He RUINED my walls: once he drilled to put in the lockhe was careless and drilled a huge hole on the side of my doorframe. He then went into commenting how my walls were"bizarre" rather than fixing the issue and saying it was his fault. He showed me his installation without attempting to fill in the hole and just offered once I pointed out that the huge hole to correct it. He said the"best" that he could do was fill it with some white rubber wall tack, he , did and obtained the tack on different parts of my wall. He tried to wash it off with a kitchen towelwhich he ended up scrubbing parts off of my wall paint and did much force. When I pointed this out, he refused to admit he said that the spot on the wall paint was there the whole time and did it. I then pulled out pictures of his advancement for the time, which he admit he scrubbed my wall paint off and eventually responded to. To adding tack onto the spot he relented.
That was far from your encounter other Yelpers are currently undergoing here, although he had a bad day or something. You have been warned.
Jonathan was late: he gave a time frame window 10AM-12PM to me, he came at 1:15 PM and called me. Because of his tardiness, I had to cancel an important dinner meeting. In addition, he did not apologize.
This was for an electronic lock installment on 10/17.

Excellent job installing our Nest deadbolt. Communication along the way. Provided a certification of insurance very quickly. Would use again and highly recommend.

Jonathan came himself out on a Friday afternoon. Great man. Was straightforward in his responses and prompt in getting back to me. Nobody wants to have to use a locksmith but if I do find myself needing to, I def would use ASAP again. Thanks Jonathan!

Jonathan responded to my request for quotation via Yelp and 90 minutes later he redo all the locks in my apartment. Keying equally the front and back doors was no problem for him. He is a skilled locksmith - I was very impressed with the standard of his work. He rehabilitated the previous mortises to run smoothly and replaced worn doorknobs rather than forcing me to buy a new unit. He is not cheap but you get what you pay for and Jonathan is a genuine professional (he's also the person who owns the firm ). He will definitely be my go-to man for anything lock associated in the future.

The process was stress free, Jonathan was pleasant and considerate to work with. The gate not the prison cell window I thought it'd be!

These guys were wonderful. I moved into a new apartment and needed a safety gate on the fire escape window. They came outside to measure it and we are back to put in it!

I realized I could not find my key 30 minutes before I had to leave for the airport to catch a flight at 4pm. My wife and kid would be out of town and she'd kill me when I left apt open them the weekend to come home! I called ASAP and they have been in my door in two keys that were new and 20 minutes w locks 5 minutes. I was like nothing even happened and off to JFK in the Uber. Along w the service was friendly. In case you have any wants in the neighborhood they are ABSOLUTELY the people to call.
