This location is your spot! They gave me a much cost that was much lower than any other location in San Antonio, even less expensive than the dealer. Tracy was so sweet and Sam was an amazing technician. Don't look anywhere else, they've got you covered.

Just called the girl who answered and this place was rude and unprofessional. I didn't bother creating an appointment. I will take my business elsewhere.

I'd read the first review that said they estimated a 25 minute coming time and came 45 minutes later. That review was nearly two decades back, and this place had a few 5 star reviews.
Anyway 25 minutes were estimated by the guy. After it had been 50 minutes to inform me he phoned me he'd be there in 15 minutes. Long story short, he showed up 1:30 after that phone call. He estimated us $89 to decide on an apartment lock (where we'd lost the key). Initially he thought that he was going to need to drill it because it was a smart key lock(?) ; however without drilling in about 1 minute, he was able to take care of it. The time was really the downfall since there were although I'm glad he can do the job.

This place is fast and priced honest. I needed a vehicle key and had lost my keys. We had been quoted a price that was more economical and they were willing to come to our location that was quite a bit ways from town. Samuel promptly made our secret, programmed the chip. He had been wonderful. Any and all questions we had were replied by him. I would definitely recommend them to anybody.

I had been locked out of my apartment. Samuel was professional and polite. Later I left the call he had been at my apartment 20 minutes and carried each step of this process. As it was very cold outside he gave me his jacket. I could not have asked for a locksmith experience. I would recommend Expert Locksmith to anyone!

WATCH OUT! Called them to come let us into our home after we inadvertently locked ourselves out - was told that it was $15 for the service charge and then to allow us into the home the prices started at $40. They told me he'd be there in 20 minute (which led me to cancel the people I had coming out at 40 minutes ). Over 45 min later, he didn't appear til. I had him select one deadbolt (that took him about 15 seconds), he drafts up the receipt: $177! At you do? Tell him to depart? He said they just are expected to provide"starting costs" and offered to give me a $20"discount" I paid, feeling like I had no choice, and signed the receipt. Afterwards I noticed there's a language that says if you sign here then you're admitting you don't dispute the charge. Pfff. In my book, that is called extortion.
