I needed to get a locksmith to remove a Medeco lock from front door I replaced and place it onto a recently installed door. I needed to install an extra deadbolt that was blind. He was very attentive and agreed to come the exact same day, although I had called him late in the day. He arrived in my home and it was good to find that not only was he experienced with the Medeco locks, but he did the job beautifully. He removed the Medeco lock from the doorway that was old and installed it. He did exactly the same with all the blind deadbolt. The setup was fantastic. Before, in order to lock my front door, I would have to pull on the door to get the lock but after Julio installed the lock, I didn't have to pull on the door in order to lock it. Horrible... said we had been coming same-day then tells me he can not make it to leave it for tomorrow. I mean tell me when I call one so I will call somebody else. People nowadays have no decency for many others simply too greedy in company. You sir are a disgrace.
