Ryan was awesome! I left a voice mail with queries regarding shifting our house guards and he promptly returned my phone. He was very precise concerning the quote to change the locks out and create new keys. His fees are reasonable and fair. He arrived promptly & got to work and completed the work quickly & efficiently. I'd recommend him to anybody needing locksmith services.
If you don't like waiting all day for nothing to happen and never receive even a follow up or excuse regarding the lack of professionalism, highly recommend you don't waste your own time.
We made every attempt to be available on 3 separate scheduled times (3 hour cubes times of time) to have this particular locksmith come out into our home. Alter, 2 no shows through this company and even a chance to fix the matter. They no demonstrated yet That is simply not anyhow, respectful or professional to handle any attempt a running a respectful business. That we encourage 110%. They must be the busiest and most important locksmith in Indiana to handle new customers this way. Ability to them that client is OUT. Thanks but no thanks we will happily find another location to provide local service to in the region.
