Meanwhile, I still kept looking and searching for my damn secrets. I found themin the lining of a few of my purses. I phoned the office to cancel the call back. A very rude lady answered and demanded to know what the issue was and why I cancelled. I let her know that fortunately I'd found my keys and that her employee wasn't on his way however. She asked me if it was me not enjoying the quotes costs or what and started to get mad. To what I was saying she wasn't listening. I did not need everyone to come out and again repeated that I'd found my keys. She practically hung up on me and got me off the phone.
Even though the costs to me were reasonable and that wasn't the reason for my cancellation, if you are ever caught in a situation in which you have to call a locksmith or if captured in this situation again, I wouldn't go with these guys. There are plenty of businesses that would be more than just understanding.
In the beginning the first call went smoothly. Gave me a quote and told me so that I could check if the car keys were in there it would be about $20 to get to where I am and costs start at $30 to see if they can unlock my car. They then let me know their employee would call me to give me an ETA. I got a call within half an hour by a great fellow who said he would get to me he had yet another person ahead of me.
When I could not find the damn car keys to a 19, I went through a panic attack. I yelped the nearest place and parson's came up.

Purchased a 2015 Altima. The dealer wanted $300 for key insurance in case I dropped my key. Why would I pay $300 for something which may occur when I could only get an extra key? Called around and a few other Locksmiths recommended Parson's as the place to go. Half what I would have for insurance and I've got a fully working additional key FOB. Fantastic service! Would highly recommend!

Quick! Very good support. Although I don't have to call again, but might recommend. They were here right away and took moments to unlock my truck that I had locked the keys .

I called many different locksmiths. Parsons had the best customer service. I was told by them on the phone how much it'd be to cut out a new secret, and program it for the car. They were friendly and showed up right on time. Alex is awesome. He knows his craft and really wants to make your business. Their cost was compared by me and they were cheaper. They needed to find a secret for me and they showed up first thing in the morning. Telephone Parsons first!!

These people know how to provide a great customer service experience, which is very tough these days to get! Alex was great, I'd created an appt. Earlier in the day to match Alex at my house so that he can assist me I had to have produced. Alex supplied jumper cables I had to get into the car so that he could finish up. Great job Parsons, I really appreciate what Alex could utilize Parsons again personally and did for me and would recommend them to anybody in need of their services! Thank you Alex!
