Thank goodness! Saturday day and I locked my keys in the home, along with cat and my dog. I called his cell per the store recording and he had been out to our location in 30 minutes (and I reside in Petaluma). Really reasonably priced and got me back into my house!

Managed to lock ourselves from the home Saturday and the response was professional and speedy. Only a 30 minute wait and opened the door and he showed up. I would recommend this service when I'd any car or home lock problem, and I would use this company again. The availability on short notice valued and was crucial.

There was to be done than anticipated. We negotiated a price for all. John did it correctly and did everything. Put in deadbolt mended my door alignment and re-keyed, and it works very well. Dead bolts are more work than you may think.

Yeah Yeah Yeah and Blah Blah Blah...I mean it will not get better than the top so where's the Six Stars option? There is an unspoken trust participated when a person offers you passage to your life and or possessions and it's the way you feel like they you push away and thank yous are understated John.

We called John outside to start a locked door, and he fixed the door but went on to do a full repair and he also fixed other problem doors and locks. Dedicated and friendly, I can not say enough.

John was true to his word and said he'd be there in half an hour. He gave me a estimate without any strain --and I agreed.
John was great. I phoned him at 8 in the morning after a specific someone moved out suddenly -- after picking the night before that another day, I did not wish to leave my home until I had the locks changed. *ahem*
John was interesting, kind, understanding, and funny. I would hire him again without issue --and I will, should I ever need this sort of support!

We began referring to the raw diet that I contribute to my dogs and he gave me some other tips in the area that was homeopathy. He suggested some contractor buddies of his near Napa. He forgot one telephone number, and today I was called by him with it -- totally surprising but fine.
He gave us an estimate and said if I wanted, that he could do it. The keyless deadbolt was a bit odd and the steel door that he needed to bore a hole didn't help. But he didn't make me feel pressured time and was patient during the entire 3 hours.
John is guy that is interesting and a locksmith. He was kind enough to come out afternoon. We had a keyless deadbolt we needed a fix as well as installed to the back door. He didn't try to sell on any fancy hardware and made the very best of this fix to the rear door (that the previous owner probably did himself).

John is a reliable, honest and capable locksmith that charges reasonable prices. His store is a disheveled area and his character is offbeat and vibrant. Just what I like in a proprietor. Update: He did mess up one key of a medium order, so not ideal, but excellent. His rabid Trump support is a massive turnoff for me personally (Has"Lock her up!" bumper stickers on his truck!) .

In rekeying our locks john did a fantastic job for all of us. He had been professional kind and incredibly fair. Additionally, he was able to work us in on short notice. I highly recommend him to anyone needing lock solutions that are residential. When we are in need of a locksmith I use him again.

I haven't had to utilize their locksmith services yet (knock on wood) but I did get a whole lot of keys made here. You call to make an appointment, John and you meet at the shop, runs off a lot of keys, and you are on your way. Friendly support, solid. It's super convenient although you know when you'll be totally free, but don't have time to wait in line in a hardware shop.

John supplies a service that is community. John has come to my house twice; after since I secured my only set of car keys in the car (on a holiday weekend), and recently since I locked myself out of the house (at 5:30 on a Friday night). Both times he answered the phone himself (a real person? What a surprise), arrived at my location in 15 minutes (how refreshing... he did what he said he would do) and got the work done within 10 minutes for a reasonable cost (doesn't get better than this!) . He left keys for me , and hid a key box in my car also. All the while keeping up a friendly conversation. Thanks John!

I am rather delighted with the service of John. I've used him twice now. He is always friendly and down to earth. He is honest and helpful. He changed our locks but he fixed our doorways that n't closed right and attempted to not charge for that support. Then he ran off as many secrets and ran out to his truck as I had needed.
