They went to work and arrived on time. A couple of hours after they finished keying the locks to a single key.
Prices were fair, service excellent, and I will use them again.
I phoned them up and away I had good people on the phone. They have been flexible & easygoing.
Found these guys here and had to have the locks changed on my home in Lakewood.

Very miserable store owner. So I'm giving a 2 star rating since they came out. But I might have pulled on the lock at no cost myself out.
They came out. A key had broken off and the door would not close. What I wanted was the old lock as decoration and a brand new lock installed into precisely the exact same door. There was one working lock at the door. I wanted another deadbolt to replace. I handed the technician the lock to replace. Regardless of how I tried to explain it, the technician could not understand what I wanted 2 deadbolt in precisely the exact same door... THAT DID NOT MATTER.
The technician pulled the lock that was broken out. He replaced the lock using the lock that was new. There was nothing wrong with the lock. He then processed to re-key the tumblers from the old lock ( now just decoration) as if the lock needed a key. He spent . They gave me an estimate. $220.00 later I am just about in the exact same place I began.

The tech, plus, Joe, knows what he's doing, and is quite nice, professional. These guys were great.
Great service and professionalism. I wished to get the keys changed, and had just purchased a house. I phoned up GoKey, and they could set an appointment up for over the next 2 days. They changed 4 of the locks, and came to my house - and handily making the lock apply for 2 of the locks. They have of the equipment they will need to perform this work, and it takes only a few minutes!

This asshole nearly hit me . This man stared at his phone and can you imagine only trying to walk across the road and threw me through the atmosphere. On top of that he sped off like a bat out of hell. If you're going to use your phone why not stop and pull over. Stop being a fucking asshole staring. Could've been someone's infant you fucking dick.

My door knob wouldn't start and broke. . I was not able to take it and get it out so I called GoKey Locksmiths! The were prompt in answering the phone and sending out a locksmith! Alex arrived within 15 minutes and has been helpful and very considerate! In addition, he fought obtaining outside the door knob so I did not feel so bad! Lol! Alex did a fantastic job and was amazing! Only bummer is I was billed 20 dollars to rekey. I have used GoKey in the past and will continue to use them! Great service!

I dropped went above and beyond assisting get my key. They'd taken time work with you and to get the code for my key I've me on my way they are business men very polite and after dealerships were shut made my key! Hands down best locksmith I have had come across 5 stars does not do this company justice!! Do not look any farther. These guys are absolutely magnificent! I requested a quote to get my house re-keyed and they responded. They completed 5 locks. They enjoy their work and have great customer support. Costs were fair considering the reaction time. I highly recommend.

My keys were stolen, and a needed an instant, rekeying of my house. And replacement and shifting my car keys They're punctual for service, and the job was a bit more difficult for them. My locks are 30 years old and rekeying was difficult. That afternoon the job has been completed, and they had been considerate they did do the work as promised. I feel secure in your home and dont have to worry about somebody stealing my vehicle or a break in.

I got an OEM key sterile for my vehicle, but later discovered that it was many locksmiths operate on brass keys and steel. I lucked out when I discovered GoKey. I messaged them 10pm to see whether they could help me out and they responded immediately. I went to their store the next day and Joe made me a copy in minutes. He was very considerate and friendly. At the end because the hardware was provided by me, he did not even want to charge me, but that left me need to pay him even more. I couldn't just leave him empty handed (he is attempting to conduct a business after all) so I gave him a tiny tip. I love provide great customer support and supporting businesses that are small like this.

Wonderful Locksmith! Needed a simple house key and didn't wish to go to the kiosk that was over priced. Joe hooked it up for a deal and also in! For any crucial services, this is the place to go!

GoKey Locksmiths provides service. My key fob broke and I took it in for repair. It turns out Matt replaced the batteries free of charge, although a few of the bits were missing, and luckily it still worked. Since they will get the task done, I strongly recommend them for some of your key/lock requirements. Other than being super educated and informative, they are quite friendly!

I'm moving to Long Beach and had to rekey deadbolts. It took 2 keys to get entry. Joe and I spoke and he immediately scheduled me that day. Within 2 hours Alex the tech came. Very courteous and professional. Alex rekeyed everything into 1 key instead of 2 and gave me 4 secrets!!!
