July 2019Fix and sal out of Locksmiths & Lion Security came to clean several locks. He arrived on time and completed the job. He did not attempt and create"additional" work. He also understood that some of our keys were cut so he cut keys. The price for the job was appropriate and I feel as though we got excellent price. I will use them again.
Excellent service every step of the way from Lion Security. The staff on the phone were considerate, and Leo was translucent with pricing and quite clear in explaining my options. To my new residence that is re-key, Sal was as professional in then completing the job in a efficient way, and reviewing everything which I had discussed with Leo and the group. Highly recommend these guys.

Leo is fabulous. I have. Leo said the safe would have have a key to have around the digital lockgiven I have had the safe for a very long time and numerous houses, I'd forgotten about that. I did some searching obtained the safe, and solved the problem at no price. Leo proved to be equally knowledgable and a person who has integrity. I appreciate his help and would recommend him highly.
I am not certain who you refunded but since you understand, I stopped and called another supplier after your technician didn't appear after 2.5 hours. I am troubled again by your representation. Fool me once, shame on me. . .fool me twice, shame on you.

Locked out of my house and after 2.5 hours of waiting (initially guaranteed 30 minutes). Got the run around with every dispatched freelancer saying"I'm nearly finished with my occupation now, I will be there in 20 - 30 minutes" as though it was out of a post for scamming locksmiths.
These guys were great! Leo was prompt and extremely professional. He responded within the hour and I called him and got us scheduled. We had an entry control panel installed one of those interior doors in Leo and our workplace and his team were on time and installed everything seamlessly. We ran into a little bit of an issue with how our system is set up and Leo worked the problem out together with our IT team and got us all set up. I highly recommend this company.
I am not the kind of person who writes an overview of a business but my experience with Leo in Lion Security was so fantastic that I must discuss it. First of all was far too difficult for companies to handle. A Doorbird system was inherited by us with our new home that's essentially a version of a Ring but we had to make it work. I was referred by customer support to several companies so I discovered Lion and started looking on Yelp. Leo came out rather than just replaced the locks on our home using the mortise locks I needed (a complicated endeavor ) but he also set up our Doorbird system (a very complicated endeavor ). I was thrilled with the work he did. Cut to today, 6 months after, when I needed to call Lion came and upset the delicate flower that is our Doorbird system. Leo talked me thru fixing it myself, despite my protests that I would never be capable to do it. Let me inform you. . .it was crazy. Talk about customer support. Believe me when I say, you're in good hands with Lion Security.
I phoned Lion Security and Locksmith for installing a secure, the services and time of answer are fairly fast. Was an exceptional, professional, effective and help with what we needed. If anybody is looking for someone to manage your needs and still remain polite, efficient and kind this is your company Leo.

We Can't say enough about Sal Leo and the Lion Security team. On short notice they responded quickly and were every step along the waythey swept our home to clean from the jumble of installing a new front door lock onto our wooden door. Very pleasant, considerate, responsive, smart and professional. Leo checked in following the tech finished the work. Would hire them !

Sal came out when I wanted someone in a rush to fix a front door lock that stopped working and showed up in time. He replaced it and made us copies on the spot. He made copies of the door lock we already needed. Great support! I would recommend!
This has been a long time coming! Once I was having issue with my entrance door lock again in 2017 I was introduced to Lion. The rep/tech fixed the lock and showed up on time and once I pointed out an issue with my own gate lock, he fixed that also. Fast forward several months when my wife and I awakened to find someone beneath our crawl space. He came himself out and assessed the situation and made his recommendation. He wasn't economical any stretch but I can tell that his men worked hard to you along with the merchandise has been great. In reality within two months after install, the camera picked up someone casing the house (while we were home). When he detect the cameras, he left the property. The flashing headlights that indicated him were picked up by the cameras. Why am I writing this review in 2019? I predicted Leo last night since I had an issue with linking my IP cameras into our router. In 5 minutes, I got a text back. We arranged a time to talk and he spent over an hour trouble shooting on my machine with me, all the while as I am not technically savvy demonstrating patience. You get exactly what you pay for. And, I would strongly recommend Lions! Fantastic men and women!
Sal and I met on morning of Dec 5. He had been knowledgeable, and patient. He explained of the lock and security choices available. He took the opportunity to find me the lock for the type of construction I have. There were no hidden charges and he managed to provide a quotation to me and do the job that same day. I can not suggest Lion and Sal Security enough!!
