RB is my own go-to while I trust I do not have issues that are future.
My 2nd time using R B Pipes. Have a primary drain which backs up. Both times same day appointments. Fair pricing, got the job done. This time Ruben managed the appointment himself. He fixed a leaky utility sink and gave me hints to avoid future issues. The components were $8.00, do not understand that I might have purchased them cheaper myself and no additional labour, all coated with the flat fee.

Sunday Sewer Emergency!! Located R&B on Yelp after we had been unable to get a hold of our folks. Reuben came out (came even prior to his estimated entrance ), assessed that the issue, rodded our sewer pipes and was in and out in less than an hour. Effective, gave us a warranty on the work in case we gave any difficulties in the near future. Very happy clients! Thanks Reuben!!

Quick service, reacted quickly to my support call and fixed my problem with no problems. Although, it was somewhat pricey.

We've used this business since moving to our new home that had a good deal of plumbing/water difficulties. Ruben has been absolutely remarkable. We found after going through a few firms through our home warranty that we had been dissatisfied with them based from testimonials. Ruben has continued to exceed our every expectation! So kind and considerate, as well as exceptionally skilled, honest, and knowledgeable! I never thought I'd find a plumbing firm that makes the remark and cares so much about the others that they'll take care of you - and they do! They actually care about quality and around individuals and they are such hard workers. So pleased and impressed - after locating them, never going!

They are friendly and efficient. Their prices seem to be fair - they're plumbers and make more than other professionals (lol) Seriously, I would recommend them for any plumbing requirements, They replaced our sump without any problems at a reasonable Price

Ruben replaced the water going into my home and did an excellent job. He's your guy if you're looking for somebody to do a great job at an affordable price. Highly recommend!

I discovered R B Plumbing through yelp along with another firm that was larger. I contacted both companies via their website. I got a call from R B. They stated they could send out somebody . Greater than 15 min later my doorbell rang.
Tim was very pleasant, fixed the issue, and came in. I was worried because I'm newer to the area, about finding a reliable plumber, also this is my very first residence.

This company installs equipment that is not up to par They Then come back to Get a Support call and charge you for adding parts to fix the Issue even though its under warranty and when the system Completely fails they ask you for more money to start the process all over again stay away from them

Right from the gate, I asked if those guys charged extra on weekends bc necessarily things go wrong on weekends and also you get gauged (basically double the price ) by technicians, etc.. These guys were friendly and they don't charge extra on weekends. Got the work done, and showed up straight away! Would definately recommend R B Pipes!

I agree with Stephanie F. My husband and I are also going to stay with RB. They explained, and explained, and explained the details of the sewer repair that we (unfortunately) needed, and finished the job. Both Reuben and Tim are extremely agreeable to work with. Thank you, RB!
