Had water pipe suspended from past nights freezing temperatures. This morning I called and they were able to come out over 30 min. Solved the issue in hr. Cost? $180 for $100 and labour for heating pipe machine. I say it was price. They're also local to my place! Love working with local businesses and get to understand them. Shaun and his buddy were very knowledgeable and took time to clarify the matter. Explaining how they will solve the problem.

This inspection is based on irresponsible driving by an All Family Plumbing van on the Edens Expressway some of the worst driving, on October 9th with a commercial vehicle I've ever seen. The van was traveling at a high speed, swerving in and out of traffic, and even employing the proper shoulder to pass other vehicles. Any company that could employ a motorist who produces hazardous conditions does not deserve your business. Get out of the way if you see an All Family van using a license plate starting with 231!
EDIT: Wow, just saw the testimonials from July 31 and March 1. This crap has been going on for some time.

Driver of the van drives like an jerk. Cutting off people and pushing down the center of the lanes to go around traffic. They are currently putting people's lives in danger. I would NEVER hire this company.

Perhaps if you are likely to have your business name and phone number because you cut off additonal vehicles you shouldn't cut off people, off them, and continue to slam on your brakes.

Tim was awesome! He came out and we had a pipe burst and fixed it in no time! Good man with a knowledge that is true for this. He was extremely personable and professional!

I'm a livelihood Realtor and many of my customer's who are new to the area or are even long time residents know whether you want a good referral for home repairs and upgrades, you flip to a Realtor who's been in the company for quite a while and knows the best sellers to care for their biggest investment, their property. Well, I give one recommendation for technicians, All Family Plumbing and John behind him continuing John's expectations to deliver the best possible service and products. His water purification company is not subsidizing a showroom that is glamorous, it's supplying the softeners in the best possible price and NEVER over sells water treatment systems to home owners. I was in an upscale home and the homeowner had a water system I had never seen the likes of. WAY oversold IMHO and tens of thousands of dollars "down the drain". Call All Family Plumbing and be ready to be treated"Like Family".

John is the He was able to correct a shower for me to get a portion of the price tag. Called him back to resolve a Johore artist collection sink for me. He got the job done and was careful not to damage the ceramic. When we need a plumber will only call him!

Their level of support has been even more important to me since I'm managing a unit in IL from CA, so having a resource as reliable as well as fair as All Family is critical.

When Jeremy and Shawn came to my house they tried to rod out the sewer line and so were not able to get very far through the tube using the rodder camera or machine. Jeremy mentioned there might be a blockage and they identified the clog/broken pipe's positioning beneath my laundry area. Shawn and jeremy explained to me they would need to dig up the concrete flooring to diagnose the issue using all the clogged/broken pipe.
One of my greatest fears was a sewer back up. I has been blessed to possess All Family Plumbing from my side and needed to confront this fear.
Shawn and Jeremy and I met with in my house on past occasions for minor plumbing issues. Make a fantastic team and Shawn and jeremy appear to work well with each other. Really I think Shawn was in my house each time I called All Family Plumbing for a fix. My hero!
The repairs' day began at approximately 11:00 AM. They noticed that the pipe was worse than they believed once the floor has been opened and the floor needed to be opened up more. There was approximately 6 individuals coming in and out of my house including the owner John. The group worked very well together. John and the crew kept me in the loop during the whole procedure. They asked me to come downstairs so they could show me what was being performed. They made sure that when the pipe has been repaired it was clear of tree roots. They worked until to make sure that I could utilize the water. I had been so appreciative.
Clean up the area and the day Jeremy and his colleague came by to fill in the hole with cement. I was shocked if I was told by Jeremy that the price because it had been about the end of the estimate. I thought for sure it was likely to be more since the task was larger than initially intended and involved so much of the time.
John called me to refer a tile individual to replace the tile that were broken up during the repairs. This was nice. He gave me his cell number.
Jeremy gave me a price and stated he would attempt to keep it to the end and wanted to work to keep the price down because I was a repeat client. Jeremy has a way about him that makes me trust his expertise and feel comfortable. No charge for coming out this day because the problem wasn't fixed. I was surprised and appreciative.

I can not say enough positive things about Vinny from All Family Plumbing. He was so timely, professional, knowledgable and answered all of my questions about our problems - we had a valve replaced within our shower as there was no longer any hot water. He took the time to clarify me the issue, show me and the part he was substituting it with.

We just purchased a house and unfortunately had to have some plumbing work completed outside (roots in the pipes). Nick john and the crew did excellent work in conditions that are not excellent. The workplace got all the permits obtained with no difficulties and us scheduled quickly.

I've used All Family Pipes for years. They have helped with problems such as water coming through my ceiling, and most recently a failed sump pump. They are always courteous and professional.

I just wanted to discuss my unbiased experience . From Advantage Management, I got an email on 10/9/15 that the condo unit below mine in Northbrook, Illinois was having water damage on their ceiling above the fireplace in the living room. They suggested that I should phone All Family Plumbing. John- the owner/plumber came out on 10/16/15 and decided that the water damage was caused by the fire sprinkler system and not by any plumbing pipes. The visit on 11/4/15 by a technician from a fire protection company reported back after cutting open the water stained ceiling drywall, that he could not discover water flow. Not found the water dripping from the ceiling on 12/30 that the technician from the fire protection company came out again on 1/5/2016 to replace the sprinkler pipe and an elbow. Since he was right from the start, now that the water flow was repaired and the drywall was repaired, I want to thank John. He is fair and knowledgeable. I also would like to thank Amber Socas and Adam Stolberg from Advantage Management for their aid.

This company came recommended by a friend who has employed the company many times before. I had two issues:needing a disposal hooked back up after a fresh sink left it too low, and the water line under the sink hooked up a fresh manner. Water wasn't lasting in my shower more than 10 minutes. One of those guys from all household came was quite polite and arrived early. Scheduling was fast and easy. Nevertheless he didn't measure anything below the sink (were away by such as 4 inches so I'm not certain how he could have predicted what could work or not). What he suggested beneath the sink went to leave water having water to journey up that I know will not work and sitting in a pipe at all times. Then for the water heater was empty the water to search for sediment. Nothing came out so he said I getting or he could do it. Take anything apart, he didn't attempt to run any of my faucets or take a look at the heater in any depth. He didn't recognize the issue that is actual or tell me anything was even wrong by it. Offered to get me a fresh one and said I would be better off that way. My dad and understood this wasn't perfect and uncle can do most elementary and maybe a bit beyond, plumbing. They had me do a few simple things to check the waterthen figured out I would probably just require a new"dip tube" It cost $12 and solved the issue. I'm grateful I managed to have another opinion and someone else to come in and investigate until I spent $1100.
