing a telephone at 6pm on Wed and he had been outside at 8am on Thursday. Ended up being a extremely simple fix (the kitchen pullout required to be tightened). He had it done under two minutes and didn't even charge me! I am keeping him on my list of go-to builders! Wonderful experience.

Called because of an emergency situation before mapping local plumbers , and called several recommendations. Found Park Ridge Plumbing from my map program and called, mind you its 8 pm. That I was overjoyed, when he answered the phone when he stated he'd be there within an hour and I was grateful. Offered to come another day without the after hours fee but a few situations are desperate. Came and rodded the pipes which caused a problem from, checked and double checked. About the offender toilet newspapers to avoid had a conversation with me and were so kind. I truly had visions of considerably greater costs in my head (but was told a quote over the telephone and it was put on). Great work, clean and so kind. These guys had worked all day, it was yucky wet and cold and here I had been keeping them out much longer. . .going in my book for any future job. Thank you so much - client for life.
