Mountain Lock & Key

I hired Mountain Lock & Key to alter just a few locks in my new residence. From start to finish, this firm was friendly professional and reliable. After that day, dave was working with a client when I predicted but called me . We had just gotten a foot of snow and the streets weren't great, so that I was concerned they could offset but Alan showed up on time and fixed my entire locks in under one hour. They work great now! I was impressed that even though I wasn't in an emergency situation, this firm made sure I received my locks changed and still made me significant. Not only this but Alan was so delightful to use. This is a family run enterprise. You can tell they really care about their clients and what they do. I'd definitely hire them again.

Courteous, reliable, quick service. Dave installed a deadbolt system rekeyed our locks. Would certainly recommend.

As a first-time client from the Conifer area I'm ecstatic. Dave is instantaneous super knowledgeable and a tradesman that is real. He was fast and efficient installing our coded system we had him move to the remaining doors he was able to repair 2 doors which hadn't worked for years. This is the type of business I enjoy watching triumph, fast, dependable, honest, and above the very best knowledge.

Wouldn't"support my area". . .in Evergreen I am a Sunday when I was stranded outside my flat.

In years past we used Alan and the new Owner Dave requires the service. He was very patient and ensured I understood the key pad operated and provided for me to contact with any questions I might have. I have to admit I had to call and he picked up and answered my questions.
They had been at my home yesterday and installed an integral pad entry rekeyed and lock. We've used them for many years and have always been satisfied. My employer (large bank) also uses them regularly. I was amazed to see a review that is negative and feel it can not be true. The company isn't available on Sundays.
It's a shame to see a review that is so negative (nor makes sense) about a wonderful company we are fortunate to have in the Evergreen area.

I phoned the owner, Dave this morning to put in two deadbolt locks and fix the door lock. He was here in two hours. Fantastic job permanently repaired the door lock and deadbolts. Very friendly and nice and very professional. I would recommend this company to anyone needing work that is good.

In order to make a review, you need to provide at least 1 star, but this jerk doesn't even deserve 1 star. We called today (12/01/2013) because we're in Hawaii and our pet sitter secured the base handle lock with our dog inside the house. We called the main number and were advised that they weren't curious because a match was going on. We called our home management company and they gave the guide number of Alan to us. He informed us that he didn't place us and said that they service during business hours, after admonishing us calling his line. Really? No kidding? Not only are they not useful, but he's an jerk. Then we called the man who answered and Webster Lock Masters was at a bar watching the game, but he left to meet the dog sitter.
