Showed up with in 15 minutes and installed a brand new lock my door. There was also a serious problem with my door latching and there were able to file down the door jam to make up for the hinges going. Very friendly and easy to take care of. Would recommend to other people!
There is an article online describing how locksmiths in NYC are currently jacking up the prices of these Maxtech and Marks locks. All these are economical locks imported under the Maxtech company and made in China.
Avoid this company. Find another locksmith.
I didn't deal with this company it was. After finding out she spent $2000 to alter 5 locks. The guards were almost $300 a PIECE! They are locks, which would be the locks you may locate. They are deadbolt locks with door knobs. It is possible to get a set for $50 or $60 from HD. We called the company asking a refund and change back to the locks. They ended up coming in to describe themselves. Anthony and Tom (I am 100% sure NOT there real names!) Showed up. They insisted they're the locks. Even had the guts to look at me in my face and tell me they're beautiful. These men took advantage of my mother who did not know any better. If you look these locks up online they are tricky to discover and when you do they are cheap. Seeing they had been I asked them to leave since it wasn't going to be pretty. We are disputing the charge.
