Again, Jeremy had been and understood what he do. Things were repaired by him and also got the home up and running in no time!
Jeremy was friendly, professional, and quick when it came to the security install. It only took a couple of hours to him to do what he had to do. He had been clean, he cautioned me when things were beginning (so that I could tell the kids about the drills and so it didn't frighten them), and he had been a total professional.
I really like this place so much that I moved out of my method to create a business list for them. Since I am pretty darn lazy that's HUGE
Fourteen days after (darn my poor luck!!) , we had a"situation" in which sewage was leaking into our laundry area. (Oh, and that I feel like I need to mention that this sewage situation had NOTHING to do with the work he had done a couple weeks ahead! It just happened to be a significant coincidence that we'd need a plumber again so soon!)
When we had a security system Old World Plumbing was there! Jeremy came out to find out what had to be done. He looked about, written down what he had to do, then he said he would return on Monday (this was not an emergency in any way, so that was ok!)
Then Monday came, and we had had a breakout of Strep Throat (wily little beast...) in our home. Rather than possibly infect him we transferred the date of this irrigation install to another week. They were friendly, understanding, and everything went smoothly.
Due to Old World Plumbing for all of their help! I know who I will call if we have any more difficulties!
My power vent hot water heater was not working properly. I contacted Old World Plumbing, a branch of Valley Fire Protection Systems, and there had been a plumber in my home within the hour. He diagnosed the issue immediately, explained the faulty code, set up the replacement component, and analyzed the heater. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I will call Old World Plumbing in the future! Best service! Definitely recommend Old World Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.
Had a great experience! More affordable than other companies that lent usand they got the work done with no issues. Very pleased and will use them again. We had Robert and he was great.
That's A basement, right. I figured it was time to call a 14, after Cleaning up a bit. I asked about and heard nothing but amazing things about Old World Plumbing. Was Robert. And I have to say he was very respectful and professional. He explained there was a principal drain in the basement that's precisely why our usefulness sink was overflowing. Before I knew it, he had used his machine to clear the pipes up and wrote a statement for me. I can not begin to explain how quick and easy it was made by him . And super cheap too. Great Company
Extortionists! I was billed for two hours and $360 to clear a simple drain. A job that should cost no more than $200 and takes a plumber 15-30 minutes. Please call any plumber. These guys are scum.

So my basement flooded this week (the week of this heavy rainstorms) like many others and needed my own sump pump replaced. Well I moved through yelp- I didn't want to get accepted for a ride that was , just because I had been in a rush. So Old Globe was the first one I called since it had just one great rating and happened to be in my neighborhood, I phoned and a lady answered and I asked her if she'd technicians out there. . .she did not but she would be delighted to place me onto a waiting list however. . .and there are a $100 emergency fee although it was not during late hours early evening (I predicted mid-century ) she said it was due to all of the calls they were receiving. When this fee would guarantee me getting someone out to my home that 17, I asked her -trust me I understand that they had a lot of people calling I receive lot of people were having the very same problems. . .she stated no there were no warranties that someone would even come out - then she stated they went to charge everybody emergency prices. . .seriously? Because you were being called by a lot of people but you could not get anyone in. . .That is a nice way to make the most of people during an emergency....nice really nice. . .but she did say I could call other companies and possibly they can get me and that is exactly what I did...I will take my business elsewhere.

If you'd like a company that treats its local customers this way - then call this company that you will get your pockets emptied even before they do anything. . .but they sure are fine about it.
My kitchen sink clogged on 12/23...I called Old World Plumbing that evening and Tim said he would be out 1st thing in the morning....Christmas Eve and I'm hosting a houseful of people....Tim is there by 8:30 and my sink is repaired by 10. . .He was professional, fast and a very wonderful man. The cost seemed reasonable in making sure I knew what was mended and the job was done 17, and he took his time. I will recommend to friends and would call Old World again.
Had to call somebody in following a water heater leak in February. These men are perfect. Got a quote straight away, they were very flexible in scheduling about us (we unexpectedly had to venture out of town for a funeral), and got the older water heater out and the new one in in less than a day. I could not have asked for better service. And they've followed up to make sure everything is working and it should.
