If possible, would easily give negative stars. The guy that came out to help me really is that a con artist this isn't a company that is legit. It is ran by the type of people who make me ill and make it difficult for people. I was quoted 50 dollars on the phone (Which is still a pain but at least marginally affordable). So I agreed and he came right down to where my car was, while he was hoping to get my door open to get my keys out he told me to fill out my info on the receipt. I got my keys when he was done. I went home and discovered I was billed $175.00 I perform a minimum wage job and that is half of my bi monthly paycheck. This guy is a person and I warn you to never ask for any type of service in this place.
I locked myself out today.,leaving through the garage door Both neighbors who had a secret were out and after an hour at 100 degrees, I opened the telephone book and saw a complete page of advertising promising low prices and good support from BUDGET LOCKSMITH. I asked how much this service could cost and phoned. The guy on the phone sounded grouchy but told me $30 to come out and $15 then. I requested them to come over. A young guy shows up in an unmarked car. He inserted a rubber device in the corner of the door, used a hand pump and the door opened. It wasn't the bolt but a lock that is simple and it required him between 30 minutes and one min. He jumped to charge me $30 (agreed upon ) PLUS $86 for labor. I phoned back the store and asked for an excuse, stating that this was the quickest and easiest way also it should have been 15 not 86. He had been rude and explained the way would be to kick at the door. Also I needed to cancel the test I made in their name and make it. That is strange as well. I feel I was treated very dishonestly and they're crooks and thieves. I will inform anyone who wishes to listen about this experience and will never call them , such as the Better Business Bureau so others would not be suckered in this scam.
They made me a replica of this key in less than 10 min and came out during the recent snow storm. Programming it had been a little longer 10-15 minutes. But clear since my car is an older model. I forgot his name but it wasn't Luke who arrived. But very nice guy. I wanted my remotes and he programmed them for free with the purchase price of the key! In comparison to other places which charges additional to program your very own remote fobs which is absurd since it literally took less than 30 sec and doesn't require any specific tools. They are strongly recommended by me! Wonderful work!
The appointment was scheduled readily and they showed up right on time. I called several areas, and Budget Locksmith was the very best price by far! I'd certainly recommend to anyone needing a locksmith!
Quick, friendly and very reasonable. Less than half the cost!
I have needed a car key break (such as the fob shattered from the ignition) earlier, so I knew what I had been in store for afterwards I dropped my keys to the river. I called the secret to be asked about by Ford and did my homework. Now I'm going to have a step from my review to just say this to anyone who dropped their car key/needs a fresh one.
49/100
They come to you first of all, that was nice. I didn't have to disrupt my routine too much to make this work. The service was fast, responsible, and didn't break the bank! I believe I spent like $85 obtaining the vital programmed and cut.
My husband likes to mention that the river has taken my car keys, my hat three things from me this summer, and my dignity. I can not get my dignity or my hat back, but I did get a great deal.
I went on to amazon and purchased a key that was fresh for like $50. I then called Budget Locksmith to make an appointment. It was great!
At 300+ out of the dealer was more like $150.
Go on to amazon, order a new secret, and find someone (ideally this place) which will replace it to you.
Call these guys first, and with confidence.
I did not even know this service existed Before today. After today, I will recommend it without hesitation.
Just how does one do that?
My Civic got after I mistakenly drained my battery life to zilch some processor codes goofed up. That meant my car would not allow it to be started by me with my very own keys before the codes were flashed.
A short amount of Googling later, I've a house call (! ) ) Setup with these guys. Soon after, a man arrives in a modest mobile workshop . Done. Totally slick. I paid the $95 smiling. Saved me a towing fee and God knows how many hours managing the tyranny of their price sheets and the dealer. Win.
Bored Honda service man on phone:"Yeah, I am afraid you'll need to get it towed to us then we can reset it for around $150 a secret "
I accidentally washed my crucial. I could not think a replacement at they said they were the only ones who could provide a key to me and the dealer was 240. WRONG! I called Budget Locksmith - I have two keys for about $115.00. And they come to you! WIN!!!
Fast, friendly, affordable. Was advised I'd need to be towed to dealership and replace it but did not have an availability for three days happy to get these guys after losing my cracked Honda key! A half an hour later plus called, had two keys!
