Shai called me within 10 minutes, got more specifics about what I needed and gave me a quote after I sent him photographs of the recent locks. He offered to come the afternoon.
Shai is the very best! I'd been putting off getting locks for the month and finally checked Yelp to get a locksmith yesterday morning. Mr Lock Magic's testimonials drove everyone else outta the water so I decided to complete a form on their site to get a quote.

Shai did a excellent job installing a new deadbolt. After my deadbolt that is previous fell during a recent cold snap, he did the work on a Saturday morning. He was knowledgeable and professional.

I'm quite delighted with the service Shai / Mr. Lock Magic provided. He met me has on short notice although this was not a lockout emergency. He arrived on time, did the work quickly (and properly) and that I believed his fees were reasonable. This was a engagement - just the way I like it!
I arrived home from the airport to find I was locked out of my residence. On a Sunday. In the freezing rain. Shai was the first one I phoned and that he picked up right away. He said he could be there in 10 minutes and had been upfront about the Sunday surcharge. He spent another 45 minutes in the freezing rain trying to get my door open that was jammed also had been. Rather than simply instantly giving up and drilling it (which I did not want) he stayed with it and opened it with no damage to lock. He fixed the door for me it will not jam again for no charge. He had been a craftsman, diligent and patient. He is highly recommended by me!
Shai is THE BEST! Made a key in moments from a photo when we foolishly forgot to leave one, to give to our pet sitter. What a wonderful guy, cannot say enough nice things. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
I called, got a quotation, and had someone out to replace/rekey 3 locks within an HOUR. As he finished the work he was upfront about prices and supplied tips. Very professional, great pricing, and fast support!

Called 8AM on a Sunday AM and got him to validate a couple of minutes to the case following the call. Happened to catch him so the timing could not have been more perfect. Made it a bit tough as my wallet has been packaged in one of my luggage. . .and I believed I had lost it. . .for ID, but we worked it out OK at the end & all was fine. I mean, yea it didn't seem great at face value with the circumstance, but he was good, upfront and honest about everything because of such and was able to fish out the key of trying, within a couple of minutes.
Essential broke off in my flat door overnight & I didn't realize it before I came back. Called a"low-down payment price" 24H service and fell asleep in my car because of the very long wait to get a call back.
